Lenar Agent sold for 30000 extra then homes in same area, no quality materials , crack in foundation,silings everything cheap. Construction managers not doing quality checks. Found more then 20 issues before closing,due to 60 days have to send list for correction

Our experience was horrible, we chose and paid for a model Santa Rosa. However, our home was not built like the model. My master bedroom is missing two windows, a dining room should have been the enginery flood instead of a carpet. we got 1000 back for carper. The home was over price didn't pass the appraiser's value, we were given 11,000 after our lawyer was able to reach cooperate, but it still has 15,000 underwater. Adam was won't let us talk to cooperate at the beginning. We talked to Steve who was reasonable but Adam was always in the way with lies. If we have discovered the missing ...

Bad Experience | My New Home Is Not Good Quality | My 60 Day Warranty Along With Work Has Not Been Fixed

Very bad experience, with everyone at Lennar Homes. I have been calling Lennar Corporate telephone number for weeks , I even sent a email and have not got a response. Today is August 29, 2022 and I have only two days left before my 60 day home warranty expires. During my closing walk through there was so much I saw that need to be fixed, the builder supervisor said don’t worry you have 60 days. Well my 60 days expire in 2 days and guess what I can’t get anyone to respond to my request. I will never build or purchase another home from Lennar or refer any of my friends and family to Lennar ...

Worst experience in mortgage and house material

Had the worst experience with the mortgage company as the agent handling the paper work doesn't know the calculation. Plus requested unnecessary documents from the third party as there personal bank statements which at the was not provided and still loan was approved. Really bad material plus construction work. It's not even month and floor started making noises as old houses. Basement has leaks as we started water sprinklers just think water is coming into basement just from water sprinklers that are used to water garden. Still don't have mailbox for the house. So have to go to USPS to get ...

Nothing good they are not a good builder and not be trusted when yo buy a home in McHenry. IL for 400K plus I expect tat all the above are being respected - none it was and is horrible experience - legal here we come, I am not done with them!

Don't deal with them - they lie and will not honor their part, they are selling you and then completely take you for a ride or take advantage of you ! I will never do business with Lennar again in my life, I need to create a legal case to make them listen. Horrible company !!!
