Throughout the buying experience , we had A lot of unnecessary paperwork work and emails; only to discover that some of those are to protect their own interests! Many cookie cutter materials and workmanship. Still haven’t fixed anything they promised to fix despite having barrage of tickets opened ! Very disappointing that even when we want to upgrade some of the appliances and materials , they will not allow anything and we now in the process of tearing down an entire bathroom because there is not a single thing there that is of good quality !!!! So many building issues are consistently flawed in all the models. In a 6 unit model, all have the same dry wall taping issues, same electrical issues and more. So many corners cut and final product does not reflect what is seen in the models

Lennar built its homes sloppily. Poor appliances. Cheap carpet padding. Cheap bath fixtures. The woman who walked us through houses (Priscilla) wanted absolutely nothing to do with me after the sale. No guidance. Nothing. I ended up getting new appliances after 3 months and the company who installed my new ones said they’d never seen such sloppy work with the garbage and cans and nails left behind the old appliances. Initially presentations were good. Communication throughout the process has been lacking, specifically we were not told about delays. We were told projected meetings and weeks passed without contact. We were told we would be told if there were delays that would affect the delivery date. We were not told. This affected several things for us. That seems false. False expectations were set as if to commit us without follow through from Lennar. Dissatisfied. Would never recommend Lennar to anyone. Very unfortunate and negative impact.

Lennar knows it’s brand and knows it will get customers. Therefore, the have no care or put little value in the customers during the buying stage. With the Exception of Steve, the construction site manager and Lisa, the warranty manager. First, with Lennar, they screwed us over in the home pricing. They waited until the price went up to notify us that an option we had requested could be put in. We had come in a days prior to the price jump and we’re ready to pay the deposit had we had the confirmation. The whole Lennar home buying experience was horrible. I would not recommend Lennar to any of my friends. If I wouldn't have lost so much money, I would have backed out of buying the home. From the start I was lied to about things and promise things that never happened. There are so many issues I came across from purchase agreement to roof leaking after moving in. So, in the end total disappointment from start to finish I would rate a zero on trustworthiness if I could

We paid through the roof with a almost 6% interest rate for screens that are too small, glue on floors, carpet padding missing in some spots, toilet shoots out water when we flush, not all window sills were painted. They used cheap chalk paint to paint. Honestly this house is not worth what we paid. Not to mention I can’t do anything or it will void my warranty so when I call the builders they are never available. Second Lennar home and Incredibly disappointed. I will never have a build with them again.

Hard to get responses to issues. Management is a revolving door. This is the 3rd survey I’ve received. Stop sending out surveys and use those resources to improve customer service. Just come talk to me or some of our neighbors. Lennar is Good at marketing, bad at customer service.

From incorrect colors and finishes to horrible, dead landscaping and a completely unresponsive contractor, we loved the process but were left with a home that was not exactly what we picked nor what we envisioned.

Poor quality and experience with Lennar. There was a gas leak from the stove that was improperly installed and no compensation for the inconvenience and health effects. Landscaping wasn’t done by closing and was estimated to be done by May but only started in mid June. Landscapers also damaged my cable wire running over it with a tractor. There is also a concrete barrier to the north of my house blocking the road causing issues with delivery carriers with no estimate on when it’ll re open. The New Home Consultant had difficulty inputting information on day one. Document sent had incorrect purchase price initially. Was later informed that my carpeting color was no longer available and needed to be changed. Again, a delay in updating the color in the system due to a “glitch”. Biggest Mistake Of My Life!

Overall Experience was extremely poor. From the "common" items left out of the building process such as towel bars and Shower rods, to the fact that NO underground sprinkling system was installed to water the new sod - leaving that 2K responsibility to the new homeowner, to a disastrous 2 day closing event. At this point I am very sorry I ever signed the Purchase Agreement.

Lenar Agent sold for 30000 extra then homes in same area, no quality materials , crack in foundation,silings everything cheap. Construction managers not doing quality checks. Found more then 20 issues before closing,due to 60 days have to send list for correction

There is no communication between Lennar and the homeowner with informing them the work is going to be done in neighborhood examples sidewalk being poured ,backfill of dirt on property, installing asphalt driveway, and sod installation.
