Lennar made our home buying experience easy! After a long and frustrating search for a home we decided to check out the Meadows of West Bay. Michelle was welcoming and allowed us to see all the models available, even though we showed up without an appointment. We fell in love and bought our first home. No more putting in offers and being outbid or finding issues during home inspection like our previous home searches! I really like about Lenar is they have quality materials and options to choose from and price is reasonable too. Customer service representative is always welcoming you and ready to answer all your questions. Laurie is the best at Batavia location. So far so good. After closing if they are busy then they will take some time to finish miscellaneous stuff. Otherwise all is well. Alpa Patel

Thorough building experience from building to end.

noting in life is ever perfect. but be open minded that the little stuff will get taken care of by builder. i have a background in the trades and they build a solid house. from ground up. some of there subs could be better. that is why as future owner do your homework for quality control and learn as much as you can . patience helps

As out of state buyers we really appreciated Sales Rep David keeping us informed (including pictures) throughout the building process. Our Construction Managers Don and Doug applied their extensive knowledge/experience to address our home building and product features questions. The finished home Don delivered at closing exceeded our expectations.

Purchased my home when prices and materials were going up, many builders had severe delivery delays. Lennar laid out a plan and delivered a high quality product on time. The sales and delivery/construction staff were professional and they cared about the experience. I would only recommend Lennar as a builder, no others.
