It was really awesome buying new home experience with Lennar Builder. They do notify the customer at the every stage of construction and keep them up-to-date. They will guide us end to end. They do have from warranty/customer support team (Sara) who has been helping us for any service requests. I would strongly recommend the Lennar Builders for buying a new home.

The entire team has been so fantastic. We had some issues with fencing and they all stepped up to help work it out. We have some minor things that need to be repaired and they were out here to inspect the next day and have scheduled for repair next week. Prompt and professional! The Lennar Team is top notch!

It’s a new house a lot of little things need repair we’ll see how they respond to them

Do not be one of the first in the community as you will pay more and have less incentives than the homebuyers to follow. The construction/Lennar staff have absolutely no sense of urgency. Building material and trucks have been parked outside my completed home that blocked me from driving out of my garage. Two months in, no mail, trash from the contractors is everywhere (including the pond), sent to collections from Comed for a bill that was not mine. Comed did not recognize my address on their website and it was before I moved in, I also emailed the staff I had communication with letting them know there was a delay and I was told they would handle/keep me informed. I went on the app and website to do my 60 day punch and could not find where to report issues. The biggest construction issues, so far, are the two 'hatches' in the upstairs ceiling. Neither are flush which is allowing flies to come in. The 'hatch' int he bottom level was never fixed correctly after my first walk through, it is now open to an uninsulated area and the drywall surrounding needs repair. My expectations have been realistic through this process, the absence of responses and actions are the reason for this review. ... More

I'm disappointed with Upper Management. When I bought my house in Lennar's 55+ Senior Community, I asked if they would install a couple of items (Grab Bars & Higher Toilets) their answer was NO! I have lived in three other 55+ communities and they where more accommodating for older residents needs. I would not recommend Lennar to Seniors!

Quinton took care of the issues what we had ! He’s very helpful and kind in placing an order for one of our kitchen cabinet which was damaged during the installation , now we are waiting for the installer to do the installation . We have some six month issues will submit them soon. Hopefully he will take care of those issues as well . We are very happy and satisfied with Lennar Builders . Thank you !

It was a very nice experience meeting with the construction managers and the final walk through representative for my new home. They were all very knowledgeable and attentive to the details and needs that were presented. Many thanks to everyone, and I love my new home!!

Follow up for repairs by rep has been great

Ok, it went fine, could have had better communication on HOA fees.

Generally a good experience. Sales person 'Pam' was great to work with. Very trust worthy, she stood by her word, even when difficult. Minor problem with the house after Closing was resolved quickly. Minor punch list items were all completed quickly before final walk through.

There are many mistakes on the finished floor, there are spaces between the boards and pieces of the underlying material sticking out between the boards of 5he floors. Also on the floors and thresholds are dents and I was told by the first person assigned to see my problems that I had to wait 60 days before complaining. Another big issue is the fact that we don’t have a mail box yet and of course there is no delivery for packages available to us either. Hope they resolve all of these issues soon

Wish they would have been more cooperative in adding options that would be more cost effective instead wanting us to deal with it after completion

I have never had such an easy buying experience from beginning to end

So far they have been very good to work with and workmanship is very good, this is the third house we have built and it is better than the first two by a long shot so far. Only time will tell and maybe a review at 1 year can really solidify workmanship and responsiveness to issues, So far in the first 4 weeks they have been really good. they do take care of everything from Loan, to build, to insurance and made it somewhat easy.

Please do you home work and have your options open to compare houses, and mortgage broker with other builders.

Professional, courtesy, efficient from every aspect And a good bang for the buck

For the price range the builder is charging they did not deliver. AC unit is not large enough for house size. The materials used including light switches, carpet, windows, all millwork, shower fixtures, sink fixtures, dishwasher, stairs, toilets, garage door openers and cabinets are all mid to lower level materials, The landscaping that was used was clearly the cheapest plants and trees available. On the positive side the layout of the house is ideal and the size we were looking for. The customer service to request service during the warranty period has been fantastic. Prompt call backs and response to all issues thus far. The house also includes a Ring system which is nice for peace of mind. Bottom line is that the builder uses mid-level products at a higher cost to maximize their profit and capitalize on their opportunity in this market with so few homes being available. Lenar Agent sold for 30000 extra then homes in same area, no quality materials , crack in foundation,silings everything cheap. Construction managers not doing quality checks. Found more then 20 issues before closing,due to 60 days have to send list for correction

Lot of improvements Lennar can do

Quality of the material are not good. I think it woyld be good if they could have listed the appliances info during the buying time. All appliances are very basic and low quality. Construction quality is also low. The responsiveness for the issues reported is very bad. I would recommend before buying discuss with everything and go for it.

Not a good idea to write a review here at Talamore

From our first meeting with our home sales agent, we were comforted, had all our questions answered, and felt like they trusted the quality of their homes and knew we would be happy with them. The construction manager during our home orientation had a very keen eye for detail and did not accept anything less than perfect. Our realtor was even surprise by how much time we spent at the orientation making sure everything was perfect and making sure we knew everything about the house (water shut off, electrical panel, etc...) Even after moving in, the Lennar team continues to shock us with their rapid response to our questions and quick resolutions. We are very very very happy we chose Lennar ... More

Overall happy with our home but disappointed for the quality of work. Our short period here we have had roof shingles off, water damage from the second floor bathroom, and several other items we have found.
