Home buying experience was easy to get through. Once we moved in, Rob our Liason, has been very helpful. We have had a few issues with equipment and structural things. He was very responsive and got them resolved in a timely manner

Excellent customer care and follow up with correcting issues

The sales team made the purchase process very easy. The townhomes are put together very nicely with plenty of storage. Home is light and bright even though we only have windows on the East and West sides. The landscaping is very nice and taken care of very well. We love it here!

We have looked at Lennar for over 5 years, had a new home built by a competitor 3 years ago, when Lennar built in West View Crossings, that was our ideal location, bought the last home on the north side and we are loving our new home and finally did get our forever home from Lennar! Thank you Lennar!

About 6 weeks after moving into our new home, we discovered one of our toilets was leaking, which caused some warping of the side of the vanity and wall trim. My husband put in a request for repair that evening and Chad responded early the next morning. He got a plumber to come out the following day and fixed it, Chad made sure to explain that he had to order a new skin for the vanity and that and the trim would be fixed as soon as the skin came in. Chad and the plumber were very kind and personable, We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a quicker response.

The buying process was extremely easy. I was fortunate to have my interest rate bought down and utilizing Lennar title and home owners insurance saved me even more. The house is beautiful. The layout is nice. I am upset that the builder is not picking up the packaging mess that gets blown all over our neighborhood. Paint quality is subpar, leaving paint drops on the floor and missing one of the only lines needed to cut on my tile grout. Speaking of tile, my tile in my bathroom is beautiful minus all of the chips that the contractor obviously knew was there. My carpet has hard lumps that might be garbage that was left under the floor or it could be nails coming up. My cabinets that intersect slam into each other. The sales personnel were excellent, very professional but still polite and accommodating. Our construction manager was the same. From start to finish we were very impressed and satisfied.

Too much paperwork, checking and rechecking but all good after all !

Lennar in general was great in assisting us from start to finish! There are just minor workmanship issues that needs to be address before our 60 days. But overall, service was it excellent!

Everyone I've worked with at Lennar is amazing from the start to finish. Shortly after moving into my home I experienced a small issue and one phone call is all it took. The repair team resolved it right away. Not only was the repair completed quickly...they went over and beyond to ensure the issue wouldn't arise again. Kiddos to Connie, John, Steve, and the plumber. Sorry, I forgot his name, but he was amazing!

We are looking for so many things in house, like location, proper sunlight, enough space, parking,.... but this home is perfect it's really easy for us.

We are mostly satisfied. We have some issues to be addressed. We are terribly disappointed in the poor quality of our deck. This will be noted for Lennar review in our 60 day report.

Few things in life are as nerve-racking as buying a new place. Exciting but stressful! I must say I was very impressed with my experience with Lennar. My salesperson, Ann, was great and very receptive to all of the questions I fired away. Joe, my loan rep, was also very communicative and quick to respond. And then also a shoutout to Don, the lead for the community building team, as he took me through 2 very thorough walk-throughs and even gave me his # to call with questions once I moved in. It was a quick and smooth home buying process with Lennar. Dates that were communicated were adhered to. Front office, supervisor team were super responsive. Good experience overall and hope it remains that way!

This is the third house we have built, and by far the easiest for us to navigate through. Although we would have liked to have been able to get some additional customization, we understand that the value of this builder is attainable through standardization of the homes. We were surprisingly impressed with the quality and amount of trees and landscaping that they did along Route 47 and at the entrance to Fox Pointe. Looking forward to seeing what the park brings esthetically to the development.

Overall the process with Lennar was super easy and fast. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Lennar again.
