My experience was truly smooth from beginning to end. I was pleased that the buying process was seamless, my unit was ready on the date that was given, and my walkthrough issues were finished to my satisfaction. After move-in I called about 3 issues and they were completed in a timely fashion. I did not schedule my 60-day review because there was simply nothing that needed attention. So I have been focused on enjoying my new home and not focusing on problems. So thank you Lennar!

We had a great experience buying with Lennar. From picking out the house, interior options, and exterior it was great. The construction management team was also fantastic, and thorough during every walk through.

Everyone I've worked with at Lennar is amazing from the start to finish. Shortly after moving into my home I experienced a small issue and one phone call is all it took. The repair team resolved it right away. Not only was the repair completed quickly...they went over and beyond to ensure the issue wouldn't arise again. Kiddos to Connie, John, Steve, and the plumber. Sorry, I forgot his name, but he was amazing!

Very disappointed that I was sold a smart house and not given information to set this up. We have been in 3 months and still not done. Other items on punch list are now being worked on.

Tracy was amazing helping us with questions. Everything else went smoothly. The only problem is that we are seeing problems now that had blue tape on them but were never fixed, like a hole in the garage door back and finishing and cabinets in master bath missing. Visible nails in baseboard in master toilet as well as drywall issues. Drywall issues in master bath along with missing grout in master shower. Not really sure who to tell about any of these issues. Also the ring system is ridiculously difficult to operate. We can figure out how to link anything. Including the garage door, thermostat, front door lock and our door bell won’t chime inside when you hit the button. ... More

Everything went smooth and I am not complaining, I am happy but if you have a choice to build yourself which is better. If not lennar is good builder to choose out there thanks lennar.

Our salesperson was helpful and great to deal with. The house is well built. The high ceilings really make it work. These empty nesters are so happy with our choice.

There have been some issues with the home that I feel could have been avoided. Overall good company to buy from.

I love my new home. The design flow and layout uses every square foot of space optimally which was one on the primary decision drivers for my purchase of a Lennar home.

The home is beautiful, the process of purchasing the house was seamless! They took care of our requests within the first couple of months. The problem came after the 3 months, we have 3 ticked open and no response or whatsoever, I am worried now about the 12 months final inspection, not sure if they just want us to wait until then or if that’s how it will be moving forward.

Overall happy with our home but disappointed for the quality of work. Our short period here we have had roof shingles off, water damage from the second floor bathroom, and several other items we have found.

Overall a very good experience. The one fly in the ointment was closing day. The general building manager did our walk through and made promises he could not keep. None of them were a big deal. If he hadn't made promises we would have been fine. But he did, and then did not follow through. He should have the maturity not to promise if he cannot deliver.

Workmanship is lacking and also is the response to issues

Some parts of the house were built with exquisite quality and worksmanship. Other parts were just...not The sales department agents were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. At no time did we ever felt lack of honesty or transparency. More importantly Lennar's agents response to remedy the issues have been above and beyond, It changed our perspective of the whole experience.

The builder that I had on my property, was always available and very prompt and concerned about my issues

Cheap paint and appliances. Everything else is good.

The Sales team was great. The construction side of things not so great. Zero attention to detail. If I ever purchase a new home I will definitely be sure to pay more attention to the little things.

Were still working with lennar team to fix paint, cracks in stairs, nails in carpet sticking out and widow seal issues in 2 rooms. Unsure about the experience so far to be honest.

The initial process from meeting the sales consultant to move-in was quite seamless. Lennar lending offers incentives you don't get from other banks. They have created a win-win scenario, with offers you can't refuse. The decision to buy from Lennar was easy.

Good value for the money

As a first time buyer, I was disappointed with the lack of options I had regarding building a brand new house. I didn't want dual sinks and I didn't want all the "smart house" tech, but there was no other option. Speaking of no options, I couldn't get tile or hardwood floors and I wasn't able to choose what was planted in my own front yard! Aside from those issues, the process itself was fantastic. My construction manager Jeff was extremely trustworthy and on top of everything. When we first met to go over things, he wrote down a date the house would be done by. When all was said and done, the house ended up being finished two days earlier than projected! On the walkthrough, Jeff pointed out issues we didn't even see. His honesty and integrity really put me at ease during a stressful time. The Lennar warranty is a real thing. I followed up with them about some issues with the house and the new construction manager, Brian, was on it very quickly. He also kept in constant touch with me throughout. Felicia my sales associate was very nice and would always be checking in via email and phone. Aside from frustrations on options for the house, everything else has been wonderful. Office staff was friendly and informative. The building manager was a pleasure to work with and everything went smoothly until closing day. Lennar title did not have the paperwork needed to close on time so we were delayed in the closing of our new home.

Ok, it went fine, could have had better communication on HOA fees.

Generally a good experience. Sales person 'Pam' was great to work with. Very trust worthy, she stood by her word, even when difficult. Minor problem with the house after Closing was resolved quickly. Minor punch list items were all completed quickly before final walk through.

Standard garage is to small for a set of standard cars. Bathrooms are just adequate, could have been so much better. Tough to live in a monitored community... Big brother is always watching.
