Very disappointed that I was sold a smart house and not given information to set this up. We have been in 3 months and still not done. Other items on punch list are now being worked on.

The process from beginning to end was actually easier than we had expected. If you've ever purchased a home you understand. The homes are built Strong & to your wishes. You have several options to choose from. Everyone we worked with from start to finish was very nice, helpful, and left no deed unfinished. Made sure we were happy. The Clubhouse, pool, fishing ponds, etc. are beautiful & exceptional. We are delighted with our New home and the area is very quiet, clean, and full of friendly neighbors. The only reason I gave a 4 star on Value for price paid instead of a 5 star is because I believe all homes are overpriced no matter who built them or where they are. This one is not to bad though. It was a great pleasure working with Lennar! Starting with Amy on the home selection and support throughout the purchasing process to Brandon and Renee being extremely responsive and helpful resolving any problems we had.

From sales office to completion of construction Lennar personal showed great great communication and professional skills. Every little detail of construction was clearly explained to me and my wife.The closing also was an easy process.

Had a water leak (non emergency) they responded to my request quickly and set up a time the very next day! I was pleased!

Tracy was amazing helping us with questions. Everything else went smoothly. The only problem is that we are seeing problems now that had blue tape on them but were never fixed, like a hole in the garage door back and finishing and cabinets in master bath missing. Visible nails in baseboard in master toilet as well as drywall issues. Drywall issues in master bath along with missing grout in master shower. Not really sure who to tell about any of these issues. Also the ring system is ridiculously difficult to operate. We can figure out how to link anything. Including the garage door, thermostat, front door lock and our door bell won’t chime inside when you hit the button. ... More

Everything went smooth and I am not complaining, I am happy but if you have a choice to build yourself which is better. If not lennar is good builder to choose out there thanks lennar.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? From the first moment we met they were so careful about every single detail that it was impossible not notice the difference. We felt at home. The house was a dream, perfect, clean, almost no details to be fixed. I was expecting a high end price but no, it was a fair price and surprisingly they were flexible. The builder's team was fantastic, they took care of us as if we were the only customer they have. They not only delivered everything that was agreed but also the sales team went above and beyond. My experience was truly smooth from beginning to end. I was pleased that the buying process was seamless, my unit was ready on the date that was given, and my walkthrough issues were finished to my satisfaction. After move-in I called about 3 issues and they were completed in a timely fashion. I did not schedule my 60-day review because there was simply nothing that needed attention. So I have been focused on enjoying my new home and not focusing on problems. So thank you Lennar!

Quality work and home was done on time. But we had to wait over a month for the grass,driveway and sidewalk to be done outside. So my house was a bit dusty. The temporary driveway was sand. So I had to clean everyday the house. I would have liked everything to have been done when we closed on the house.

Our manager Steve, is an excellent human being. Very helpful and patiently always takes care of all our questions.

We had a great experience buying with Lennar. From picking out the house, interior options, and exterior it was great. The construction management team was also fantastic, and thorough during every walk through.

The process was simple, the people were great!

Our salesperson was helpful and great to deal with. The house is well built. The high ceilings really make it work. These empty nesters are so happy with our choice.

The buying experience was great along with the mortgage loan process. The onsite home inspection representative was very good and responsive, helped with problems I had with the house. Painting was not done professionally walls are rough in places, paint was one receptacle covers and spattered all over the vinyl plank floors in all the room. I really like the layout, windows, doors, counters, shower, sinks, appliances, vinyl plank, carpet and tile are all good quality and installed well. The house is insulated well, sealed and quiet. The yard is the perfect size and landscaped nicely. Overall I really like the place, my rating would be perfect if it was not for the paint and cleanup even though I had some other issues with the counter cabinet door and some scratches in the vinyl plank that were promptly fixed. One suggestion is to give people moving in a time slot to program their garage door openers, my door was being opened when I was not home by a neighbor opening theirs. ... More

My experience with buying and the sales office was incredible, specifically Austen from Westview crossing was amazing!!! Once we moved in, we struggled a bit getting a hold of contacts and understanding process. Overall I would do it all over again, but extra stars to Austin and Rick!!

Overall happy with our home but disappointed for the quality of work. Our short period here we have had roof shingles off, water damage from the second floor bathroom, and several other items we have found.

There have been some issues with the home that I feel could have been avoided. Overall good company to buy from.
