The process was simple, the people were great!

Our salesperson was helpful and great to deal with. The house is well built. The high ceilings really make it work. These empty nesters are so happy with our choice.

We love our new home, and all the technology was an unexpected bonus. Everyone at Lennar made our purchase so easy, and was a pleasure to work with!

The response time to issues is certainly commendable. Within 24 hrs you get an email that they received your request. Fixed &/or replaced items almost immediately. Brian , construction supervisor, is the best. He takes the time to address all issues and makes sure proper departments are notified. When I first moved in he fixed some things himself. Kudos.

The buying experience was great along with the mortgage loan process. The onsite home inspection representative was very good and responsive, helped with problems I had with the house. Painting was not done professionally walls are rough in places, paint was one receptacle covers and spattered all over the vinyl plank floors in all the room. I really like the layout, windows, doors, counters, shower, sinks, appliances, vinyl plank, carpet and tile are all good quality and installed well. The house is insulated well, sealed and quiet. The yard is the perfect size and landscaped nicely. Overall I really like the place, my rating would be perfect if it was not for the paint and cleanup even though I had some other issues with the counter cabinet door and some scratches in the vinyl plank that were promptly fixed. One suggestion is to give people moving in a time slot to program their garage door openers, my door was being opened when I was not home by a neighbor opening theirs. ... More

My experience with buying and the sales office was incredible, specifically Austen from Westview crossing was amazing!!! Once we moved in, we struggled a bit getting a hold of contacts and understanding process. Overall I would do it all over again, but extra stars to Austin and Rick!!

Overall happy with our home but disappointed for the quality of work. Our short period here we have had roof shingles off, water damage from the second floor bathroom, and several other items we have found.

There have been some issues with the home that I feel could have been avoided. Overall good company to buy from.

Overall a very good experience. The one fly in the ointment was closing day. The general building manager did our walk through and made promises he could not keep. None of them were a big deal. If he hadn't made promises we would have been fine. But he did, and then did not follow through. He should have the maturity not to promise if he cannot deliver.

Some parts of the house were built with exquisite quality and worksmanship. Other parts were just...not The sales department agents were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. At no time did we ever felt lack of honesty or transparency. More importantly Lennar's agents response to remedy the issues have been above and beyond, It changed our perspective of the whole experience.

The builder that I had on my property, was always available and very prompt and concerned about my issues

I love my new home. The design flow and layout uses every square foot of space optimally which was one on the primary decision drivers for my purchase of a Lennar home.

Cheap paint and appliances. Everything else is good.

The home is beautiful, the process of purchasing the house was seamless! They took care of our requests within the first couple of months. The problem came after the 3 months, we have 3 ticked open and no response or whatsoever, I am worried now about the 12 months final inspection, not sure if they just want us to wait until then or if that’s how it will be moving forward.

Workmanship is lacking and also is the response to issues

The Sales team was great. The construction side of things not so great. Zero attention to detail. If I ever purchase a new home I will definitely be sure to pay more attention to the little things.

Were still working with lennar team to fix paint, cracks in stairs, nails in carpet sticking out and widow seal issues in 2 rooms. Unsure about the experience so far to be honest.

The initial process from meeting the sales consultant to move-in was quite seamless. Lennar lending offers incentives you don't get from other banks. They have created a win-win scenario, with offers you can't refuse. The decision to buy from Lennar was easy.

Good value for the money

As a first time buyer, I was disappointed with the lack of options I had regarding building a brand new house. I didn't want dual sinks and I didn't want all the "smart house" tech, but there was no other option. Speaking of no options, I couldn't get tile or hardwood floors and I wasn't able to choose what was planted in my own front yard! Aside from those issues, the process itself was fantastic. My construction manager Jeff was extremely trustworthy and on top of everything. When we first met to go over things, he wrote down a date the house would be done by. When all was said and done, the house ended up being finished two days earlier than projected! On the walkthrough, Jeff pointed out issues we didn't even see. His honesty and integrity really put me at ease during a stressful time. The Lennar warranty is a real thing. I followed up with them about some issues with the house and the new construction manager, Brian, was on it very quickly. He also kept in constant touch with me throughout. Felicia my sales associate was very nice and would always be checking in via email and phone. Aside from frustrations on options for the house, everything else has been wonderful.
