The house it’s too cheap, a lot of small things it’s broken or will be broken short, house for 400k shut cost 200k for that quality

U are not regretting anytime if u pick Lennar Exclusive package . For me it was what i got as i liked it . The Built Quality compared to others around is Best what Lennar Offers . A smooth overall process and I will definitely recommend going with them !!!

Overall a very good experience. The one fly in the ointment was closing day. The general building manager did our walk through and made promises he could not keep. None of them were a big deal. If he hadn't made promises we would have been fine. But he did, and then did not follow through. He should have the maturity not to promise if he cannot deliver.

4 windows have leaked so far. Not happy with this. But they have come out in timely manner to seal them. Measure garage depth before buying. Your car might not fit in space

The overall process was relatively smooth and pleasant. The sales team was very responsive and answered questions quickly, and once the closing was set, things moved very efficiently. Very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and overall shoddy work in the finish of the home. All of the touch up was very poorly done. Globs of touch up left on door frames without being smoothed/sanded. When the house was shown on the "new home orientation," it was not very presentable. The cleaners did next to nothing to clean. There was paint on the floors that weren't cleaned up, nails left in the deck, and numerous other items that had to be pointed out. It's disappointing that all of the work seems rushed, and on top of that, there are supervisors and people around who should be checking this but seem to take no time to walk through themselves and get it corrected. Consider the all inclusive Designer Select package. If those options were to be added later, the cost would be considerably higher.

Make sure to take photos during the Orientation, since there are many spots which they might not fix before Closing Paint job is not up to the mark

Process was smooth but not to the expected range. No one handed over keys which is bad.

The Lennar team guided me throughout the process. Very helpful, and responsive to my questions. Overall a good house buying experience.

Good home for first home owners

Try to resolve issues with cut corners on maintenance. My sink faucet is leaking and water comes down in closet, and every time different people comes and explain that when you clean sink, water supposed not go behind faucet. So I have to keep towel all the times behind the faucet. I never heard like that. I was owning the home earlier and I used to clean bathrooms and I never seen water under the closet. The faucet gasket has to be sealed and leak free.

Everyone I've worked with at Lennar is amazing from the start to finish. Shortly after moving into my home I experienced a small issue and one phone call is all it took. The repair team resolved it right away. Not only was the repair completed quickly...they went over and beyond to ensure the issue wouldn't arise again. Kiddos to Connie, John, Steve, and the plumber. Sorry, I forgot his name, but he was amazing!

The entire homebuying processing was AWESOME! The entire TEAM from SALES to Closing was AWESOME

The landscaping was started later even after the weather was clear and sunny Landscaping put less flowers into our yard than the house across my house 2311 southwind. The only plausible justification is to appease new homeowners and not listen to the current homeowners. Lastly, I have been told “you don’t know if the lawn is getting water by seeing it dry since it was installed”. Landscapping missed putting the additional Sprinklers and you can see with your naked eyes that entire patch of lawn is dry Please put more consistent flowers like the house across 2311 southwind and put an additional sprinkler ... We are looking for so many things in house, like location, proper sunlight, enough space, parking,.... but this home is perfect it's really easy for us.

Zach and Kris have been wonderful to work with in our first new build home. Any issues are quickly resolved.

We are mostly satisfied. We have some issues to be addressed. We are terribly disappointed in the poor quality of our deck. This will be noted for Lennar review in our 60 day report.

Loan department and contractor were very knowledgeable. Thank you fur a good experience!
