Not bad not bad at all

From the start to end. The home buying process was great. From the sales to the builders. They kept us up to date on the process.

We love our Model House called, Rutherford! We recently purchased a new construction home with Lennar Builder and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The process was smooth and the team at Lennar was extremely helpful throughout. They made sure to keep me informed every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions I had. The quality of the construction is top-notch and I love all of the modern amenities that come with the home. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Lennar and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new construction home.

Nothing but positive things to say so far. The sales process and mortgage team were great, so simply and easy. The warranty issues so far have been addressed very quickly and I am pleased with the overall quality of the building.

Good home designs, but could use some improvement. ie. outlet placement, pod light placement, space in utility room, width of bathroom doorways, and options for grab bars.

I would recommend Lennar. It was a pleasure working with them.

The style of house , space, and design are great. Workmanship should be better

THE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE AND THE PEOPLE PRE-SALE WERE WONDERFUL. EVERYONE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND REACTED VERY QUICKLY TO ANY ISSUES. HOWEVER, AFTER THE SALE SUPPORT IN SOME CASES IS LACKING. THEY NEED TO FINISH THE HOMES TO COMPLETION BEFORE MOVING ON TO NEW UN-SOLD HOMES IN THE DEVELOPMENT. MOST OF THE CURRENT HOME OWNERS IN OUR DEVELOPMENT FEEL THE SAME WAY. THERE IS SUCH AN EMPHASIS ON BUILDING NEW SOLD & UNSOLD HOMES THAT FINISHING EXISTING NEW OCCUPIED HOMES IS PUT ON THE BACK BURNER. SUGGESTION......FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEW PROJECTS.

For the price of the home it matches the quality.

It’s a new house a lot of little things need repair we’ll see how they respond to them

We are very pleased with almost everyone who was involved in the process - from a realty and sales perspective to the construction manager to the mortgage advisor. We were less happy with the pressure apparently from management involved in the determination of our ability to afford the home. This was never actually a concern, but they became worried, and it created stress that was both unnecessary and unwanted.

the goal is to finish the homes so the buyers can move in, but the outside is an issue when the have to come back to pave the garage space the steps not finish to even have guest over, I understand this all comes at a later day but 2 months is a little unexpected , not sure if there waiting to finish the other homes so they can do this all at once , which is not fair to the buyers who already closed on there home

Good experience overall but too many rules

We found the people at Lennar generally very professional to deal with. From the sales process to the choices of site and features, through to the financing. The people at Lennar are generally very good, great to deal with personally, and knowledgeable about their products. We did shop around and did comparative pricing and found that Lennar pricing was reasonable. We had 3 walk thrus prior to our closing, all three were very informative and revealed the quality of the workmanship. However, our experience was not without a couple of difficulties. Two weeks after relocating into our new home, which is very nice by the way, our dishwasher became unusable due to a main processor failure. The dishwasher is considered a “non-essential” component of the home so replacement was not an offered option. We instead are having to wait about six weeks for a back-ordered part to arrive from overseas to repair the unit. While this is not a terribly serious problem, nothing like failing heat in the winter or toilets that don’t flush, it has been an inconvenience, particularly because of the long delay. We understand that supply chain problems are an issue at this time but that does not eliminate the problem. These things being said, we would rate our experience with Lennar as a 9/10. Leak in basement in August 2021. Hope to get it fixed by 2022. Also the vent makes a clanking noise. Dishwasher very loud when running. Positive note the salesperson was great and is still very helpful.

They say, you get what you pay for!

Should have provided option for dimmable switches Closing should have been done after landscaping is finished

Overall, the experience was relatively easy. Like all home buying, it is an extensive process, but it was as easy as I think it could be. The concerns that we had were all addressed.

There are all the work which we were promised on our closing has never been fulfilled.

Staff does a nice job explaining your options

There was a lot of issues the day we signed. It’s been five months and we’re still getting work done.
