I am the "go big or go home" type of person and decided to have my first home-buying experience be: building one. Lennar and their team made the process that others have told me I would dread smooth and seamless. Unlike other builders in our area, I was able to choose the colors, tiles, siding, brick, and cabinetry I wanted that were in line with the trim level I chose. The process was so fun to see the land develop from farmland to street, to the foundation, to the framework, to my home! Of course, there were some delays that some people would be upset about, but being new construction, I understand utilities and some other issues will arise. Everybody who worked with us made our home buying experience exceptional and easy. Everything was handled in a professional, timely manner. Lennar made it such a great experience that it took a lot of pressure off us as homebuyers. I would highly recommend Lennar. There was no surprises and everything was upfront and explained to us with great knowledge and expertise.

This is my second Lennar home. Simply pick the house you like. They sales rep will show you what lot it can be built in and the details of the home cabinet color etc. Lennar has its own Morgage and insurance company with the best prices. Come back in 5-6 months to move in, okay I drive by weekly but I didn’t have to I was just amazed at how fast and smooth the process was. If I get relocated for work I will build a Lennar home again!!!

I have owned many homes in my life but this was the first time I bought new from a builder without the home being done first. I put a lot of trust into the builder that everything would be as expected. I have to give 5 stars overall because everything I expected came true. We love our new home, it was finished in a timely manner, the quality of materials are excellent, workmanship is excellent. I feel the price I paid is a good value for the home. Being new to this I didn't know what to expect with any concern I had but when I called I got an immediate response and solution. All of this makes me say that I could trust them throughout the whole process and have confidence going forward that the warranty on the home will be treated the same. Hello, The home interior was beautifully built and has had zero issues in our first month. Our only complaint was the overall curb appeal of the landscape. There was no mesh no avoid weed, edging was bad, plant disbursement looked uneven, and just not great. I would rather have landscape be bad than anything else, so still not upset! Our first project was to completely gut it though as a result and do it ourselves. Other than that, everything has been great! Sadly the sod came in when it was crazy hot, so that has been a process to revive but not the fault of Lennar on that! Thanks, Nick

We contracted with Lennar to build a new home in the Irongate community. The process went smoothly overall and the build was timely. Quality of materials and skill in framing was average with some work below average or not to code. Several framing mistakes were made and were caught/corrected during the pre drywall inspection. Drywall finish is decent and trim was good. The construction manager Darell was very good to work with and the pre closing walkthrough was very thorough by Lennar. They were open to listening to concerns and worked to correct them quickly.

We thoroughly enjoy our new home. Lennar does a great job with floor plans. Not all is perfect and there are spots in the home we wish were different but we realize that no matter how a home is spec’d out, there will always be the “I wish we/they would have done this instead”! In the end, it’s a great home with great features!

The price was good for what I was getting! And eveything except washer and dryer included!!

Stay on top of your build. Make sure you are getting what you paid for. Customer care is the easiest way to get issues resolved. All in all I am happy with my new home.

Being a first time homebuyer I didn't know what to expect. The process felt overwhelming, but was well guided buy the agents, If I had to purchase another home, I wouldn't go the conventional route. I recommend this process with a brand new home. We went from first seeing the house to moving in in just over 40 days. Could have been even faster if we weren't just being curious at first.

I’ve been in my Balsam duplex for 4 months now and love it. However the 60 day list hasn’t been acted on yet. I did give them a list and I do understand they are busy but it’s been 4 months since I closed

The staff was great from start to finish!!! Sawyer went above and beyond in addressing our issues and concerns. The town is beautiful, you wont be disappointed!!

They call 4mm flooring upgraded! It’s cheap. Layout is great of these homes. Very sound proof. Windows are great.
