House was very dirty and the things I found one my first walk thou wasn't done on my move in day. Plus we had to wait for Daryll to arrive and I was told to be on time. I am still waiting for items to be fixed.

Not the best at following up. There are a few outstanding issues. A representative has been out. Someone was supposed to return the following week for repairs n such. We haven't heard anything. We've been here 3 months. Overall, I absolutely love the area and our new home.

Look at all walls for nail heads sticking out of drywall. Check Bathroom tile workmanship. Look for warped cabinet doors, bulging carpet, etc. we like our home but some areas of workmanship are very shoddy and looks as if completed carelessly. we cannot comment on outside due to areas not complete due to weather.

The site superintendent Zenon and the salesman Bradley Andrews were great to work with all the way through. Very trustworthy and honest during the build. We some issues at the end of the project but most were taken care of right away.

They promised that we can get a straight driveway when they pour the concrete. Tom the builder manager said that they will let us know so we can be there to let them know. We had to pay extra to get the extended drive cause they did not let us know when they were pouring the concrete. On top of paying extra for the concrete drive way when we where building the house. The only person that was very efficient was Sawyer. He answered text right away and solved are problems.

Too much paper work and nonstop emails and letters coming from too many people and agencies that have caused me to miss deadlines and important issues. The Lennar people working with me have been Great and have responded quickly and generously. But the whole Lennar purchase Process sucked for me. I have bought 5 homes over the years and this was the worst experience ever. It didn't have to be that way. I hope it was better for others. The HOA paperwork was a surprise, I was told the HOA was just for the upkeep of the children's playground. (Not True). So what is that called? I wasn't given ...

I want to call out two very special people that have made this experience with Lennar much more palatable. I will circle back and explain my reasons for giving consistent 3’s as a rating. First Bradley Andrews in your sales team is a real bonus to Lennar.. he has gone WAY ABOVE and beyond his job description to help us out with MANY issues with the purchase of our home. The second individual is Eric Ford. He has been very helpful once we moved into our home.. he has been very responsive and helpful with our problems that came up even at 5 AM! Did not care for one of the Lennar Mortgage folks. Rick was very abrupt every time I had to speak with him. Always trying to talk past me and really did not listen to what I had to say. He tried making me get a loan for $10,000 more than what I needed. The only reason I stayed with them was because the rate they offered compared to other lenders.

Overall just OK in our opinion. SO MANY layers of people involved in this purchase. We never knew who was doing what or when. Not sure Lennar did either for that matter. Still have things to complete that were told would be done. It appears that they are in a big hurry to get out of this development and on to the next, so we’re getting short changed. Hope that isn’t the case!

House still needs some repairs, that I addressed to Scott, I decided to wait until 11 month to get the rest of them repaired. But over all I'm not happy with there quality, I think quantity is what matters to them.

Nobody from Lennar at closing. Was explained next to nothing throughout the entire process. Feel like only reason some things were fixed was because we brought it up before house was finished. Closed even though not finished. Many things still need fixing. Communication sucks. Period.

Still no yard at my home, meanwhile homes that haven’t been closed on yet the yards are being put in before ours that closed in March. Den floor is hitting the air duct in the basement and making noise when it is traversed. Contacted Lennar to set up 6 month appointment and advised of issues, no follow up has been made.

The process of buying the home was excellent, each person throughout to process from touring the home and going through the application process were very nice and explained things in a way I could understand. All the Lennar representatives during the home buying process were excellent, thorough, and quick in responsiveness and I would recommend them to anyone. The issues started 30 days after we moved in. We noticed mold on the wall and turns out there was a hole in one of the pipes causing a leak and mold to spread to our primary bathroom and laundry room. We are now a month removed ...

Overall we are happy with our home. There are a few things that we’re not happy with. Our back yard is an issue with ground being uneven and over ran with weeds. There’s a few odd ends through out the house that we are not 100% pleased with. But, for the most part we are happy. The HOA definitely needs some rules in placed and I would like to see more landscaping in the entrance. The kids park needs a few things and better up keep. But I’m sure these are things can be addressed as the neighborhood gets older.
