This is the 2nd home we have built in the past 3 years. The quality of Lennar is subpar. The walls are extremely rough and not square. The cabinets are all scratched up and boards broken along the floor. The banister has multiple spots that weren't stained. Doors off in frames, the wrong color front door and shutters were installed. They still have not been corrected. We will not be using Lennar for our next build.

I’ve been in my Balsam duplex for 4 months now and love it. However the 60 day list hasn’t been acted on yet. I did give them a list and I do understand they are busy but it’s been 4 months since I closed

Stay on top of your build. Make sure you are getting what you paid for. Customer care is the easiest way to get issues resolved. All in all I am happy with my new home.

The price was good for what I was getting! And eveything except washer and dryer included!!

Buyer beware and Buyer beware.

Max with construction was very helpful with any and all questions I had pre and post closing.

I have owned many homes in my life but this was the first time I bought new from a builder without the home being done first. I put a lot of trust into the builder that everything would be as expected. I have to give 5 stars overall because everything I expected came true. We love our new home, it was finished in a timely manner, the quality of materials are excellent, workmanship is excellent. I feel the price I paid is a good value for the home. Being new to this I didn't know what to expect with any concern I had but when I called I got an immediate response and solution. All of this makes me say that I could trust them throughout the whole process and have confidence going forward that the warranty on the home will be treated the same. I. Have some problems and waiting for help getting things fixt

Every part of the building process and closing went very smooth and the sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and quickly responded to any questions I had.

They need to work on training sales people in the office better

Only been in home for a couple months , so far so good !

Everything is NOT included. There is yard maintenance. The house was not ready at closing. Cleaning crew was on site for 30 minutes. Punch list was extensive due to incomplete or shoddy work.

The staff was great from start to finish!!! Sawyer went above and beyond in addressing our issues and concerns. The town is beautiful, you wont be disappointed!!

total lack of communication between departments and companies

Still waiting for things to be corrected that were listed on my final walk through. I closed end of January and it is now May. Nothing urgent but yet I’m hoping that I will not be forgotten!

The site superintendent Zenon and the salesman Bradley Andrews were great to work with all the way through. Very trustworthy and honest during the build. We some issues at the end of the project but most were taken care of right away.

They promised that we can get a straight driveway when they pour the concrete. Tom the builder manager said that they will let us know so we can be there to let them know. We had to pay extra to get the extended drive cause they did not let us know when they were pouring the concrete. On top of paying extra for the concrete drive way when we where building the house. The only person that was very efficient was Sawyer. He answered text right away and solved are problems.

The buying process was byzantine and very burdensome to me as a buyer. Too many different people involved in the sales process. Finance people required the same documents over and over, even when they did not exist. Everything is robo-calls and emails. Much of what was told me was found to be untrue. Floor is bubbled and is coming up in a lot of places after only a month. Windows not operable. Driveway and sidewalk are already putted and chipping. Construction crews throw garbage on my yard and dont pick it up. Dishwasher doesnt dry. Walls needed to be painted before I moved in. Very cheap, watered down construction paint. Two walls are visibly crooked. Laundry room too small. Water is not potable, but the house doesnt have space needed for mitigation systems. I can feel stones under the carpet in places. From beginning to end the whole Lennar Home buying experience has been great. The whole team has made me and my wife's moving into our new home a smooth transition.

Clearly, the construction trades are not what they used to be. The quality of workmanship is hit or miss. Take it from someone who has built several homes. For us, the drywall work is horrible. No sense in pride for the work being done as there ceiling job in the main areas lacks quality. Additionally, the quality of material is poor but since the contract, which you cannot change, gives Lennar the ability to change material, clearly means giving you an inferior product. Our wood floors are cheap garbage. While the price is good, the quality of work and products are below average.

Everything is awesome

Many give Lennar a bad wrap. In my opinion, they offer a good product at a competitive price and have been very responsive.

Warranty work not completed or completed satisfactory. Multiple mistakes found throughout the home. Yard left in unacceptable conditions, not safe for children. Serious electrical issues not address in home despite notification to company.
