The workmanship is very poor , my living room ceiling , you can see the taping on every seam and on my south wall you can see the screws popping through. The heat in my master bathroom is not working the vent must be blocked, I had to buy an electric heater to keep it warm at night, I have Sent emails about these issues but no response. Joe

Everything from start to finish has been terrible. Awful communication. I moved in to a bird in the house, had a trim nail go through my heel because they rush to clean, and found 3 more laying in the hall. I have had black mold in 2 spots, my AC was NOT hooked up properly and didnt work. Still having issues with the upstairs. And the most recent, water coming through the ceiling from another leak! Oh and I have missed 3 days of work for them not to show up to fix the issues and they DO NOT care. I bought this home as a newly single mom, hoping it would be a fresh and easy start... and they ...

Warranty work not completed or completed satisfactory. Multiple mistakes found throughout the home. Yard left in unacceptable conditions, not safe for children. Serious electrical issues not address in home despite notification to company.

Where do I start? first, there have been some large cracks in the basement floor. then, they installed used patio door. and the biggest mistake by the builder, they dropped my garage floor. this means that the floor had to be lowered so that the incline from the street would not be too steep. BUT by doing this, they had to add steps in the garage to enter the house. those steps took away parking space and now I can not fit my car on that side of the garage. therefore, I have a 2 car garage door but only 1 car fits inside. those are the biggest issues. some of the minor ones were, ...
