Where do I start? first, there have been some large cracks in the basement floor. then, they installed used patio door. and the biggest mistake by the builder, they dropped my garage floor. this means that the floor had to be lowered so that the incline from the street would not be too steep. BUT by doing this, they had to add steps in the garage to enter the house. those steps took away parking space and now I can not fit my car on that side of the garage. therefore, I have a 2 car garage door but only 1 car fits inside. those are the biggest issues. some of the minor ones were, they missed several spots when painting, there was a big gap between the front door and the floor. some of the windows had to be replaced, some spots in the master bathroom were not caulked. the long panel window above the patio door had to be replaced because condensation was building INSIDE the 2 panes. also, had to replace 2 panels of the garage door because they had dents and holes. A 3rd panel should have been replaced because of the holes but instead, was given insulation tape to cover the holes. I didn't have any landscaping until 5 months after i closed on the house. I am still waiting for the patio door to be replaced. I have no idea what is going to happen with having a 1 car garage after paying lots of money for a 2 car garage. ... More

Still no yard at my home, meanwhile homes that haven’t been closed on yet the yards are being put in before ours that closed in March. Den floor is hitting the air duct in the basement and making noise when it is traversed. Contacted Lennar to set up 6 month appointment and advised of issues, no follow up has been made.

I wish I had better things to say about Lennar. We were rushed into closing on our home when it wasn't ready. It was presented to us filthy. Took us literally almost a month to get everything clean inside. We've had floor joist problems where the floors bounces when you walk on it. They added a support wall in the basement which did help but my brand new home should of had proper joists installed in the first place. The concrete company they use is awful. Our driveway is the worst I've ever seen. It's overworked, pitted, cracking/chipping and looks terrible. They're supposedly working on fixing it but I'm not holding by breath. With our driveway so bad makes us worried about our foundation over the years to come. So many little problems with the house it makes it very un-enjoyable. We've been in our home for over 4 months and we still don't have grass or landscaping. Regardless of inclement weather we should of had at least grass by now. If it wasn't for the building manager we probably would of walked away and never bought the home. He's been the one that has kept our sanity through all of this. This home was supposed to be our forever home and now we don't know if we can stay here because we don't trust the quality of the home for the large amount of money we spent. It's a shame and I would not recommend anyone to build with Lennar at this time. ... More

We absolutely love our new house/home. We have had no major issues or concerns. The entire home buying process has been wonderful from day one all the way through move in day. Everyone along the way has been great. We highly recommend building with Lennar. Superb quality for a reasonable price.
