I would recommend Lennar if you’re looking to buy a new home. They have been with me with each step and were still there if I needed them after I moved in. But I didn’t need anything as the house is well built.

They answered all my questions and helped me choose the best floor plan and design options for my needs and budget. They also kept me updated on the progress of the construction and the closing date. Lennar in IN is a world of difference from Soflo. They maintained a list and addressed all of our concerns prior to the final walkthrough which was a 180 from our Florida experience. Everyonewas exremely helpful, and nice, and knowledgeable. We did not have to mention the same things multiple times, and we didn't have to negotiate to get things done. Very good product in IN.

Everything went well with no struggles. all the staff did great job in getting things done as at when do. No complaint at all.

The home was nearly complete when we chose to purchase. At that point we received links to progress along the way, contacts for any questions we might have. The house was completed in a very timely manner with only a few minor findings in the walk through and these were all taken care of quickly. All the people were friendly and helpful the entire way. The community is well planned and has good curb appeal.
