This precious from start to fitness has been pretty simple. I did everything with Leonard I financed I got my homeowners insurance. I purchased a home that was already prebuilt enclosed and less than 60 days. It was an amazing experience. Lender was exceptional and so was the sales team. Home buying itself is a stressful process, however Lennar truly covers EVERYTHING! I received help and support with all my questions or concerns. Everyone from Jamie in Homebuyer center to loan officer Josh, and closing agents and customer care representatives were ALL very kind, caring and knowledgeable. This was so important to me as I purchased the ideal property that will allow me to age in place and in comfort! Thank you Lennar!

It was a great experience from the build to the final walk through. The home was over priced initially, but the team at Lennar mortgage and the team onsite really took care of things and made me feel at ease with how the appraisal came back lower than expected. Was glad to have Austen and TK to work with. I would recommend Lennar for sure!

It was an overall smooth, easy, process from beginning to end. Issues have been addressed. Staff is friendly, kind and helpful. It's a beautiful community. Some personal preferences would be to be more considerate of the retired/older owners. Microwave is much too high to remove food safety. Tall cabinets are beautiful but not useful beyond second shelf. I'm understanding the reason but there's trip hazzard coming into garage, should be somehow made more visible. Same with the back patio step down. Just a few suggestions.

So far, the home Is great. There are a few things I would’ve expected to be a higher quality for a half million dollar home such as the wire racks in the closet should’ve been made out of wood and more sturdy and there should be towel racks in the bathrooms. The personnel at Lennar have been fabulous to work with very accommodating and responsive. The entire buying experience was easy and fast.

Overall very happy with my new home. The home buying process was very smooth. I did find minor things in the home that was missed during the walk through. These things were fixed in a timely fashion.

I love my new home, the layout is great and it's a good fit for me. The community is wonderful, with many planned activities for residents. A special thank you to Dominique P for her continued support, even after the buying process was completed. I think Osborne Trails is a great place to live.

I'm still waiting for something to be done about it. Being the last house on the block and near the about to be built community pool it seems like they threw in last minute grass. I'm working on the front lawn, but it's taking a little time. I'm also working on the sides of the house to remove the dirt and stones that 2 young men (didn't understand or speak English, it was hard to communicate with them) tried to fill in the gaps. The dirt and stones came from the grounds where the community pool will be. BTW: I don't blame them they were told what to do. This will take time to do. At 76 it's getting tougher to handle all of it. The full backyard is even worse which will take me mouths to do. I can only work so long before my back starts to bother me. It would be nice for a professional landscaper to come and talk to me and to what can be done. Remember just because they call themselves a landscaper doesn't mean they are professional. We can compromise, redo the backyard and I'll finish the front and sides of the house. If you do this, I want to be present when they lay the sod down. Call me when you can. Overall total experience went very well. Quality of home appears to be very good. Any issues that I’ve had has been dealt with promptly and done correctly. Also, sales staff were pleasant to work with and helpful.

Mostly a good experience buying from Lennar, the buying process went fairly smooth and I think the house is a good value. The only negative was I bought house at end of February but didn't move in until end of April. The refrigerator was making a lot of noise, repair people came out and it was missing an entire door gasket, now I have no refrigerator until fixed.

Our overall experience was seamless. Each individual Lenar team member provided superior support. Our only one issue was after putting down earnest money for our home, they wanted to keep it open to the public for open houses. However, we eventually worked it out.

Definitely the most streamlined buying experience I’ve ever had.

She is so polite and knowledgeable that five stars are less for her she deserves 10*. she understands everything and assists me so well.Highly recommending Her . Whole home buying process was super exited and smooth and I am so Thankful to the whole lennar Team .
