Everything went well with no struggles. all the staff did great job in getting things done as at when do. No complaint at all.

Everyone was very through during the showing, buying and closing process.

The home was nearly complete when we chose to purchase. At that point we received links to progress along the way, contacts for any questions we might have. The house was completed in a very timely manner with only a few minor findings in the walk through and these were all taken care of quickly. All the people were friendly and helpful the entire way. The community is well planned and has good curb appeal.

Our home buying journey started very well everyone was so nice, enthusiastic and responsive. This was very important as a first time homebuyer as “we didn’t know what we didn’t know.” However once we were committed to the purchase the quality of customer service declined severely. It was very difficult to get ahold of key contacts for questions/concerns. Our realtor had to intervene on several occasions just to get a response. It definitely felt like a bait and switch in terms of care. We were simply happy to get through the process but are thrilled with the home thus far and encouraged by a rave inspection. Outside of the quality of the home, some issues have arisen in the community. The HOA routinely schedules meetings during work hours, there have been unruly renters (we weren’t even aware renters were allowed in the community as this would’ve impacted our decision to purchase), work crews and community members show little to no care for property (walk through/damage yard and grass). ... Our Lennar team was fantastic, throughout the final build process, walk throughs, and purchase they were very professional and responsive. They addressed any concerns quickly and really went the extra mile to make sure every small item on our list was polished up before closing. Patrick and Stash and their teams were so great. Definitely happy with our experience so far.

Truly was the best experience. This is the first home and was very scared to do a new build, but everyone I worked with was very professional, ,responsive, and I felt that they were building their own home. I will build again with Lennar in the future.

Buying with Lennar is a great experience. The process was smooth and excellent customer support.

Lennar was very responsive when I initially signed for the property and things changed afterwards. The workmanship is poor and cheaper products, lights, bathroom fixtures are used. The paint job is very poor. I have begun to have my Villa repainted. I would not recommend at this time.

My husband and I have been very pleased with our Lennar home buying experience. From the sales staff to the warranty employees everyone has been helpful and responsive to our needs and requests. We would recommend Lennar as a home builder.

Our sales rep, Mitch, was very helpful in explaining any issues and kept us updated on timeline and decisions we needed to make. The build process went well and as we were moving from another state, we couldn't be here during the process as often as we would like. The online updates were helpful, but the process to retrieve them was a bit wonky and there weren't as many as we expected.

We were able to buy in a community with amenities that satisfy the needs of the retirement phase of our life.

Our house is just ok. Everyday we find something that is awful with it. Meaning the trim, the doors, the paint. The trades don't care, and when they speak very little english you feel bad telling them that it still looks awful when they come back in to "try" and fix it. They always have to call the boss and see if they can or can't do more work. But then it ends up looking just as bad as it was at the start. The trim work is horrible and the doors all look awful as well on the bottom.

Everyone during the process was very helpful and professional. Kelly was so kind and Harry is always on it if we have questions about the home. The home itself is gorgeous and I’d highly recommend Lennar to anyone.

Weekly updates on construction were a great help during the waiting periods.

Wawww Lennar builder is the best I have compared with others in Indiana in terms of pricing and size of house. They are very responsive and smoothly processed through the buying period. Really request for buyer to go with Lennar builder for reliable price.

Love the area and the representatives were friendly. Biggest issue we had was that even though we were purchasing at the frame stage NOTHING could be changed. Cabinet colors, electrical outlets and structured internet cabling could not be changed or added... even when we agreed to pay additional fees. A little flexibility would have gone a long way to getting this closer to a five star review.

It’s been an incredible journey overall from signing the home till the closing date. This is a great community and I am very happy to have Kelly as my new home consultant. I really appreciate her time in answering and clarifying all of my questions as a first time buyer, she responds so quick and try to help in all possible ways. Thank you Kelly, you are the best. I highly recommend Lennar Homes for their competitive prices with quality especially for first time buyers.

Poor quality of paint in the house. The paint was a definite rip-off. Missing some door stoppers. Oven door fell off on first use. AC system leaking water all over floor. Heating and AC system too close to master bedroom.
