Going into this experience I was nervous. However, the Lennar team made me feel welcomed and assured at every step. They didn't rush or pressure me. My new home consultant took the time to explain things I had questions about. When we did the final walk through all details were perfect. I felt supported throughout the home buying process and am 100% satisfied with my new home.

I like very much! Moved from out of state so need to be home and also at that time lennar promotion slightly out of perid. I,m lucky and also seller,s lucky! Thanks.

Our sales rep, Mitch, was very helpful in explaining any issues and kept us updated on timeline and decisions we needed to make. The build process went well and as we were moving from another state, we couldn't be here during the process as often as we would like. The online updates were helpful, but the process to retrieve them was a bit wonky and there weren't as many as we expected.

Weekly updates on construction were a great help during the waiting periods.

My experience here was great I had the most helpful agent here Dominique she walked me through everything. Couldn’t have done it without her. I love my new home

Love our new home. The sales staff and builders of our home were professional. Very friendly and responsive. We did not love the process with the mortgage side of Lennar which needs improvement. Overall, would highly recommend a Lennar home.

The home buying process was really smooth and easy. My wife the whole time was waiting for something bad to happen because nothing ever goes smooth in her eyes. When nothing bad happened she was shocked. Would highly recommend Lennar to others!

the 2 people assigned to us were both extremely responsive to any questions or issues. They followed thru with their action items on any items I brought to their attention. Could not have been happier with their support.

Relatively easy buying experience. Made even easier by working with only Lennar for the home and initial mortgage. They were extremely patient with my misunderstandings of what they wanted for the mortgage. The windows do not provide as much noise reduction as I thought they would. Love some of the appliances. With time I may change to accommodate my personal preferences. But there is nothing wrong with any of them thus far.

The most amazing part of the homebuying experience was the mortgage broker Randy. He was amazing. The home inspection process also went well. We are pleased with our home.

The homebuyer experience was great, smooth process. Everything up through closing went smoothly. After closing, we had a couple small issues and logged a maintenance request. Those were quickly handled and resolved. My only complaints: 1. The white contractor paint sucks! I would recommend painting your home asap because you see everything on the walls, even just touching them. 2. I was told that I would get white trim paint and have reached out a few times because I have not gotten it. I still have not received it.

the financial piece was very easy and straightforward. the 3 hour walk through the week before closing is extremely helpful and was a good opportunity to address those little lingering issues like fixtures not matching or small imperfections in paint/trim. it was also very informative by showing all the features of the home and how they work or how to reset them for yourself. Overall I'm very happy with my home and the experience with Lennar

The process was made very easy and we felt like we a lot was taken off our plate with the people who helped us from submitting our application to closing day.

The process was quick and easy to understand. The only small issue is the craftsmanship. The door to one of the bedrooms is misaligned. While the issue was resolved after the final walk-through, it became misaligned again. I've fixed the issue myself.

Overall very nice laid out home. Love the single story and the three car garage. After moving in notice quite a few flaws in the building workmanship. We will get these address and Jesse is great to work with for getting issues corrected.
