Purchasing our Lennar home was a great experience. From our first visit with Curtis all the way to closing we were kept informed of the progress on our home. JT and his group were responsive once we moved in and fixed any things that needed attention. I would highly recommend building a home with Lennar.

We love our new home. It’s gorgeous and spacious just the way we had imagined. Everyone that we have contacted regarding our home concerns or questions were really nice and quickly responded to our needs. I would highly recommend Lennar homes to friends and family. The homes are beautiful and gorgeous. They have a great team who will always go that extra mile to help you.

Lennar is a builder you can trust your home. As this is a major investment for anyone. Lennar always their for their customers through out the process

The Lennar team has been great from start to finish. Gavin has done an amazing job throughout the process and continues to be of great help. I would highly recommend Lennar for their customer service alone. The overall build went smoothly from start to finish. Cosmetic issues were resolved in a timely manner. My only concern is for some of the subcontractors work but that’s NOT on Lennar.

We picked the house because the lot was wooded in the back. Salesperson commented this was her favorite lot because of the trees. One week after closing, we were the last house to close in this section, they came and cut down about 75% of the trees. We no longer have a shaded patio and private back yard. . Apparently the plan all along was to cut down the trees once the homes closed. Nobody told us that was the plan. We now have a golf course view. If we had known the plan was to remove the trees we may have considered a different lot or subdivision. We love the house and floor plan but it has taken some time to get used to the trees being gone. Any issues we have had with the house have been taken care in a very timely way. ... More

It was an overall smooth, easy, process from beginning to end. Issues have been addressed. Staff is friendly, kind and helpful. It's a beautiful community. Some personal preferences would be to be more considerate of the retired/older owners. Microwave is much too high to remove food safety. Tall cabinets are beautiful but not useful beyond second shelf. I'm understanding the reason but there's trip hazzard coming into garage, should be somehow made more visible. Same with the back patio step down. Just a few suggestions.

we have not yet moved in so cannot say if we have any problems. but Dominique was awesome and the builder we met was very nice and helpful

So far, the home Is great. There are a few things I would’ve expected to be a higher quality for a half million dollar home such as the wire racks in the closet should’ve been made out of wood and more sturdy and there should be towel racks in the bathrooms. The personnel at Lennar have been fabulous to work with very accommodating and responsive. The entire buying experience was easy and fast.

It’s a good place and a good home I really enjoyed it nice place

I'm still waiting for something to be done about it. Being the last house on the block and near the about to be built community pool it seems like they threw in last minute grass. I'm working on the front lawn, but it's taking a little time. I'm also working on the sides of the house to remove the dirt and stones that 2 young men (didn't understand or speak English, it was hard to communicate with them) tried to fill in the gaps. The dirt and stones came from the grounds where the community pool will be. BTW: I don't blame them they were told what to do. This will take time to do. At 76 it's getting tougher to handle all of it. The full backyard is even worse which will take me mouths to do. I can only work so long before my back starts to bother me. It would be nice for a professional landscaper to come and talk to me and to what can be done. Remember just because they call themselves a landscaper doesn't mean they are professional. We can compromise, redo the backyard and I'll finish the front and sides of the house. If you do this, I want to be present when they lay the sod down. Call me when you can. I had good experience with Lennar throughout the process

The team of Melinda, Bobby, Josh and Randy did a fantastic job at making the entire process exciting and beautiful.

The homebuyer experience was great, smooth process. Everything up through closing went smoothly. After closing, we had a couple small issues and logged a maintenance request. Those were quickly handled and resolved. My only complaints: 1. The white contractor paint sucks! I would recommend painting your home asap because you see everything on the walls, even just touching them. 2. I was told that I would get white trim paint and have reached out a few times because I have not gotten it. I still have not received it.

They build smart and modern houses

Excellent buying process. Quality of workmanship in the home construction mediocre. Low end flooring, cabinets, etc. But perhaps fits the price range of house. Very good follow up on service issues.

There are many problems that are still being discovered after closing, but Jim has been amazing at getting corrections made immediately.

So our experience was just fast. We had looked the year before, and had liked the Monroe. I came home from our house in Florida to get our house in ZIONSVILLE ready to list. A week later a buyer showed up at our door and wanted to buy the house, within a week we were under contract. My wife was still in Florida and I had to pick a house without her. Melinda and my Realtor were fantastic in helping. Thank goodness for FaceTime, I was able too walk through the house showing her everything. With in that day we purchased the house. Great experience along the way with Lennar,my only complaint is now that I am living there the HOA isn’t responding to any of my requests to finish out the house and put up and fence

They do respond to issues in a timely manner

After the sale service is poor to say the least.

We like the new condo and are glad we purchased it. John was a great salesman as a quality control rep, but he promised some things that just did not happen. Overall Lennar people have been great when we were talking to them. There are several concerns we noted in the original walk through that were not completed and similar concerns on a follow up work order. We placed an emergency call because we were having power outages and while it turned out to be a Duke Energy problem. We were not satisfied with the emergency contacts that were supposed to provide emergency services. The Lennar emergency contacts were great but the contractors that were supposed to be available to help had no off hour emergency contacts and we as well as the Lennar reps had nowhere to turn. Leslie, Kelly, and Jason are awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Lennar team all together are prompt, friendly and on top of any warranty issues. Building material, however is average. A lot of flooring, drywall, HVAC, landscape, mesh WiFi, roof, etc.. issues. The list goes on. I foresee ALOT of fixing/redoing stuff myself once the warranty runs out. Almost seems like it all was in such a hurry to build that it wasn’t thoroughly built/cared for. Price of the house does not meet building/material expectations.
