My experience here was great I had the most helpful agent here Dominique she walked me through everything. Couldn’t have done it without her. I love my new home

To automated---what is wrong with simply talking to your customer. Sales agents have attitude that they know ALL....they need education as to what is really going on with the construction instead of saying/telling customer things that are UNtrue

Lennar are very good builders and their responsibility to the customer is 100%. I like Lennar home.

Love our new home. The sales staff and builders of our home were professional. Very friendly and responsive. We did not love the process with the mortgage side of Lennar which needs improvement. Overall, would highly recommend a Lennar home.

Our sales person, Dominique, was absolutely incredible. If I had an issue, I could call or text her on her day off, on a holiday, or whenever and she took care of things right away. She was the highlight of our buying experience. There were several things on our punch list and Lennar took care of most of them in a timely manner. Some things I had to wait a little longer, but I am happy with their responsiveness overall. I would buy a Lennar home again.

The home buying process was really smooth and easy. My wife the whole time was waiting for something bad to happen because nothing ever goes smooth in her eyes. When nothing bad happened she was shocked. Would highly recommend Lennar to others!

We like the new condo and are glad we purchased it. John was a great salesman as a quality control rep, but he promised some things that just did not happen. Overall Lennar people have been great when we were talking to them. There are several concerns we noted in the original walk through that were not completed and similar concerns on a follow up work order. We placed an emergency call because we were having power outages and while it turned out to be a Duke Energy problem. We were not satisfied with the emergency contacts that were supposed to provide emergency services. The Lennar emergency contacts were great but the contractors that were supposed to be available to help had no off hour emergency contacts and we as well as the Lennar reps had nowhere to turn. We had a very pleasant experience buying our home from Lennar. Everyone went out of their way to help us before and after we moved in. We are very pleased with the home.

the 2 people assigned to us were both extremely responsive to any questions or issues. They followed thru with their action items on any items I brought to their attention. Could not have been happier with their support.

The process of purchasing the home with Lennar was great, it was quick and easy especially since it’s a brand new home. Once moved in, everything also ran smoothly ( only ran into two problems, AC and toilet) so far. The team were very responsive to the issues and fixed it right away. The quality of workmanship however was hoping a better quality ( not too bad but wish it’s better, expecting more). Be aware of the walk through and issue. Buying was easy with our realtor involved. Our Lennar Rep was great. Once we signed and purchased the home the Lennar Rep stopped responding to messages. Also, a service we submitted over a month ago has still not been completed, even though the ticket was closed. You can see how that might shake our trust. Our home is beautiful and so far, minimal build issues.

Townhome had all the features as promised, but the promised amenities in the community is nowhere to be seen. No communication on that from the developer or lennar

Sales rep & construction manager were great to deal with. Very thorough & did what they promised.

They do not respond to problems quickly and the quality of the repair leaves much to be desired.

Mortgage side of Lennar was slightly inept but the house itself is great and I would purchase another lennar home.

The team of Melinda, Bobby, Josh and Randy did a fantastic job at making the entire process exciting and beautiful.

Relatively easy buying experience. Made even easier by working with only Lennar for the home and initial mortgage. They were extremely patient with my misunderstandings of what they wanted for the mortgage. The windows do not provide as much noise reduction as I thought they would. Love some of the appliances. With time I may change to accommodate my personal preferences. But there is nothing wrong with any of them thus far.

Trust worthy, they are great value for all that need quality housing , security
