My overall experience with lennar was great and I am very happy and satisfied with the house. Victoria on the other hand made me feel stupid and as if I was wasting her time and was very rude toward me and my real estate agent. Countless times she would make comments making me feel less intelligent and she almost made the deal fall through several times throughout the experience. She also made several comments that were extremely unprofessional towards my real estate agent. Overall, things have been great. My only real concern has been once we closed, all the people we heard from disappeared. Lennar is a big company, I was hoping there was perhaps a single local number, perhaps even a local person, we could call with issues, questions. Now, not sure what I do or who I call. But overall, so far, love the place!

Everyone has been very helpful all along the way. We especially appreciated accommodating a major last-minute change. Chris has been wonderful in dealing with problems as they arise.

Buying the house with Lennar was great but after buying the home you don't have much support from the team and you have a lot of companies calling you to let you know they are from Lennar and offering you services to pay.

We bought this home as a second home to beat the heat of Florida Summers. Lenard’s people are caring and want to resolve issues. We have experienced some things we have not seen before in other 7 home we have owned. Our plumbing in half the house backed up after 3 weeks, floors have major dips in them and light is showing under front door threshold. Things I believe will get straightened out. Just kind of a pain. The house looks nice and will ultimately do, for why we bought it.

Too early to tell but everything looks great.

Our sales person, Dominique, was absolutely incredible. If I had an issue, I could call or text her on her day off, on a holiday, or whenever and she took care of things right away. She was the highlight of our buying experience. There were several things on our punch list and Lennar took care of most of them in a timely manner. Some things I had to wait a little longer, but I am happy with their responsiveness overall. I would buy a Lennar home again.

Townhome had all the features as promised, but the promised amenities in the community is nowhere to be seen. No communication on that from the developer or lennar

Our salesperson Viet was awesome to work with! He made the buying process easy. Lennar Mortgage was not so easy to work with. The incentives that came along with buying and financing through Lennar Mortgage were questionably worth it. I basically had to hold their hands through getting our closing disclosures setup correctly. When we did the walkthrough, we felt a little rushed and weren’t able to be as picky as I wanted to be. They also missed fixing some things we identified with blue tape. I also noticed some spots where the tape was clearly just removed and the drywall or trim defects weren’t resolved. There is a 1 time in the first year drywall repair they offer, so I intend to be very picky during that, since I couldn’t be during the pre-closing walkthrough. As far as post sale stuff goes, they have resolved all of our warranty claims up to this point in a timely manner. ... More

Response althrough the processes was great.officials were friendly and always ready to help. Necessary things were done to make a buyer settle with ease. However I nearly missed my home because of strigent requirements by Lennar on loan. Let you loan procedures have human face.

Things went smoothly…but too much email contact. Could not determine what might be important and what was additional marketing.

We had a nice experience with Lennar, would be appreciated more flexibility on changes that impact our lives in the new home. The company does not have flexibility at all to do changes even if you are willing to pay.

Overall, good experience with sales and customer care team. Not sure I would ever use the loan servicer directly through Lennar again as they were not great but everything else went smooth and we love our new home.

PROS: Excellent workmanship/finishing skills. Value for money CONS: Make sure to get a realtor to help keep the construction managers in check.

At first it looked cumbersome cos you got to send and send documents to prove your trustworthiness. At last I got it. It's all about perseverance

Overall good experience. Utility information provided but could have been better explanation at closing or a one piece handout as to what to do and who to contact. Workmanship satisfactory with responsiveness to issues very good.

Experience staff very knowledgeable. Contractor manager kept me informed on the process. There's still touch up that needs to be done but overall it's a decent community to live in.

Lennar has made the home building/buying process go very smoothly overall. The sales consultant was easy to work with and communicated well. The home was built on schedule and the home orientation procedure was excellent. Lennar has been very responsive to what few issues have come up since closing and move in.

Lennar was fantastic from start to finish. No project is without issues but everything was addressed in a timely manner. Grateful to Cory, Harry, Jenny and the whole crew.
