Lennar is very supportive. Helps buyer with all processes from start to finish with knowledgeable and experienced staff. Patient. This is a tough market to analyze value received for money spent. Would have preferred to have been given a choice regarding kitchen appliances and toilets. We can't compliment more regarding their overall employee skills.. They take pride in their Company!

We are very happy with our new home. The process went smoothly for us. We had a few things that needed correcting and it was taken care very well. it did not happen as quick as I would have liked but the work was done to my satisfaction and i was pleased with the workman ship. Cory has stopped by my home as he was driving thru the neighborhood to check and make sure everything was done to our liking so i really appreciated that. The same for Viet

Our issue with workmanship has to do with finishes on woodwork, cabinetry interiors, laundry room lack of cabinetry/sink, water lines from water tank being exposed and invasive in laundry room, poor finishes where pipes go into floor or through cabinets, lack of waterproof paint in bathrooms and kitchen, bathroom floors not being “upgraded” (our understanding was tule floors), low quality paint, non existence of towel holders anywhere (should be standard in all bathrooms). 10x10 patio is inadequate. No ability to upgrade anything. Requirement to keep trash cans in garage is ridiculous as during spring and summer months the trash smell will be unbearable. ... More

On the whole we love the house. Bedroom walls do not stop sound as much as they should between rooms and the bathroom.

The overall experience was good. We ran into delays but that’s expected. The sales staff was great, the customer care experience post closing has been great. The construction manager was average as he was not as detailed and peculiar as needed (thus resulting in lots of fixes afterwards). The worksmanship of the subcontractors used are average, could be better. However, any issues we’ve had since closing, they’ve addressed with no argument so that part of customer service is superb.

I got to experience the building of the house. There are issues I experienced during my build. First issue would be the siding being installed as though they were shingles and not staggered like it should have been. Second would be the flooring being installed the same way! There was a stair step pattern. Flooring should've been sporadically staggered. Neither the siding nor the flooring was corrected. Third issue would've been kitchen countertop installed properly, but then a few days later was cracked. Andy resolved that issue and had the countertop replaced. Fourth issue would've been kitchen cabinet gouged while being installed. Andy also resolved that problem as well. Replacing the cabinet entirely. Fifth issue was watching the trim guy beat trim so hard over doorway cracking it and leaving it. Then painters come behind him and try to cover it up with filler and painting over it. And Andy also resolved that by having the entire trim over the door replaced. Sixth issue would be someone gouged the flooring in the bathroom. Issue was corrected. The seventh issue would have been pipe going to the furnace that was in line of walking directly into as you going through the doorway. Issue was resolved pipe was turned away. I also walked through several other homes being built, and the issue was in those homes as well. The worst part of the experience would have been the painters. I'm not sure which is worse the trim guy or the painters. There are runs all throughout the trim in the house. Overall, if it had not been for Andy and Brent these contractors just do whatever they want and leave it. 90% if not more are non-speaking English. I downsized from Dave Sego quality built custom home to Lennar. This was very painful to watch throughout. I would say these are nice starter homes for young couples. But if you are wanting quality, I would say do your homework first. Some things they are great a few other things they need to work on like the day we closed escrow the person that did the walk through NEVER called us back even after we Text him twice but other people like Ryan in the sales office is the BEST.

My overall experience with lennar was great and I am very happy and satisfied with the house. Victoria on the other hand made me feel stupid and as if I was wasting her time and was very rude toward me and my real estate agent. Countless times she would make comments making me feel less intelligent and she almost made the deal fall through several times throughout the experience. She also made several comments that were extremely unprofessional towards my real estate agent. Victoria would be a serious issue in my opinion for future sales and without her in the process this would have been one of the best experiences. ... More

Overall, things have been great. My only real concern has been once we closed, all the people we heard from disappeared. Lennar is a big company, I was hoping there was perhaps a single local number, perhaps even a local person, we could call with issues, questions. Now, not sure what I do or who I call. But overall, so far, love the place!

Our salesperson Viet was awesome to work with! He made the buying process easy. Lennar Mortgage was not so easy to work with. The incentives that came along with buying and financing through Lennar Mortgage were questionably worth it. I basically had to hold their hands through getting our closing disclosures setup correctly. When we did the walkthrough, we felt a little rushed and weren’t able to be as picky as I wanted to be. They also missed fixing some things we identified with blue tape. I also noticed some spots where the tape was clearly just removed and the drywall or trim defects weren’t resolved. There is a 1 time in the first year drywall repair they offer, so I intend to be very picky during that, since I couldn’t be during the pre-closing walkthrough. As far as post sale stuff goes, they have resolved all of our warranty claims up to this point in a timely manner. ... More

Things went smoothly…but too much email contact. Could not determine what might be important and what was additional marketing.

Overall, good experience with sales and customer care team. Not sure I would ever use the loan servicer directly through Lennar again as they were not great but everything else went smooth and we love our new home.

Overall good experience. Utility information provided but could have been better explanation at closing or a one piece handout as to what to do and who to contact. Workmanship satisfactory with responsiveness to issues very good.

Experience staff very knowledgeable. Contractor manager kept me informed on the process. There's still touch up that needs to be done but overall it's a decent community to live in.

After our move in we discovered a major leak behind the wall between two bathrooms - the two needed redone and Jason with Customer Care was on top of the entire project and very responsive in seeing everything was done and done well. He even called in a mold mitigation specialist to make sure everything was clean and safe. While we were not happy with the need for the mitigation, we were extremely happy with Jason. He is the best and always cheerful.

I will have a clearer opinion after the year.

We were living far from the home as it was being built and Lennar kept us updated and sent photos of the building process every week. The home is well built, things that needed attention were handled quickly, Everything is working great.

They kept us up-to-date on our building progress and what to expect in very difficult times.

Curt in sales, JT, and Josh in responding to issues are outstanding
