At first it looked cumbersome cos you got to send and send documents to prove your trustworthiness. At last I got it. It's all about perseverance

Sorry to say but..It was shocking when it came to our knowledge that their are no towel hangers in any of the restrooms and no light outlet above the bathing tub in one the rest room.. is these are all upgrades included in Lennar planning/construction I think these are basic needs to be provided in the new homes. I have seen so many Lennar constructions but never like these..there are so many cut offs in the upgrades..I think it’s better to give options to the customers rather than saying everything included at least we can have some choices. And more over there are no bar top counter lights outlets where we can replace by our selves. I think the plan we got is a basic plan not the upgraded version of the Lennar. Very disappointed. ... Melinda (Lennar consultant) made the selection of model and contract experience very easy. Bobby and Josh (my before and after contacts) were always listening and did what they said they would do. Made it very easy to go thru the building experience. After the purchase, Gonzo installed upgrades for me. very reliable and affordable. Very satisfied with experience and finished product.

Nothing special. It would have been nice to be able to select a few features of the home. Communication from the walk through and on has been unimpressive, and it is challenging to get the correct information.

the team - sales agent and the construction managers made it sound like i am buying a candy at a candy store. they forced me to close without proper completion of the house just to meet their deadline. they even threatened me that they will hike the interest rate from lennar mortgage if i dont agree on what i say...we do have 4 other houses and never ever we had such a bad experience. lennar is disgusting

Time frame almost 14 months from signing contract to closing was much too long for basic cookie cutter house. We were first to choose lot in section open for sales, however most of our neighbors closed and moved in before us.

Location of home and floor plan well liked and met our needs. Quality and workmanship was disappointing and expected better. The people at Lennar were responsive and worked to address a few issues encountered and made things right. We had higher standards than the contractors used for some of the work performed, but do understand supply and resource shortages played a major role into some of the problems. All builders are experiencing this problem. Overall, we like the home and satisfied with resolutions.

They screwed up one of the key features in our home, offered a small discount instead of fixing their mistake. Lennar was supposed to contact us throughout the process to be apart of different phases. Never happened. Several things were half completed when we moved in or not even installed. Won’t be recommending to anyone I know.

Leannar mortgage was great made everything easy everything went smooth. Quantity vs quality for sure lots of mistakes

Overall, we felt the quality of the home was not worth the investment. Many areas of poor workmanship, walls not true to scale, flooring not put in correctly, concrete not put in correctly, many small things just not handled correct for 400K home. we believe more attention to detail could have been done, the home was not cleaned when we moved in, floors were dirty, garage dirty.

Overall good experience. Utility information provided but could have been better explanation at closing or a one piece handout as to what to do and who to contact. Workmanship satisfactory with responsiveness to issues very good.

A little over pricedper square foot, but we are on a golf course. Major issues with our address not being recognized by anyone! No deliveries could find us. We can’t change addresses because no websites recognize our new address. I have met some very nice neighbors on the upside.

Experience staff very knowledgeable. Contractor manager kept me informed on the process. There's still touch up that needs to be done but overall it's a decent community to live in.

From start to finish we’ve had a great experience with Lennar. Our salesperson and construction manager did an excellent job keeping us up to date on the progress of our home. Prior to closing we met twice with the construction manager to make sure any construction or quality issues were addressed. A few follow up issues came up after we moved in and Lennar was quick to correct them (and followed up to make sure we were satisfied ). We’ve been in our new home for about a month and a half and so far things couldn’t have gone better.

Make sure when you walk through , you take your time.

They're no 1 that will provide all what you need in your new home without adding another extra amount, they are also good in prices

Very spacious and well built homes. My visitors always recommend the house and says they have never seen such a house. Good job lennar and trustbuilders.

If you’re looking for an over priced home with no adds this is your spot. Keep your expectations extremely low if you decided to build in Troy Estates .

I'm half year into my new Lennar home. Despite being promised that workmanship and quality issues will be taken care off, they did not fully deliver. There were multiple issues from day one. Most of which are dealt with. Nevertheless, Lennar were content and insistent of leaving simple things such as incorrect installation of dishwasher unfix, which speaks heavily about their lack of professionalism of some of their employees. Dissappointing and appalling.

Lennar forgets about you after closing.
