I'm half year into my new Lennar home. Despite being promised that workmanship and quality issues will be taken care off, they did not fully deliver. There were multiple issues from day one. Most of which are dealt with. Nevertheless, Lennar were content and insistent of leaving simple things such as incorrect installation of dishwasher unfix, which speaks heavily about their lack of professionalism of some of their employees. Dissappointing and appalling.

Lennar forgets about you after closing.

This was my first experience with buying a house and Lennar knocked it out of the park! Everyone was so helpful and always kept in contact during every phase of the process. I truly cannot say enough good things about them!!!

For price of this home the overall workmanship was very poor. There are many basic things that were poorly done such as painting, and door and trim installation. Very disappointed with the quality of the work.

Lennar has made the home building/buying process go very smoothly overall. The sales consultant was easy to work with and communicated well. The home was built on schedule and the home orientation procedure was excellent. Lennar has been very responsive to what few issues have come up since closing and move in.

Everyone has been very friendly and responsive and reasonable. They genuinely want us to love our new home. And we do!

We all know how crazy the market is right now, but our experience wasn’t great from the sales room, to Lenner mortgage, all the way to closing. No support after closing either.. We love our home, the location is perfect and pricing was decent (taking into consideration what the world is going through). Definitely feels like a “Too big of a company” where they no longer focus on service standards.

We moved in to our new home a couple of months ago and we absolutely love it. After the final walk thru there were a couple of things that needed to be fixed, but the Lennar customer support was helpful and fixed the problem quickly.

We had a great experience from start to finish with our townhome. We love our new place!

I had issue with my gutter directions. I complaints about the issue to lennar but they just manipulate my concern and instead of taking my request just said buy gutter extension but that is not a solution of my request i have paid about $500k for my home and there is big mess of mulch on my walk way to main entry after every rain . Resolution asked is to change the direction of gutters. As i dnt want to put extension because it doesn’t look nice and make my home mess.

Slow to no follow up to correct or repair issues Very poor instruction on appliances,thermostat,irrigation system,ring alarm system Most items are not high end and workmanship is below par

Lennar was fantastic from start to finish. No project is without issues but everything was addressed in a timely manner. Grateful to Cory, Harry, Jenny and the whole crew.

Lennar was there for us through the process. We love our new villa. Most of the minor issues have or are being corrected.

Our experience with Lennar has been great so far. The house is spacious and we have fantastic neighbors. Lennar's support team has been on top of all of the minor issues that have come up as we are roughly 6 months into our home here. They are fast and follow up to ensure things are taken care of the right way.

Our sales person, Dylan was fantastic. We liked him and he was (and still is) very responsive to any questions or concerns. If I were rating just him alone I would say we had a very good experience. Lennar is a large builder and by all accounts should have their building process down now like a well oiled machine. They are, however, building these homes way too fast without a real attention to detail. Also, when issues are noted they are not addressing them while the work is being completed. It appears that they are just letting the issues slide in hopes that the new homeowner will not hold them accountable. Prior to moving in we had a walkthrough that should have only taken about an hour and at 3 1/2 hours I had to rush because of a work meeting. This was also the 2nd walk through of this home, so many of the issues we say were from the prior buyer that had not yet been addressed. They completed most of the repairs, but not all before our closing, and they were not completed with any quality. Instead they just threw some half assed workmanship and called it good. When we moved in you notice just little things that when added all together give you a negative feeling about their building practices. This is obviously all dependent on the Construction Managers and how they hold the subs accountable for the poor workmanship that they are seeing. When I talked with the Construction Manager about a problem we were having with our home I outlined the process that should have been followed to address and issue and his response was "that's not going to happen that way", to which I responded well it should. This is the single reason for the rating I have given. For the money you spend you should not be having any of the issues that we see in our home and many of the other homes around us. Overall I have had very positive interactions with the warranty people, Jesse and Arica. However, I have had way too many interactions already with them as our home was finished in June of 2022. Overall, I would give them a good rating if it was just dependent on them. Not sure that we would buy another home from Lennar without first seeing if they have fixed the issues with poor workmanship. We love the floor plan and the neighborhood. Like any new build there are sometimes are a few issues here and there that need to be corrected and the builder will stand behind those issues in this case there is a lot of things in place with the company to get you to tell them what’s wrong so that they can come back and take care of it the only problem is their systems keep crossing and the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing it’s been a very bad process so far and the quality of work on chip has been much less than in the past with this builder

The initial framing quality, including both materials and labor was the poorest of quality. Our replacement construction supervisor exhibited strong construction knowledge and was very responsive correcting final, cosmetic issues.
