We are very happy with Megan who made it all happen from beginning until the last process. Even after sales, she still communicated & catered to our needs. Lennar is very lucky to have an asset like her . A huge thank you to Megan!... TJ is also an asset to this team. He delivers! The not so nice experience is the closing part, when we were signing all the papers . We weren't sure if it's because of our payment type that's why we were not treated well, but the lady in charge there didn't make us feel important. She left us for another family who needed to take a mortgage. There was no happiness in that closing period. She made us feel NOT important. Keana her assistant is a nice person. The boss is NOT! ... It’s was a great experience buying from Lennar. people from Lennar are polite and patient ,helpful. My second one will be from Lennar.

I had to backout before closing due to medical emergency costing lots of money and requiring me to keep emergency funds. I understand it was a contract but 6000$ earnest money is a big amount that I had to lose. Lennar sold that home to someone else fairly quickly. Lennar gave me option to use that earnest money within 6 months but not sure if I will be buying home from lennar again.

Our experience with Lennar was okay overall, but there were some major gaps that were surprising for a company of this size. One of the biggest frustrations was not knowing what our home would look like during the building process. We weren’t shown exterior colors, finishes, or interior design details ahead of time. We literally had to drive by the house while it was being built to see what was happening. In 2025, I would expect 3D models, renderings, or at least photos of similar homes to help buyers visualize their investment. For a company as large as Lennar, this should be standard. We also didn’t know what the interior finishes would be until much later, which made the process feel uncertain and stressful. When you’re spending $400,000+ on a home, transparency matters. Another disappointment was the quality of the appliances. For the price point, they were underwhelming and honestly felt cheap. It comes across as Lennar cutting corners and getting greedy, which is frustrating for buyers making such a major purchase. That said, the local team we worked with was great. Everyone we personally interacted with was kind, responsive, and easy to work with. The only exception was the neighborhood “seller.” We never met him in person, and he never showed us what our home would look like, which added to the lack of communication. Overall, we like our home and had a decent experience, but Lennar really needs to improve transparency, communication, and quality for the price they charge. The home buying processes with Lennar was excellent because of the people. April, Joe, Samer, and everyone involved were professional, excited to help, and made my experience memorable!

First I want to say I am more sad than anything. Throughout the whole process I had issues. I was not listened to and my voice was not heard. There were issues that never got resolved and they started treating me terrible when I would try to address the concerns. One of the sales people asked me how I had so much time to leave my work desk to come to the office when I stopped in to say hi and try to build back a relationship since so many things were going wrong. The beginning was great, during the selling process they were great. Except they wouldn't allow me to have my realtor since she didn't come with me the first time I met with them. Also, they told me a washer and dryer was not an option I could choose however, my neighbor was allowed to have them as an option. They charged me more from my home than others across the street on a more expensive lot (the lots I really wanted but couldn't afford when picking my home out) and they are larger homes. They charged me more for my home than the one right beside me which is a bigger model with same add-ons as mine. So I felt taken advantage of because I did not have a realtor to help me negotiate. During the building process there were issues that they said they would fix but they didn't. There were out right lies told to me. Their workers damaged some things in the home during the building process that were not fix but I was told they were. I was put under a lot of stress because they were refusing to replace damaged doors (damaged by their worker). They eventually said they replaced them all but they did not replace them all and it appears they only trimmed down the doors that are supposed to be new doors, the doors have pretty big gaps from the door frame. The concrete work had a lot of flaws that never got fixed even with being told multiple times they would have the concrete company come out and fix them. I was told during the selling process that I would a full tree line behind my home to block a main street and traffic. That was a big reason why I chose my lot instead of the more expensive ones across the street (without a street behind). When all of the landscaping on the common area was completed they left a large gap right behind my home. My home is the ONLY home with the large gap and they admitted on email that it was there but they are not going to do anything about it because they are done with landscaping that area and it was included in the original quote. So I guess Lennar cannot afford one more tree to keep their word to their homeowner. Again, more than anything I am sad. Smooth and informative during process

The search for a home took 3 years, but our agent was marvelous, incredibly patient and sensitive to our exact needs not to mention our exacting demands. When the day finally arrived, there was nothing but happiness: with the beautiful house and the incredibly professional, flawless process of signing the necessary documents making the house our home.

This is my second Lennar home. Very pleased so far with the build and response to some minor issues. I have more than I could have dreamed in my home at a great price. Love the space. Well thought out floor plan. Lovely area. Great staff. Overall very happy.

Brand new house flooded due to faulty installed washer by the builder. A month has passed and still difficult trying to get help.

Very poor Electric placement cheap framing and we can’t get mail got to drive 6 miles to post office. So only get mail on Saturday garage door very narrow third one useless wouldn’t recommend to someone House across street same model week after we purchased dropped price 40000

Had a great time buying a home with Lennar. We've bought other new build homes before and this was the one builder who walked us through every detail and addressed all of our concerns. The process after closing was also good if we needed something done for warranty, some issues take longer to fix than other but that is due to the availability of the contractor. Overall we would recommend buying a Lennar house because it has been a very positive experience for us.

I recently worked with Lennar Mortgage, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I want to specifically mention the names of lennar staff that helped through the home buying journey. Mike was a very great help in the initial stages, providing valuable insights on homes in Pensy Trail and making me feel comfortable touring available properties. He was my first contact during the buying and scouting process. He made this happen! Nicko was incredibly helpful throughout the loan approval and closing process, frequently checking in and resolving issues with my bank and wire transfer. He, along with Kenar, & Mike were always available to answer questions and provide support, even when I had to make last-minute changes. My closing fee delayed due to my bank’s slow process but these guys were with me through out and made sure I got the deal closed asap. Kenar was instrumental in confirming my wire amount, and Chris was excellent in guiding me through the home inspection process. I am now 3-4 months in my new home and I love it here. The whole team were responsive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making my homebuying experience smooth and stress-free. This was my first time going through this process. I worried about everything, was skeptical, I questioned everything about providing so much information and I was stressed. The Lennar representative guided me through all of the paperwork, which was a lot and Lennar dropped the price, which was a BLESSING! The lender representative made me feel better about the process. She was patient and answered my questions, reassuring me that the process is normal and not to worry. I received encouraging texts from my realtor, which also helped. My realtor was present at the final stage, “the signing”. One thing that bothered me was the large down payment I had to come up with. I was expecting some assistance as a first time homebuyer, but was told my interest rate would increase and I would need to raise my credit score. I wasn’t not prepared for that; but God made a way out of no way! As a first timer, I was not aware of so much such as Lennar did not give an option to choose the color of the house or flooring, they use “cheap feeling” door knobs, toilet paper holder, doors and screen doors. Shower rods, towel racks, window coverings were not provided; but I’m guessing that is so I can personalize my home. I was told they would include a washer and dryer but I’m not sure if I’m paying for it or was it really an extra incentive. After I moved in I received congratulatory texts and emails from EVERYONE involved in my experience! I’m getting settled in and learning to deal with the imperfections. I have waited until the sales and building process was completed before writing this review. I wasn’t sure if I was going to get the value and quality of construction so I watched my house being built daily. Upon meeting our construction manager and walking through the house, I was immediately impressed by his willingness to answer questions and address the concerns I raised, most of which he had already marked up to correct. I soon realized he really wanted to be great at his job and possessed the skills and abilities needed to be successful. Throughout the construction process we came to trust him completely. Then as the house was almost completed we found we were going to need a bigger home. Our Salesperson was very understanding and made the switch to another house across the street seamless! This was an unexpected experience. This home was already completed but was overseen by the same construction manager. That gave us the peace of mind to move forward. From start to finish, Lennar has gone above and beyond our expectations. We love our new home and the community and look forward to enjoying the lifestyle this community affords us. ... More

Lennar's catchphrase is "EVERYTHING'S INCLUDED!". I'm here to tell you it's not. While the people along the way were magnificent and responsive, I'm just shocked just the blah chrome builder's grade cheap stuff Lennar used. This was a spec house so couldn't choose the quality of finishes I wanted, but shocked that basically no upgraded anything was used here. NOTHING. And if everything's included, why am I spending THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS having a painter and contractor add the basic things you didn't, and should have? Basic things not included? Shocked. I thought my other homebuilder was bad, Lennar took that crown. Again, LOVE LOVE LOVE the people along the way, from the sales office to the final walkthrough, this isn't in any way directed at them. ... More
