Our salesman, Viet, and the construction supervisor, Corey, listened well and took care of any concerns we had.

We were living far from the home as it was being built and Lennar kept us updated and sent photos of the building process every week. The home is well built, things that needed attention were handled quickly, Everything is working great.

The building process was very good. Enjoyed weekly calls with construction manager and sale person. Everyone made it easy to enjoy the process! Great team to work with!

Lennar is a unique builder with outstanding quality service delivery.

First of all, I was impressed with the both walk throughs and the attention paid to correcting every flaw. Since moving in, I have had three occasions to write requests; two small and one more serious water problem. In every case the response was swift and professional.

We love the neighborhood, trails and play area. The house is okay, but it does lack quality. Several issues since move in and they are slow to get things resolved. Our customer service rep is nice but all around there is major lack of communication. Otherwise we love the home and floorplan, just wish quality was better.

Whole experience was professional. Follow up and communication was excellent.

I lived out of state when my house was being built and they kept me informed each week as to what was being done and also sent pictures I really appreciated that gesture

Overall, this has been a good experience. Now that we are in our home we are finding some issues of mediocre workmanship. A couple issues have been resolved but we still have a major issue that is still pending. Lennar has addressed the issues but the contractor has not followed through. I would probably NOT purchase another spec home since no changes can be made to the options in the home. It was a matter of needing a home as quick as possible.

The prebuy experience was great. Once closed and moved in, the follow up and assistance by that person was sorely lacking. Makes me wonder how any issues or problems will be handled.

Mix feelings about the house

Throughout the home building process Lennar provided weekly updates and shared information transparently if anything held up the ability to meet the target move-in timeframe. The new home orientation was very thorough. This was my first time experiencing a buying in a new home construction community and I was informed by my realtor that Lennar was the most preferred builder. Everything I experienced lived up to this expectation. Also, all employees were friendly and after every conversation, reminded me that I can call anytime I had questions or concerns. That everyone is so willing to help

Had a great experience with the local Lennar team when selecting a new home. They were with me every step of the way and were very through with explanations. I was extremely pleased with how pleasant everyone was to work with during the entire building process all the way thru the closing & taking possession.

Dishwasher that won’t wash dishes, microwave already bad, handles come off refrigerator. On and on and on. Wow.

The communication between everyone was great. The communication between the builders and the agent on a weekly video was great and helpful. Closing day was easier then expected and the whole Lennar team was just great!!!

They kept us up-to-date on our building progress and what to expect in very difficult times.

The team we worked with were always ready to listen and help with any issues.

Poor workmanship Poor customer service

Good builder. Building a home is stressful no matter what. Builder was responsive and always willing to ensure customer is happy.

I liked the Lennar staff that I dealt with during this process. A couple things of note: 1. The "everything's included" concept is pretty nice but was disappointed in some parts of the execution. Pros: no stressful process of picking out finishes. Some nice features I would not have had otherwise like the gas fireplace and flex room (my office). Cons: All finishes/colors very neutral and not much character (I understand why they do this). Poor materials in some cases with no option to upgrade (cheap carpet and paint, painted door hinges and crack and pop when opening/closing doors). Strange decisions on things not included (water softener - who doesn't need one?, not finishing the drywall in the garage - it is half complete anyway to meet city code). 2. My two warranty requests were fairly unsatisfactory. One simple request to adjust doors that would not close took two visits to complete. One major request to fix a cracked sump line was closed without fixing the issue. A third party made the repair - very disappointing. 3. Using Lennar Mortgage was a pain. The day before closing, all of the small details had been taken care of and our house was move in ready. The building team was so conscientious.
