Time frame almost 14 months from signing contract to closing was much too long for basic cookie cutter house. We were first to choose lot in section open for sales, however most of our neighbors closed and moved in before us.

A little over pricedper square foot, but we are on a golf course. Major issues with our address not being recognized by anyone! No deliveries could find us. We can’t change addresses because no websites recognize our new address. I have met some very nice neighbors on the upside.

The initial framing quality, including both materials and labor was the poorest of quality. Our replacement construction supervisor exhibited strong construction knowledge and was very responsive correcting final, cosmetic issues.

The up front contacts and salesmanship were very good; the financial support process was quite poor; the construction is average with many nice features but too many punchlist items to work through; the HOA is pricey and not helpful at all; the landscaping is average; great community and location however; people are almost all friendly and responsive.

They put the electrical meters right by my front door also my neighbors electrical meter is by my garage door looks awful didn’t show this in the pictures

While the builder and senior management have very good intentions and would like the products and services to be excellent, I am not sure the staff at the lower level and executors of strategy and goals are aligned. There were a number of fauklts pointed out to builders during house construction which were ignored and some of these were not minor problems. Band aid solutions or explanations were provided. The Lennar Mortgage process was unnecessarily painful - I would never go for Lennar Mortgage. Closing process was extremely rushed with very little explanations. The refrigerator and dishwasher were faulty by design

Covid shortages seemed to affect some of the quality. Shortages on certain building items have shown up with the make-ups not fitting properly etc. They attempt to correct but product shortages continue and have hampered them.

Repairs that needed to be completed prior to the "needed" review for the sales department were priority. Details that need correction post that review certainly take a back seat. Vendors do not like accountability

Didn't know you can't store anything above the garage in Lennar homes....at least not in our area. I was told it voids the warranty. This should not be allowed. Yard work(sodding) appears to be substandard. For 230/month, the water bill should be included. Lawn maintenance seems substandard.

cheap material and appliance used in home. not quick response to issues

Very poor Electric placement cheap framing and we can’t get mail got to drive 6 miles to post office. So only get mail on Saturday garage door very narrow third one useless wouldn’t recommend to someone House across street same model week after we purchased dropped price 40000

The quality of the house is very poor, especially the painting work. Although I had many things corrected later, after moving in I still found many quality issues. My friend also bought a Lennar home, but their construction team did a great job, while the team that worked on my house was terrible. In addition, the paint quality is very bad. If I had been told at the time that I could choose better paint, I definitely would have paid extra for it.

The sales experience was very professional without pressure. Dominique was patient as we took almost a year to finalize a purchase. Customer service after the sale could be improved in response time.

We do like our house but throughout the process we’ve realized we will likely never use Lennar again. The lender we used (through Lennar-Sam) was horrible to say the least and obviously only had Lennar in mind throughout the process. Our appraisal was much lower than we paid and that component was very unsettling with how it was taken care of. Sam was pretty manipulative when speaking about it. I have a mortgage background so I found many errors however when brought to Sam he assured me I was wrong when in the end—I was right and our numbers were completely off. The fees for closing in itself was enough for me to never refer Lennar to anyone. We’ve been having issues with an excessive water bill and Lennar seems to not want to help. The issues brought to Lennar have been fixed ONLY if Lennar is not out any money. All in all, I wouldn’t do this again. ... More

I’m so disappointed with the workmanship and quality of materials used to build my home. There are so many obvious mistakes that were made and I still have issues that have not been resolved. The quality of the flooring, cabinets and countertops are horrible which will need to be replaced in a couple years. I would recommend a tape measure and level to be added to their toolbox.

Sales team is great. Project management team are nice people but allowed poor craftsmanship from some of the subcontractors. Several framing issues, including multiple small and large holes in the sheathing, sheathing that was not flush, missing king studs, bowed wall studs, etc. Trim carpentry is poor, including horrible joints in baseboards and crown molding, door gaps that are uneven, interior doors that were cut down crooked, etc. The stackable washer/dryer in the Next Gen suite was not installed properly (i.e. discharge hose was not installed into drain leading to water discharge all over the floor). Crack in the garage floor opened up two days after it was poured (no wire mesh or fiberglass fibers are use in the concrete). Sill seal was not properly installed in the garage. Bathroom wall light fixtures were installed too low (caught during celebration walk) and had to be raised prior to closing. Drywall repair in second bathroom completed poorly after light fixture was raised. The greatest error, however, is the fact the HVAC team did not install the separate zoned system in the Next Gen suite that we paid for. This will be corrected (hopefully) at some time in the future when the weather warms but this creates an incredible inconvenience and the potential for other damage caused then the HVAC contractor corrects this problem. ... We've had an ongoing HVAC issue that has yet to be resolved, we keep getting the standard corporate run around. If you can't engineer a product right don't advertise it as such!

1) Initially we booked lot but they changed it to another plot saying layout issue. they didnt give us option. literally forced us to take a the home which we didnt want. 2) no modification request was accepted

Interaction with pre-sale representative was great. The experience went down hill from there. The house was not ready for inspection. Kitchen cabinet doors missing, range hood not installed, scratches on refrigerator. Window screen on the front porch was missing. Lawn care had been neglected and the entire yard was in horrible condition. A third party inspector identified and documented these issues along with others. Informed that it would all the issues would be resolved by the second walk through. Not all items were completed prior to closing and unfortunately, issues now have to be filed on-line. It is a hit or miss what and when will be addressed by Lennar. The responsibility for issues seems to to be passed from one person/dept. to another. It appears that customer satisfaction is not a part of the criteria. ... More
