they make what they call and exceptions list. this to be fixed right away 1/2 the items are not on the list. non-responsive to fix anything. the worst builder we have felt with and had 6/7 new homes built . our building supervisor is terrible and non truthful. 0n a scale of 1 to 10. 10 being the best lerrar is a 2

I hated my experience with Lennar and will never t Go through this again! The lack of communication, the issues with closing, and all the little details and problems in my home like it all not being cleaned by my celebration walk. The carpets were t vacuumed, none of the windows were cleaned, scratches in my stainless steel sink as well as a dent in my refrigerator. Paint all over the breaker box. Leaves and dirt in my garage. Stains on the concrete in the garage. Almost every corner in my house is cracked. As well as the master bathroom shower. Even the doors/ walls and corners of my bathrooms are crooked. ... More

excellent team , best buying experience over all .

The house is made of very cheap materials. The dishwasher is plastic, the island makes a hallow noise when anything touches it. The sheet rock in the garage is not finished. The windows leak. It is always cold down stairs and hot up stairs.

It is a perfect home for every family. A complete smart house

Would not build with Lennar again

Lennar use to have a great reputation for a builder but all has changed today. They try maybe not enough workers but Lennar is not what it use to be. One reason I bought this house is because of Lennar's reputation but all has changed. Maybe this note will help them go back to the quality they use to have instead of trying to build more house than they can handle. Thank you!

The home is exactly what we wanted. We just wished the quality of the materials and craftsmanship was better. We've been in our home for 3 months. We have issues with the quality of paint, drywall and flooring. Some of the shingles on our roof also tore away which is a bit concerning since we just moved in and we live in Indiana where the weather isn't that extreme. Overall, we love our home and the reps were very friendly and knowledgeable. They also are very helpful in getting item's repaired or replaced, they make sure it gets done quickly and correctly.

Great follow up on minor issues.

I have been very pleased with my home buying experience! I love my house! Any issues I have had (and they have been very small ones) have been taken care of quickly and completely. The neighborhood is great, all neat and clean, the houses so pretty. So glad I bought a Lennar home!
