Dylan was great to work with through the whole process.

Lots of little things that either weren't done, missed, or just skipped all together. Use cheap materials with what appears to be unskilled labor to complete the build process. Sure the new features are neat but the quality is just not what I was expecting, especially with the price paid for the home. Many areas of the homes design just don't make sense from the lights and switches(which in some rooms especially the kitchen and hallway are backwards and in some cases on the wrong Side of the room) to the drywall, cabinets, the location of heater vents in the floor, the carpet is not good quality either. 3 months and we are looking at having to replace carpet already. I was disappointed in the overall workmanship in this house. At one screw in every hinge was stripped and was told you don't fix that. You can see seems in the crown molding but was told that is a homeowner's problem. All interior doorknobs were loose. Poor paint job.

Working with our Sales Rep, Dominique, was such a smooth process. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Wayne and Travis were all about the details and making sure our construction questions were answered and any concerns were addressed quickly.

Leslie, Kelly, and Jason are awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Lennar team all together are prompt, friendly and on top of any warranty issues. Building material, however is average. A lot of flooring, drywall, HVAC, landscape, mesh WiFi, roof, etc.. issues. The list goes on. I foresee ALOT of fixing/redoing stuff myself once the warranty runs out. Almost seems like it all was in such a hurry to build that it wasn’t thoroughly built/cared for. Price of the house does not meet building/material expectations. We are experienced home builders - house #5 I have never feeling so disconnected from the build - for first time home owners that f do not know better would be a good experience. Subcontractors cut corners example you touch the wall and paint is do thin it marks

We are very pleased with our new home!

Salesman we great very attentive to our needs.

Well designed floor plans. Keeps buyer well informed on progress. Initially very responsive to issues, but drifts to mediocre after six weeks. Work force appears to have incentives to build quickly, not well. Do-overs typically done by different entities so no one accountable. Cheapest grade HVAC, water heater, and appliances.

Lennar is reliable and i will recommend

Good people to work with… decent home…but low end appliances…cheaper grade carpet….wall paint could be nicer…Not accustomed to subdivision where all the homes are relatively identical. Rate it 7 / 10

Lovely built home design where everything is included

There were several items that had not been completed by the time of closing and several more issues once we moved in. We have now been in our house 4 months and are still experiencing issues. I feel that Lennar is now more about quantity than quality.

Lennar homes are outstanding and the spacious. The design is one of its kind. We get compliments from visitors. There are enough spaces between the Buildings.
