I am not happy with the LENNAR. We had hard time with this purchase with Lennar. Specially the loan officer. He provided the incorrect information in disclosure. And he blamed us not reviewing the document. And later for another disclosure he did mistake on estimated closing cost and we I had to dig into email to prove he did mistake as the disclosure does not matching with what he said to us over the email. I am very upset with the response I have received from Lennar.

If you’re looking for an over priced home with no adds this is your spot. Keep your expectations extremely low if you decided to build in Troy Estates .

Like any new build there are sometimes are a few issues here and there that need to be corrected and the builder will stand behind those issues in this case there is a lot of things in place with the company to get you to tell them what’s wrong so that they can come back and take care of it the only problem is their systems keep crossing and the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing it’s been a very bad process so far and the quality of work on chip has been much less than in the past with this builder

I've been lied to continuously throughout the entire process and it's utterly disappointing that a company this large is this dysfunctional and dishonest.

from day 1 day of closing till now

issue #1 Day of closing plan was not discussed or no one contacted us cause they had wrong number in system despite 10 emails to correct in systems, also not only that they just put that on saying we were late take key from here and have fun.. Issue #2 came to find out mold pre exits issue and they did handle well to resolve all though time we loose did not got reimburse cause they fixed it in timely manner how that make sense when you are buying brand new home and have to deal with this all

I'm half year into my new Lennar home. Despite being promised that workmanship and quality issues will be taken care off, they did not fully deliver. There were multiple issues from day one. Most of which are dealt with. Nevertheless, Lennar were content and insistent of leaving simple things such as incorrect installation of dishwasher unfix, which speaks heavily about their lack of professionalism of some of their employees. Dissappointing and appalling.

I had very hard time with Lennar sales person and Mortigage people ,they are not co-operative and they will not include any upgrades,we have to go with their recommendations , so f you want smooth process I will not recommend Lennar homes at all .

Lennar use to have a great reputation for a builder but all has changed today. They try maybe not enough workers but Lennar is not what it use to be. One reason I bought this house is because of Lennar's reputation but all has changed. Maybe this note will help them go back to the quality they use to have instead of trying to build more house than they can handle. Thank you!
