I have too much repairs left in my new home and I reported so many times but no one responds

Everything is included ...Except....No towel rods are installed and no splash blocks are placed outside as water rolls out of the down spouts

It has been a great experience from the very beginning to the end . Our sales person Laura has been wonderful she’s answered every question she’s given great recommendations and even at the very end where there was a hiccup at closing she came in and saved the day. And now Jordan JT and Josh have helped with answering questions about the house and helping with minor things that need to be fixed Josh has been a great resource with technical things as well and even help set up the ring cam which probably would have never been done if it wasn’t for him . We really do appreciate everyone here at Lennar that helped us . The only reason I gave four stars on responsiveness and value is we haven’t lived here long enough to know .I’m sure once we start using the amenities we will see the value and this neighborhood. And on the responsiveness again we’ve not lived here long enough to see how they respond from this point on on things that are going to eventually pop up but I’m sure if it’s like everything so far it will be great . Everything in house is great quality. When a request is submitted everything is taken care of. Neighbors are great. Other home owners talked very highly of builder.

We love our house and the neighborhood. It’s been a pleasure dealing with Lennar too. The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 on quality of workmanship and materials is that there have been a few issues that looked like they were simply careless mistakes by the crew who installed. Lennar is quick to fix the issues though so that makes it better.

Be sure to have your agent with you on walk thru

My husband and I were pleased with the overall experience with Lennar. There was always someone available to help with an concerns or issues that came up. We would definitely recommend Lennar to friends and family.

The only issue I had was after we did the walk thru the week before closing. The lender/ underwriting had issues with stuff that I gave them months ago which really wasn't an issue. I just felt if you had all my stuff since December then those issues should have come to light then not the week of closing

Our issue with workmanship has to do with finishes on woodwork, cabinetry interiors, laundry room lack of cabinetry/sink, water lines from water tank being exposed and invasive in laundry room, poor finishes where pipes go into floor or through cabinets, lack of waterproof paint in bathrooms and kitchen, bathroom floors not being “upgraded” (our understanding was tule floors), low quality paint, non existence of towel holders anywhere (should be standard in all bathrooms). 10x10 patio is inadequate. No ability to upgrade anything. Requirement to keep trash cans in garage is ridiculous as during spring and summer months the trash smell will be unbearable. ... More

Great house. I love lennar house

They have a good system in place to address concerns if you have them after moving in. However, it would have been nice to have a very clearly defined sheet on what is covered under warranty and until when and what is not. Also, what the HOA is responsible for and what Lennar is responsible for. We are in a position now of considering getting a water softener. We have had dry skin and film on our shower door after only a handful of showers. It might have been nice if someone explained to us that the water in Westfield is not great and is very hard. This is an expense that we were not banking on. We are from Illinois and have never had these problems with our water. ... More

We researched all the major builders in Hamilton County before purchasing our home. After extensive research Lennar was the clear choice. Lennar's "Everything is Included" presents great value for money. Items that are extra with other builders are included with Lennar. For example, Lennar's contractors just fully sodded both front and back yard of our home. Based on the sod prices in our area this would have been a $5,000 cost to me. Other homes in our area are sod in the the front yard only, and seed in the backyard. This is just one of many items included with our home. The other standout feature of Lennar is their service. From Nathan our buying consultant, to Travis our build supervisor and now to Larry our after-market care representative, service has been excellent. Like all new homes there are a few minor items that need correction (not many thanks to Travis). Larry responds immediately, and the problem is fixed quickly and completely. I read many reviews of other builders. After-market care is often a weakness. Not the case with Lennar. Overall, after one-month in our home, we are pleased with the home and the service. I would recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a new home in the Indianapolis suburbs. ... More

This is my 4th month we found around 29 issues as of now

Lennar did a great job of showing me the house and the various lot options/styles, as well as provided competitive pricing, flexible mortgage options, thorough inspective walk-throughs, and a great system to follow up with post-closing with any issues. Would highly recommend.

We have built with Lennar before. The 1st build was a great experience without any craftsmanship issues. This time, we were not satisfied with the workmanship, and we are still experiencing HVAC issues that have yet to be resolved.

I had the pleasure of working with Dominique Pence and Matthew Taylor. They made buying my first home so easy!
