I love my home and I hate the fact that I live across the street from a new Lennar Town Home that someone is using like a Hotel.They have 10-12 renters at one time living there that move in and out every few weeks or so.I was never told this or I would have found a better location.I gave you overall poor scores due to this and at some point I will sell this home and go find a new home.

Lennar prides themselves as a production home builder to a point where their approach to a home is to build as many homes with the minimal quality and maximum profit that they can get away with legally. Where the buyer and/or potential home owner is simply writing the checks - without input and concern. They set closing dates for acceptance and turnover before the work is complete and/or inspected.
