Dominique was amazing! She helped us through the process of purchasing our home. Our celebration review was excellent as well with Lennar(can’t not recall the gentleman’s name but he was great!)

Lennar emphasizes that Sod is not covered under warranty. Understandable! However, what they don’t tell you is they will come and tear your yard up (digging and whatnot) and won’t even notify the home owner. What they won’t tell you is that they’ll replace all the damage done by construction at the lowest priority I’ve even experienced. We were told our oven was brand new (we found a scratch on it before signing and told them we wanted it replaced). They covered the scratch so we didn’t know it was the same one and shipped us a new door AFTER WE SIGNED so it wasn’t covered under warranty at all. The experience was not completely disappointing but it was not amazing either.

Moved in 6 weeks ago. They didn't finish caulking the upstairs bathroom, the laundry room door doesn't latch, one wall in the upstairs has drywall that moves when you push on it (not properly nailed up), and they left half the building extras in my master bedroom instead of the garage. Aside from the use of flat paint in the bathroom, it's fine. The bigger issue is that my loan agent told me that the first year of HOA fees was covered with my mortgage. This was a flat lie as I was notified 6-weeks in that I owed $625. I do not trust them, but for the price and interest rate for the house, what real choice do I have? ... More

We were always supported promptly by the sales staff. Ryan was always good at responding to emails. The construction manager Josh also was responsive and helpful.

Some things they are great a few other things they need to work on like the day we closed escrow the person that did the walk through NEVER called us back even after we Text him twice but other people like Ryan in the sales office is the BEST.

Lots of paint splatters. Windows were filthy…..never cleaned after installation. Construction debris at the end of the street has never been cleaned up. Positives….. quality flooring. Clean installation of furnace and water heater. Masonry work looks good. Appliances are above average. Closing was seamless Suggestions to make it better. Use screws for Sheetrock instead of nails to eliminate nail pops. Don’t use FLAT paint. Satin would improve the look and cleaning substantially. Do a better job of cleaning prior to someone moving in such as paint splatters and eliminating the Sheetrock dust from the tile floors. Don’t close any of the interior doors after painting….. several had marks where the door had stuck to the jam and then opened, removing some paint. ... More

Working with Taylor was amazing. Unfortunately Taylor doesn’t manage all aspects of the buying experience. The financing and getting to close was a disaster. It seemed like this was Lennars first home to mortgage and close. The price we ended paying is probably “fair” in today’s market but I do not think the price the home was listed at and the quality that went into building the home are comparable. So many small things could be done that would make these homes stand out and most likely bring a higher selling price, for example update fixtures and door handles instead of the cheap silver construction grade. A little thought of outlet placement would have gone a long way too. In the end, we purchased the home so I can’t complain too much! After being in the home for a couple months it just feels like we took a step backward from our previous home. ... More

Lennar did not provide quality workmanship during the build process. Multiple issues and after the fact warranty claims. Cracked concrete, dented garage doors, poor drywall and trim quality, damaged cabinets, condensation on fireplace glass, unable to cool upstairs with size of AC unit, no electrical junction box, missing stud in wall, damaged stair railing, yard retaining water, dead landscaping, and more.

The whole process was very helpful and easy, making our purchase decision for us. Everyone in the process has been great.

The sales experience was very professional without pressure. Dominique was patient as we took almost a year to finalize a purchase. Customer service after the sale could be improved in response time.

We do like our house but throughout the process we’ve realized we will likely never use Lennar again. The lender we used (through Lennar-Sam) was horrible to say the least and obviously only had Lennar in mind throughout the process. Our appraisal was much lower than we paid and that component was very unsettling with how it was taken care of. Sam was pretty manipulative when speaking about it. I have a mortgage background so I found many errors however when brought to Sam he assured me I was wrong when in the end—I was right and our numbers were completely off. The fees for closing in itself was enough for me to never refer Lennar to anyone. We’ve been having issues with an excessive water bill and Lennar seems to not want to help. The issues brought to Lennar have been fixed ONLY if Lennar is not out any money. All in all, I wouldn’t do this again. ... More

Starting with the viewing of homes Ryan was so helpful then he introduced me o the rest of the Lennar team. From all the Joshs’ to the final closing, everyone I talked with was so nice and patient and helped me through the whole process.

Lennar charges a premium price and uses the cheapest material and labor and it shows. I am SO disappointed and have major regret for building this home. Gave responsiveness 2 stars - they do respond - but, nothing changes - your told that's how it is.

This is our second Lennar home. We are super pleased with the house. The Lennar mortgage process was fairly seamless as well. The build and craftsmanship are of good quality. Whatever small issues we noticed, Lennar has been quick to fix and make right. Overall, we are very pleased!

Lennar made buying this home so smooth and easy. From the very beginning, start to finish was fantastic. Jessica was great from the start. No pressure, just facts and she made us feel very confident.. The construction superintendent walked us through the house and gave detailed feedback. I believe the house is superior workmanship. We really enjoy the floor plan! Nothing like it we looked at before. Thank you!

The sales people were awesome. The loan process could have been less stressful. They wanted the same info sent to them multiple times. Taylor the sales consultant was fabulous and very helpful. The title reps were awesome and my Broker Rachel was fantastic. We have had a few issues after we moved in and Wendy has been awesome. She has went out of her way several times and has always been there when we needed help. When we moved in the house could have been a lot more cleaner. The floors have markings on them from the installation that will not come out and they are not shiny as you would think they should be. ... More

I just want to say a great thank you to Lennar home builder for there excellent work they did for my new home. They are very reliable and dependable all their workers are professional and trustworthy.

All folks from Lennar and Osbourne Trails were very helpful and courteous.

I was so excited with my new house everything was perfelctly built initially I had issues with my electrical and my closet but everything was corrected and now am so happy thank you lenner

We love our new home! The process was flawless and communication was great throughout the purchasing process. We chose to use Lennar mortgage and their recommended home insurance provider which made for a smooth flow of all the documentation for approvals. The quality of the home is as close to a custom build as you can get. When you consider there were likely 200+ hands that took part in the build. The only issue we had was with appliances and the response time repair. I realize now it was not Lennar but the service for appliances and Ring doorbell. We also have a gutter that is noticeably bent and mentioned during walk through, but the Quality walk through representative did not include it on the repair sheet. So I will take the blame of not paying closer detail to the document. I will need to pay for the cost to replace the gutter. The Q rep stated clearly once signed no further repairs would be made. With that said ensure the requests you have during your walk through are documented. All things considered I definitely would recommend Lennar homes to anyone wanting a new build. There is a variety of floor plans, designs, and square footage to choose from for families, young couples, seasoned retired couples and singles. ... More
