Osborne Trails is a community for 55 and older people, which is what we were looking for in a summer home. Lots of activities and nice facilities. My Lennar sales associate, RyanP was terrific. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Even on his days off.

Very disappointed, marked areas with tape and tape was removed without the work being done.

Good , peaceful, clean perfect and beautiful.

Lennar has cut multiple corners in quality. They have done an abysmal job in leveling the lawn. The house finishing has multiple rough finishes. They have door a very poor job in closing out the gaps inside and outside the house. I would expect a lot more if I am paying more than 600k for a house.

I moved from a lovely Lennar 55+ community in NV, so I was comfortable with the quality of homes and communities they build, before I moved to a Lennar 55+ community in the Midwest. I’ve had two significant issues during my six weeks here, but Lennar’s Customer Care reps (warranty support) are very responsive and do their best to resolve issues. In my experience, Lennar homes are more affordable than others I’ve looked at, too.

I wish we would have shopped around. Once we signed it was difficult to get a response. Trust was broken several times and we debated whether we should cancel and call our deposit a loss. Look around.

Lennar are wonderful people to work with, when you called them they always responded immediately. From beginning to finish the are wonderful, I’m glad I joined Lennar family. Lomi

We had a great sales person, Todd. He went out of his way to make sure we planned the home we wanted, even last minute changes. He was always pleasant and upbeat. Thanks Todd for making this experience a great one.

Lennar treated us so well during the process of our home purchase. I genuinely was impressed and I come from a Real Estate Development background. Their project managers are top tier. The quality of materials used was high quality and I’ve gotta say I’d recommend them to anyone. Veteran- purchase

Compared to other builder I had experience earlier, Lennar is by far better

great owner home buying experience however, the priority of laying Sod is not a clear pocess. Home completed build later but had the sod layed down first.

Lennar is everything that i wanted and more. All of the appliances are state of the art. The sod went down and looks so wonderful. I can’t say anything bad about Lennar at all.

Start to finish Lennar overall has been great! They have been super quick, friendly and easy to work with

Lennar should allow some changes to be made before build is started. The kitchen sink design does not conform to allow basic accessories to be purchased, ie sink grates. Upgraded fridge is not a true upgrade

This process was extremely painful and unfriendly to myself as the homebuyer. I have purchased 4 homes and this was easily the worst experience. The concierge, Debs communicated terribly, was condescending, and was completely unwilling to help us negotiate a closing date, time, and location that was best for us. Our initial request was to close remotely in Florida which we were told could not happen. I asked again to close remotely from the model home in Franklin and was told it was not far enough away from the Carmel office. We drove from Florida to Indiana and were expected to be at final walk-through 9 hours after we arrived in Indiana, at 8:00 am the next day (we were told “hopefully that time works because it has to”) and then drive 30-40 minutes away to Carmel to close on the house and then BACK to Franklin to be in our home. This was all completed with minimal sleep, 15 hours of driving the day before, 3 pets, 2 kids, one of which woke up the same morning with a fever. It is insanely discouraging to spend the amount of money and time it costs to purchase a house for the builder and Lender to be so unwilling to offer any flexibility in these kinds of situations, especially. Our furnace had a gas leak and was inoperable less than a week after moving in. To add, Lennar Mortgage received everything that was asked for. However, a clerical error on the end of Lennar has caused them to contact myself for additional paperwork that was not needed originally although the mortgage has already been sold to another lender (2 months after closing.) ... I’m so disappointed with the workmanship and quality of materials used to build my home. There are so many obvious mistakes that were made and I still have issues that have not been resolved. The quality of the flooring, cabinets and countertops are horrible which will need to be replaced in a couple years. I would recommend a tape measure and level to be added to their toolbox.

I needed a fast close and Lennar helped me meet my very tight timeline with ease. The quality, price, and terms of my home purchase are excellent

Buying a new house was a smooth and exciting process! From securing financing to finding the perfect home, everything went well. The inspection and closing were straightforward, and now I’m enjoying my new space. Highly recommend being prepared and working with great professionals!

Good morning, we purchased a home at Geist Manon, our sales associate Heather was friendly and helpful in the beginning but once we signed the deal her total demeanor changed regarding her follow up as she also failed to reply to emails. We felt by sales and contractors as we were just a number and when you send the money we spend on a new home it should be a great experience. We also still have things yet to be fixed from our initial walk through drywall issues, painting touch ups,house cleaning the floors were dusty (drywall dust), outside was a mess due to winter conditions and no one has reached out to follow up. Having different entities of Lennar integrated like Sales, Mortgage and Titles ensures smooth flow of information for smoother transaction. Lennar homes buying has created a very positive experience from purchase decision to closing. The NHO team including Gurwinder ensured total quality to reduce issues at later phases. Post closure Issue resolution team is super responsive and helps fix issues ASAP. Overall, very positive experience for homebuyers.

Excellent customer service simply the best.

I have been pleased with my Lennar home, with minor exceptions—the Refrigerator was an unfortunate choice which I tried unsuccessfully to exchange for what I wanted. I did buy a new one for $1200. The toilet paper holders were practically unusable. I replaced those for less than $100 including labor. The experience with the Mortgage company was unpleasant and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
