Lennar treated us so well during the process of our home purchase. I genuinely was impressed and I come from a Real Estate Development background. Their project managers are top tier. The quality of materials used was high quality and I’ve gotta say I’d recommend them to anyone. Veteran- purchase

great owner home buying experience however, the priority of laying Sod is not a clear pocess. Home completed build later but had the sod layed down first.

Lennar should allow some changes to be made before build is started. The kitchen sink design does not conform to allow basic accessories to be purchased, ie sink grates. Upgraded fridge is not a true upgrade

This was the most painful homebuying process I have ever experienced.

This process was extremely painful and unfriendly to myself as the homebuyer. I have purchased 4 homes and this was easily the worst experience. The concierge, Debs communicated terribly, was condescending, and was completely unwilling to help us negotiate a closing date, time, and location that was best for us. Our initial request was to close remotely in Florida which we were told could not happen. I asked again to close remotely from the model home in Franklin and was told it was not far enough away from the Carmel office. We drove from Florida to Indiana and were expected to be at final ...

I’m so disappointed with the workmanship and quality of materials used to build my home. There are so many obvious mistakes that were made and I still have issues that have not been resolved. The quality of the flooring, cabinets and countertops are horrible which will need to be replaced in a couple years. I would recommend a tape measure and level to be added to their toolbox.

Good morning, we purchased a home at Geist Manon, our sales associate Heather was friendly and helpful in the beginning but once we signed the deal her total demeanor changed regarding her follow up as she also failed to reply to emails. We felt by sales and contractors as we were just a number and when you send the money we spend on a new home it should be a great experience. Having different entities of Lennar integrated like Sales, Mortgage and Titles ensures smooth flow of information for smoother transaction. Lennar homes buying has created a very positive experience from purchase decision to closing. The NHO team including Gurwinder ensured total quality to reduce issues at later phases. Post closure Issue resolution team is super responsive and helps fix issues ASAP. Overall, very positive experience for homebuyers.

I have been pleased with my Lennar home, with minor exceptions—the Refrigerator was an unfortunate choice which I tried unsuccessfully to exchange for what I wanted. I did buy a new one for $1200. The toilet paper holders were practically unusable. I replaced those for less than $100 including labor. The experience with the Mortgage company was unpleasant and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

First New Build for Us

The house was done on time and the transition through inspection and closing was smooth. Clean up around the house was terrible as trash and building materials were left laying around the house. The back patio was covered in nails and other debris that was just left. The people we worked with were great, but could have put more focus on giving us a clean and pet/family friendly yard.

Too many emails. Shortcuts taken on…wiring, fans, lighting, trim/drywall. Response to our concerns had been positive. Not enough heating/ ac vents around the house…cold spots and hot spots. All personal we’ve felt with have been very helpful, sympathetic, and friendly.

We love our new home. We downsized and selected a convenient ranch home. My favorite features are the fireplace and the flex room. The flex room is now our library. Walk thru and closing

We did our walk thru a week before we closed and we came back 3 times in that week and nothing had been done in our walk thru so the day before closing we went to the office and our girl got on the phone and called our project manager and got them to start working on all the things that were wrong. But the morning of the closing we came back and several things were wrong and I feel like we were dismissed on all of them and then you are stuck because you have to go to your closing.
