Everyone in the process was really friendly. The home is perfect and very efficient. It seems soundproof cause I really don’t hear a lot outside the home with the construction. Perfect for the price I paid.

Sales team is great. Project management team are nice people but allowed poor craftsmanship from some of the subcontractors. Several framing issues, including multiple small and large holes in the sheathing, sheathing that was not flush, missing king studs, bowed wall studs, etc. Trim carpentry is poor, including horrible joints in baseboards and crown molding, door gaps that are uneven, interior doors that were cut down crooked, etc. The stackable washer/dryer in the Next Gen suite was not installed properly (i.e. discharge hose was not installed into drain leading to water discharge all ...

From start to finish the buying process with Lennar was simple and straightforward. Everyone was extremely responsive and the process went smoothly. Our home is beautiful and has a wonderful open floor plan. The two story great room is next level. We would definitely recommend Lennar to our friends and family.

We've had an ongoing HVAC issue that has yet to be resolved, we keep getting the standard corporate run around. If you can't engineer a product right don't advertise it as such!

I have very bad experience with Lennar new house quality and workmanship. Before clossing and after there are few major leakage on Lennar new house due to bad workmanship. Also during leakage Noone response to fix the issue on time. Low guality of interior door and kitchen cabinets. Low quality of and bad workmanship of plumbing faucet and plumbing contractors.

They are very prompt with getting arrangements made for sending people out to fix things. Our only issue is obvious cracks in the tiles are being brushed off as it's part of the pattern.

Osborn was just what I was looking for no stairs no yard maintenance close to the club house n pools. My only disappointment is a month after I moved in they raised the monthly dues

My overall experience with lennar was great and I am very happy and satisfied with the house. Victoria on the other hand made me feel stupid and as if I was wasting her time and was very rude toward me and my real estate agent. Countless times she would make comments making me feel less intelligent and she almost made the deal fall through several times throughout the experience. She also made several comments that were extremely unprofessional towards my real estate agent. Customer service is not good. The master bedroom shower is useless with no tap at the bottom and sliding glass door is hard to clean. The master bedroom wic is literally in the corner you have to walk through the bathroom to get there and there is no power outlet in it. I told my desire what type of home I am looking for but the Lennar team was very cold. They didn't help me to find my first home to be my dream home. I wish it could be my dream home. The team you have is not supporting at all. We moved from New Jersey for this home. The team was not cooperating with us to find the perfect home

There are serval persons I would like to acknowledge that made this experience a great one. Thank you Derrich (construction team). He sent me videos and kept me posted. His team made sure my home was ready an error free as possible. Cody: he was so very thorough in the walk thru. He went out of his way to work with Derrich before I got there to decrease any warranty defects before they would happen. And lastly, Gregg. I wouldn't have begun the process without him. He answered all my concerns up front and was excellent to work with. Thank you Lennar Team.

It was not a good experience from the start. We were told by the sales woman that Lennar did not offer VA loans. We found that to be incorrect. We have had many issues with the workmanship and have only been in the hone for less than 2 months.

Too many quality isssues after closing

Water tank, dishwasher, emergency shower hinge, ungrounded rail. These shouldn’t occur with adequate quality control. Home experience stafff became invisible and unresponsive after sale, warranty filing process is inconvenient and closed so my property managers cannot file claims on my behalf.

Overall, things have been great. My only real concern has been once we closed, all the people we heard from disappeared. Lennar is a big company, I was hoping there was perhaps a single local number, perhaps even a local person, we could call with issues, questions. Now, not sure what I do or who I call. But overall, so far, love the place!

The Lennar team has been great from start to finish. Gavin has done an amazing job throughout the process and continues to be of great help. I would highly recommend Lennar for their customer service alone. The overall build went smoothly from start to finish. Cosmetic issues were resolved in a timely manner. My only concern is for some of the subcontractors work but that’s NOT on Lennar.

Excellent buying process. Quality of workmanship in the home construction mediocre. Low end flooring, cabinets, etc. But perhaps fits the price range of house. Very good follow up on service issues.
