Great house. I love lennar house

We researched all the major builders in Hamilton County before purchasing our home. After extensive research Lennar was the clear choice. Lennar's "Everything is Included" presents great value for money. Items that are extra with other builders are included with Lennar. For example, Lennar's contractors just fully sodded both front and back yard of our home. Based on the sod prices in our area this would have been a $5,000 cost to me. Other homes in our area are sod in the the front yard only, and seed in the backyard. This is just one of many items included with our home. The other standout feature of Lennar is their service. From Nathan our buying consultant, to Travis our build supervisor and now to Larry our after-market care representative, service has been excellent. Like all new homes there are a few minor items that need correction (not many thanks to Travis). Larry responds immediately, and the problem is fixed quickly and completely. I read many reviews of other builders. After-market care is often a weakness. Not the case with Lennar. Overall, after one-month in our home, we are pleased with the home and the service. Lennar did a great job of showing me the house and the various lot options/styles, as well as provided competitive pricing, flexible mortgage options, thorough inspective walk-throughs, and a great system to follow up with post-closing with any issues. Would highly recommend.

Osborn was just what I was looking for no stairs no yard maintenance close to the club house n pools. My only disappointment is a month after I moved in they raised the monthly dues

This house is perfect for my family,it’s a 5 bedroom duplex carriage with lots of space and in a beautiful&serene location in Westfield..

This precious from start to fitness has been pretty simple. I did everything with Leonard I financed I got my homeowners insurance. I purchased a home that was already prebuilt enclosed and less than 60 days. It was an amazing experience. Lender was exceptional and so was the sales team. Gregg was great and so was Austin and I cannot forget about, NICOLE

Home buying itself is a stressful process, however Lennar truly covers EVERYTHING! I received help and support with all my questions or concerns. Everyone from Jamie in Homebuyer center to loan officer Josh, and closing agents and customer care representatives were ALL very kind, caring and knowledgeable. It was a great experience from the build to the final walk through. The home was over priced initially, but the team at Lennar mortgage and the team onsite really took care of things and made me feel at ease with how the appraisal came back lower than expected. Was glad to have Austen and TK to work with. I would recommend Lennar for sure!
