Very high quality and attentive to any issues I encounter.

Sales process was good - thorough, questions answered timely,etc. where I am having difficulty now is that so many of the wonderful features were never explained in the turnover process. I got an email with tutorial videos for some, but not all. To this day my garage door code hasn’t been changed because I can’t find how to change it. I was given no info on Raintech that I recall and I did a fair amount of research in my own to get it operational. Landscaping went in just recently and was done poorly, leaving ruts and swampy areas. I was told they would power wash afterward but I still have muddy spots on my sidewalk. We had a great experience with Lennar. The entire process was so easy! We bought our house remotely from another state, and it was no big deal. We were able to do all of our meetings over the phone, or the computer. It was overall an easy and wonderful home buying experience. We love our home!

The fact that everything is included is what factored into our decision to pick Lennar over any of the other builders. The majority of the nice things you see in the model home is included at no additional costs where other builders nickel and dime you on every little upgrade.

Everyone on the Osborne Trails / Lennar teams were very accommodating and professional.

Great house. I love lennar house

We researched all the major builders in Hamilton County before purchasing our home. After extensive research Lennar was the clear choice. Lennar's "Everything is Included" presents great value for money. Items that are extra with other builders are included with Lennar. For example, Lennar's contractors just fully sodded both front and back yard of our home. Based on the sod prices in our area this would have been a $5,000 cost to me. Other homes in our area are sod in the the front yard only, and seed in the backyard. This is just one of many items included with our home. The other standout feature of Lennar is their service. From Nathan our buying consultant, to Travis our build supervisor and now to Larry our after-market care representative, service has been excellent. Like all new homes there are a few minor items that need correction (not many thanks to Travis). Larry responds immediately, and the problem is fixed quickly and completely. I read many reviews of other builders. After-market care is often a weakness. Not the case with Lennar. Overall, after one-month in our home, we are pleased with the home and the service. Lennar did a great job of showing me the house and the various lot options/styles, as well as provided competitive pricing, flexible mortgage options, thorough inspective walk-throughs, and a great system to follow up with post-closing with any issues. Would highly recommend.
