There are many problems that are still being discovered after closing, but Jim has been amazing at getting corrections made immediately.

I’m not happy with lennar’s policies. First they show me different color when house get ready then it’s color was totally different which I doesn’t like. Their designs I doesn’t like. Inside of the house is also very basic. And house construction material is very cheap. And my real estate agent is super rude, very unprofessional and very short tempered. I definitely will NOT RECOMMEND my real estate agent to anyone. Lennar people making fool to their clients specially first home buyers. Overall next time I will pay 5k-7k or 10k give extra but will choose good company, which making houses with good quality material and inside and out side good design and I will choose that company which not do fraud with client and not make fool to people first show different color and on final touch gave different color. The house is nice. Seems to be built well but Lennar falls short on the last mile. I did my best to clear up expectations up front during the sales cycle. This included HVAC and a few smaller items like the front door. I was told everything was taken care of. However, that was a joke. I am working with the Vice President of Customer Experience and let's just say I have to repeatedly ask him for the correct expectations outside of what he thinks is correct. If it was a lack of training, that would be acceptable. However, I was provided with over 10 different points of view on the HVAC system and had to ask for the exact wording in the contract between Lennar and their sub-contractor. Sadly, I was told many times "this is what you signed" which was a lie. My recommendation: Realize they are bullies and they have no respect for you after they have your money. Do not expect them to honor their word, as their word is what is used against you. Become an educated buyer, setup expectations on paper and ask for details even if they say they don't have them. ... T.K. is awesome to work with in making home decision. Austin did a great job with getting me approved. Loved my loan processor. But the quality of home for 340K is not worth price you pay. Overall experience was okay. Like new home, but after being in home for some months. Realize quality of work is mid grade. Found a bunch of areas in home not fixed or unfinished work fixed. Grass layed down not good as I have nothing but crab weeds since moving to property. I should not have to put in so much work for bad saud layed down on property.

It was a great experience from the build to the final walk through. The home was over priced initially, but the team at Lennar mortgage and the team onsite really took care of things and made me feel at ease with how the appraisal came back lower than expected. Was glad to have Austen and TK to work with. I would recommend Lennar for sure!

With all the things going on in my life nothing is easy. I came from a home that a friend built and I loved for 22 years and I had people I could call to fix things but not so here. I have to register my own appliances-there are staples in the carpeting and it is hard adjusting but I will get there. The neighbors are nice and I am taking it day by day.

It was an overall smooth, easy, process from beginning to end. Issues have been addressed. Staff is friendly, kind and helpful. It's a beautiful community. Some personal preferences would be to be more considerate of the retired/older owners. Microwave is much too high to remove food safety. Tall cabinets are beautiful but not useful beyond second shelf. I'm understanding the reason but there's trip hazzard coming into garage, should be somehow made more visible. Same with the back patio step down. Just a few suggestions.

So blessed with our incredible salesperson, Katie. She was amazing! Nathan oversaw our construction and we couldn’t be happier with the work done…so much fun to see home grow over the weeks and months.

Overall, the buying process was smooth and satisfactory. Unfortunately, the quality of some materials leaves much to be desired. The cupboards feel subpar, and the drywall is quite thin and fragile, with paint chipping from even minor scratches. The value for the price is just okay, given the quality of materials used. Responsiveness to issues has been lacking. There has been minimal follow-up on concerns raised, and no clear proof has been provided regarding the resolution of third-party inspection findings. The builder and team seem trustworthy and professional in their dealings.

Our sales rep she was amazing. She did everything that she could do to help us and she was there no matter what time or day we emailed or called her. Now closing was the worst experience ever I had never built with people who were so rude and had no hearts and just wasn’t worth our time if we didn’t have so much time invested and money spent I wouldn’t have went through but the people in your closing office are very rude and inconsiderate, and I will wish to never deal with them again But overall, my experience with our club with our sales person she was amazing. She did her job very well but the people at your closing greet you and they are supposed to make this experience wonderful and it’s supposed to be a happy experience at that table, they made it very miserable , and sad to say you guys to build houses for other people, but I would not refer them to use you guys to close on their home ... Our experience with getting approved for a Lennar mortgage was very painful and stressful. Some people were very helpful; others were very difficult to deal with, especially with the documents we had to provide. The Lennar descriptions and sources for these were very misleading and unhelpful. Too much time pressure was put on us.

I was impressed with the kindness shown, knowledge regarding the homes, and the professionalism in helping me buy my home. Lennar cares about the individual home buyers and delivering a product meant to meet the buyers needs. I am completely delighted with my new home!

we have not yet moved in so cannot say if we have any problems. but Dominique was awesome and the builder we met was very nice and helpful

Overall my family had a great experience with purchasing our home. It was definitely a process, but with a great team by our side it was all worth it.

Lennar made our move into our new home seamless and very easy!

We love our new Lennar home in Westfield, Osborne Trails. Starting with the sales process through closing and possession everything has gone smoothly.

So far, the home Is great. There are a few things I would’ve expected to be a higher quality for a half million dollar home such as the wire racks in the closet should’ve been made out of wood and more sturdy and there should be towel racks in the bathrooms. The personnel at Lennar have been fabulous to work with very accommodating and responsive. The entire buying experience was easy and fast.

Easy process, good quality and follow up is exceptional

I just don’t feel that the house was built with the quality and the neighborhood. I feel that the sales person Wes not upfront as far as telling the homeowners about Lennar is rent investors buying rent properties in the neighborhood. just don’t look good for the property value for the homebuyers in the neighborhood. I have a HOA and you have renters in your neighborhood

Our sales and project managers were fantastic, and the quality of the build was reliable. Lennar responds when we have questions and we truly appreciate their service teams.

Well I have good and bad to say. 1. I was told my lot size was much bigger than the reality came to be. When I confronted them about this they just said they made a mistake and did nothing about it, they admitted their mistake. Two people within Lennar has admitted this error. 2. The area between the sidewalk and road has been in standing water since July 8 and it is now Sept. 9th. They finally started looking at the issue but it has not been solved. So guest coming to my home have to walk through standing water. 3. Other than the doorbell and sod around the road and driveway the home seems to been built well. 4.
