The home buying experience with Lennar was super seamless from start to finish! We love our new house and can’t thank the entire team for helping us find it.

Smooth and informative during process

Had a great time buying a home with Lennar. We've bought other new build homes before and this was the one builder who walked us through every detail and addressed all of our concerns. The process after closing was also good if we needed something done for warranty, some issues take longer to fix than other but that is due to the availability of the contractor. Overall we would recommend buying a Lennar house because it has been a very positive experience for us.

Would like a person to call to address an issue we had in walk thru that still has not been fixed

Dominique was amazing! She helped us through the process of purchasing our home. Our celebration review was excellent as well with Lennar(can’t not recall the gentleman’s name but he was great!)

We were always supported promptly by the sales staff. Ryan was always good at responding to emails. The construction manager Josh also was responsive and helpful.

Starting with the viewing of homes Ryan was so helpful then he introduced me o the rest of the Lennar team. From all the Joshs’ to the final closing, everyone I talked with was so nice and patient and helped me through the whole process.

This is our second Lennar home. We are super pleased with the house. The Lennar mortgage process was fairly seamless as well. The build and craftsmanship are of good quality. Whatever small issues we noticed, Lennar has been quick to fix and make right. Overall, we are very pleased!

We love our new home! The process was flawless and communication was great throughout the purchasing process. We chose to use Lennar mortgage and their recommended home insurance provider which made for a smooth flow of all the documentation for approvals. The quality of the home is as close to a custom build as you can get. When you consider there were likely 200+ hands that took part in the build. The only issue we had was with appliances and the response time repair. I realize now it was not Lennar but the service for appliances and Ring doorbell. We also have a gutter that is noticeably bent and mentioned during walk through, but the Quality walk through representative did not include it on the repair sheet. So I will take the blame of not paying closer detail to the document. I will need to pay for the cost to replace the gutter. The Q rep stated clearly once signed no further repairs would be made. With that said ensure the requests you have during your walk through are documented. All things considered I definitely would recommend Lennar homes to anyone wanting a new build. Osborne Trails is a community for 55 and older people, which is what we were looking for in a summer home. Lots of activities and nice facilities. My Lennar sales associate, RyanP was terrific. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Even on his days off.

Good , peaceful, clean perfect and beautiful.

I moved from a lovely Lennar 55+ community in NV, so I was comfortable with the quality of homes and communities they build, before I moved to a Lennar 55+ community in the Midwest. I’ve had two significant issues during my six weeks here, but Lennar’s Customer Care reps (warranty support) are very responsive and do their best to resolve issues. In my experience, Lennar homes are more affordable than others I’ve looked at, too.

Compared to other builder I had experience earlier, Lennar is by far better

great owner home buying experience however, the priority of laying Sod is not a clear pocess. Home completed build later but had the sod layed down first.

Having different entities of Lennar integrated like Sales, Mortgage and Titles ensures smooth flow of information for smoother transaction. Lennar homes buying has created a very positive experience from purchase decision to closing. The NHO team including Gurwinder ensured total quality to reduce issues at later phases. Post closure Issue resolution team is super responsive and helps fix issues ASAP. Overall, very positive experience for homebuyers.

Very beautiful house. Good customer service and quick response for all your questions

We love our new home. We downsized and selected a convenient ranch home. My favorite features are the fireplace and the flex room. The flex room is now our library. Lennar helped make our purchase easy and flawless. We closed quickly and without incident. Wonderful people work for Lennar and really do care about their customers. 5 stars!

Lennar is a builder you can trust your home. As this is a major investment for anyone. Lennar always their for their customers through out the process

Osborn was just what I was looking for no stairs no yard maintenance close to the club house n pools. My only disappointment is a month after I moved in they raised the monthly dues

The Lennar team has been great from start to finish. Gavin has done an amazing job throughout the process and continues to be of great help. I would highly recommend Lennar for their customer service alone. The overall build went smoothly from start to finish. Cosmetic issues were resolved in a timely manner. My only concern is for some of the subcontractors work but that’s NOT on Lennar.

I love the inspection procedures.

We picked the house because the lot was wooded in the back. Salesperson commented this was her favorite lot because of the trees. One week after closing, we were the last house to close in this section, they came and cut down about 75% of the trees. We no longer have a shaded patio and private back yard. . Apparently the plan all along was to cut down the trees once the homes closed. Nobody told us that was the plan. We now have a golf course view. If we had known the plan was to remove the trees we may have considered a different lot or subdivision. We love the house and floor plan but it has taken some time to get used to the trees being gone. Any issues we have had with the house have been taken care in a very timely way. ... More
