During the buying experience I was displease to be told by my salesperson, Michael that i could not choose anything with regards to my home to include the lot and that I had to take what was given to me. In addition I requested a water view and was told that the remaining homes were sold and that wasnt true. On my first walkthrough with David he suggested that I ask my salesperson about rebates for my home and Mike told me he had no help for rme. Finally during my final walk through with Derrick the intrusion detector/sensor was discovered to not have been installed and he said he would have someone come take care of it but never did. Three weeks after my settlement date my garage door stopped working and I notified Derrick. He stated he would have a construction manage stop by to look at it and after two reminders he never sent anyone. ... More

Overall good from Lennar. Materials used could be higher quality

Poor experience. Electricity bills have been swapped with the other neighbors have created crises paying $600 electricity bills Walls have been paded with color to hide these are broken Many other issues like the sink was scratched, floors are scratched etc

We love the view at our front windows of the morning sunrise just above Harris Teeter. We also love the green lights and purple lights at night for the tower at the entrance of the shopping center and the assisted-living facility. The large windows create a city loft living space feel, which has been surprisingly a real plus. The sales staff and construction staff were very helpful and making the deal come together when it was supposed to.

The home consultant used predatory methods to rush me into making a decision to sign a purchase agreement. He was also unprofessional with his communication and didn’t upload the information into my portal that I needed for this to be a smooth process after settlement. The construction manager has not been knowledgeable on various processes that he should have a firm grasp on. The entire process has been beyond stressful and most of the customer care reps have provided mediocre customer service that is just going through the motions and not taking the time to understand the issues. Ultimately, Lennar moved people in before the community was ready. We have suffered the consequences of a rushed project and it is quite unfortunate. There also needed to be better communication with the lending process. I recommend choosing a different brand of appliances for your next project because the number of issues we’ve had in this brand new home are astonishing. I enjoyed very much working with Mr. Ricky McNeely for a couple of repair issues that turned up in the first week. He is very punctual and great to work with.

Home comes with a good amount of damage, then they claim it’s not under lennar warranty

Nice, smooth and courteous. The only downside is that I wish the closing would have taken place at the homesite or the keys/code could have been available at the closing location. Having to drive back to pick up these items was one trip to many for me.

Poor finishing, very bad communication, only good experience was my loan officer very pleasant and helpful. Home is not worth the price. I certainly will not recommend Lenner.

Beautiful homes. Great spaces in the layout. Open floor plan is awesome. The home buying experience was good in some areas but not good in others due to little communication between all parties involved. Surprised the purchasing process has changed with Bids/No Bids. The lighting panels in the homes are really backwards. The color choices were changed due to manufacturing issues but owners had no say in the changes that were made. Construction folks created residue on my deck that i hope will be resolved. Finding out the home loan was sold to another company at closing was a shocker. The HOA cost is expensive compared to other areas, they need work on priorities of the community and issues with parking, trash collection, landscaping etc. Hope for the best. ... More

It seems like there was a rush to build these homes and to sell them as quickly as possible. Doors are rough and not smooth from bad spray paint job. Trim and molding are rough and bumpy from poor paint job. Wood chips in doors, window sills, and trim that looks like were patched up and painted over without primer so easily distinguishable from the original paint. Dried up paint on glass windows and hardware. Cabinets had scratches and chips. Dried up paint spots on carpet. Just poor attention to detail for a home that costs over half a million dollars.

Jeff Merk, Shayla Norton, Marc Friedlander are amazing and if I decide to get another home. I would pray and hope I work with them. But walking into my home I seen a lot things that were done that is not up to standards. Quality of workmanship could be way better for the price of the home. I feel like I shouldn’t have to do something of things that need to be done.

My experience with Lennar has been nothing but a nightmare and still is. I have contacted sales managers (Mike) who told me he would get back to me and still hasn’t acted emails and calling him to schedule some things to get fixed. I had a leak in my master bathroom faucet, come to find out the plumber who installed the plumbing put the rubber rings on backwards which eventually would have caused them all to leak. My windows in the form were installed incorrectly and they are completely off. They fixed them once and they still are not correct and even the sales manager Mike said that but now he won’t get back to me. I’m sick of chasing these people. It is by far the worst company ever to work with. The customer service rep Rickey came to my home and I told him to leave because he was arguing in front of me with the contractors so I asked him to leave and he left exiting my home and slammed the door so hard I thought something broke. That’s great customer service right there. He shouldn’t be employed with the company! My salesperson David never offered me several things in the home, one being HDMI and outlets higher up for tvs in the wall, he also never offered me blinds so no I have to pay a lot of money to have someone come install them for me. He also is worthless. My carpet in the bedrooms is different color from the carpet in the hallway upstairs. It’s a mess. The workers with Lennar in my eyes are completely worthless and don’t know how to handle homeowners. Like I said I’m still waiting for the sales manager to call me to schedule and that was 2 weeks ago. I’m done chasing these people. They don’t care and it’s unfortunate. I’m also disgusted with the landscaping out front. They put rocks and sand under the shrubs and so now everyone’s is dying. They look disgusting out front. Everyone has dead shrubs. I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone. My realtor even saw how they act about different things and she said that she will not give any referrers to Lennar also. ... More

There were a few issues with the new residence. The team helped as much as possible. But sometimes it's a little tough to get ahold of them.

Nice home design, but too many flaws in quality and workmanship. These are some of flaws; no space for laundry in laundry room, ethernet and TV cable connection on wrong side of the wall, door bell deflective, garage door don't close evenly, and no room for towel rack in the master bathroom due to shower door hits the rack. It took warranty staff to fix my garage door five times, and door bell twice still not fixed. Waiting for this coming Friday appointment.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend a Lennar build to anyone. If, however, you choose to go with a new build, please lower your expectations. The workmanship throughout the home looks incredibly rushed. The paint job is poorly done, some of the kitchen cabinets are not level, rubber seams on doors damaged, framing on outside window facade falling down, wood chipped throughout the home, floor trimming around baseboards not flush, paint/spackle on carpet, lighting not flush with the ceiling, etc. It's incredibly disappointing to see your investment look so poorly thrown together. It is evident that there's a very poor attention to detail that Lennar has with building homes. Granted, these are production homes that are built rather quickly. However, at the end of the day these are homes that people invest their hard earned money into and it would be nice if Lennar ensured that each home was built to a standard of excellence. Furthermore, it's disconcerting to know how dismissive Lennar is when you raise concerns about issues that you find. Overall, I am not as happy as I had hoped to be. ... More

We love our new house in Patapsco Glen. Everything is excellent more than we would expect : workman ships, quality, on time deliveries and customer service after moved in. Thank you very much

Most of all, overall floors layout are great and convenient. The process of purchasing experience is good too.

The workmanship is great. The location and the proximity of the interstate road and highways were short distance. The amenities of the Beech Creek has to offer is excellent.
