Jeff Merk, Shayla Norton, Marc Friedlander are amazing and if I decide to get another home. I would pray and hope I work with them. But walking into my home I seen a lot things that were done that is not up to standards. Quality of workmanship could be way better for the price of the home. I feel like I shouldn’t have to do something of things that need to be done.

Nice home design, but too many flaws in quality and workmanship. These are some of flaws; no space for laundry in laundry room, ethernet and TV cable connection on wrong side of the wall, door bell deflective, garage door don't close evenly, and no room for towel rack in the master bathroom due to shower door hits the rack. It took warranty staff to fix my garage door five times, and door bell twice still not fixed. Waiting for this coming Friday appointment.

Annoyed there was no variety in choosing fixtures. Low end appliances. All these houses are going to bring overcrowding and traffic the area. House is okay. Maybe 3 years out of me here.

Most people we dealt with were easy to talk to, but that’s what they are supposed to be doing. When it came to a yard issue or something inside our home that’s where we had a few issues. I have 3 stars because when it comes to correcting an issue in a person’s new house you have to be patient no MATTER HOW MANY CUSTOMERS you have! That did not occur on a few occasions

There are lot of issues with padding and even bricks those are outside are not aligned correctly, people who are building has to be careful when they do that and also same as floor padding issues, working with Mario if he can help us Haven’t reached anything about bricks in alignment issue yet

The home consultant I worked with was phenomenal. She was very attentive to my concerns but the lenders that are used were not good at all. Very unorganized and I feel that they lacked experience.

Beautiful homes. Great spaces in the layout. Open floor plan is awesome. The home buying experience was good in some areas but not good in others due to little communication between all parties involved. Surprised the purchasing process has changed with Bids/No Bids. The lighting panels in the homes are really backwards. The color choices were changed due to manufacturing issues but owners had no say in the changes that were made. Construction folks created residue on my deck that i hope will be resolved. Finding out the home loan was sold to another company at closing was a shocker. The HOA ...

During the buying experience I was displease to be told by my salesperson, Michael that i could not choose anything with regards to my home to include the lot and that I had to take what was given to me. In addition I requested a water view and was told that the remaining homes were sold and that wasnt true. On my first walkthrough with David he suggested that I ask my salesperson about rebates for my home and Mike told me he had no help for rme. It seems like there was a rush to build these homes and to sell them as quickly as possible. Doors are rough and not smooth from bad spray paint job. Trim and molding are rough and bumpy from poor paint job. Wood chips in doors, window sills, and trim that looks like were patched up and painted over without primer so easily distinguishable from the original paint. Dried up paint on glass windows and hardware. Cabinets had scratches and chips. Dried up paint spots on carpet. Just poor attention to detail for a home that costs over half a million dollars.

Quality of home is not the greatest, we expected more for the price. The closing process was horrible and unprofessional. Our appliances as well as HVAC broke within the first 2 weeks of moving in. It took 2-3 weeks to get our refrigerator replaced. Can’t say i’m satisfied with Lennar.

Lots of promises upfront, but the reality doesn't match what was said in the sales office. Constant drywall issues with multiple homeowners, there appears to be a very poor vendor being used continuously. For these high prices (and getting higher) there shouldn't be a wait list for a year to fix issues.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend a Lennar build to anyone. If, however, you choose to go with a new build, please lower your expectations. The workmanship throughout the home looks incredibly rushed. The paint job is poorly done, some of the kitchen cabinets are not level, rubber seams on doors damaged, framing on outside window facade falling down, wood chipped throughout the home, floor trimming around baseboards not flush, paint/spackle on carpet, lighting not flush with the ceiling, etc. It's incredibly disappointing to see your investment look so poorly thrown together.
