It was good. First home.

Roseanne is awesome. However, I urgent homeowners to check out their appliances. My frig is still not operational it it has been 4 months!

Lennar is amazing from building to borrowing. They have great professionals and are more than willing to go the distance to make owners happy. Very responsive.

Made home buying veyr easy

Build manager, customer "care" rep. missed several appointments, didn't contact to reschedule and overall left our new home purchase experience lacking. Didn't expect much and Lennar matched our expectations! Such a shame...

Great customer service and truly a wonderful homebuying experience

I am dissatisfied with how we received the exterior of our home. We were promised a finished product and the sod was laid down poorly the driveway was never power washed the exterior we did receive the touch up paint around the house. We had to request the windows to be cleaned. I didn’t have a wow factor when I turned the key to enter my home for the first time. The floors were sticky dust was on the rails baseboards, doors and the floors

It was good experience .few minor issues that they promised to take care of that.

They were very helpful and understood what is being convey to them about what you needed. They are also very helpful.

I did NOT like the experience with the Lending team. I almost lost my dream home Because TIM O was not able to research and find out some items had zero balance. He was poor and the entire lending department is poor.

A lot of things in the home were covered up and not done properly. I am still awaiting for certain things to be fixed and should not have to wait for the one year housing settling process because it has nothing to do with the house settling process.

The people. Keith and Phill have been very helpful to me always available to answer a question about the house. As a single homeowner I really appreciate them. They are the best!

The initial process stood out to us the best. When we saw the model homes we were sold! Michael was so amazing from day 1 explaining the ins and outs of what to expect. We are very grateful for the wonderful customer service experienced throughout our move.

The overall experience was positive. I have seen some issues with the quality of craftsmanship as I stay in the house longer and notice additional items.

When we had our preconstruction meeting hey broke ground the next day.

Lots of promises upfront, but the reality doesn't match what was said in the sales office. Constant drywall issues with multiple homeowners, there appears to be a very poor vendor being used continuously. For these high prices (and getting higher) there shouldn't be a wait list for a year to fix issues.

Ive not hearing from the customer care team after 3/10. I know there will be some of contractors gonna visit me for after care, but no plan is shared and i did not get any of updates. Recently, I call and text messages to the customer care team and i did not hear anything back from them. This is my first house and i was so excited. However i really have to say this. The way that they finished house isn't really beautiful and all the minor details are bugging me because i keep seeing it. I know i am still under the warranty period but im wondering what is the purpose of having warranty when they barely take care of it. ... More

Being as though we’re a small family of 4, in our early/mid twenties, we were very excited to buy our first home! We’re on the bottom of the condos and it’s the worst! We can hear EVERY footstep from the top condo. We had to get a new garbage disposal installed two days ago (we just moved in Dec 30, 2020). We’ve noticed paint chipping on multiple walls and somewhat of a messy caulk work done in the shower. The garages are extremely small and tight. I don’t appreciate the fact that we’re not “allowed” to place the garbage and recycling bins outside. I hate the fact that neighbors complain about parking in the back, when in fact, a lot of us around here have 2 cars and should be able to park anywhere without complaints.
