Quality is lacking from product to people at Lennar. They rush you to sign documents without explaining what you are getting that differs from the model. The sales people are rude and will tell you whatever they need to in order to get you in the house. This company and its people have no integrity.

The home consultant used predatory methods to rush me into making a decision to sign a purchase agreement. He was also unprofessional with his communication and didn’t upload the information into my portal that I needed for this to be a smooth process after settlement. The construction manager has not been knowledgeable on various processes that he should have a firm grasp on. The entire process has been beyond stressful and most of the customer care reps have provided mediocre customer service that is just going through the motions and not taking the time to understand the issues. ...

A lot of things in the home were covered up and not done properly. I am still awaiting for certain things to be fixed and should not have to wait for the one year housing settling process because it has nothing to do with the house settling process.

Lennar is Horrible

I will never recommend to anyone to buy a Lennar home. The quality of the materials (drywall especially) is pathetic. The workmanship is below average. The trustworthiness is a zero (it wasn't an option). After purchasing the home, all Lennar has done is lie to us. Responsive to issues . . . got to be kidding me. Lennar doesn't respond to issues. Lennar is worthless.

Mistakes all over in what you asked for. . Looks nice until you uncover all the rushed poor workmanship all over the house.. Getting a response to issues is a nightmare with numerous requests needed, supervisors that do not respond, workmen that do not show up, and then you find what is "not covered" you were not told about. Regret purchasing a Lennar home,. .

Poor experience. Electricity bills have been swapped with the other neighbors have created crises paying $600 electricity bills Walls have been paded with color to hide these are broken Many other issues like the sink was scratched, floors are scratched etc

Lack of communication, lennar mortgage will not lock rates in advance, prior to closing service is bad enough imagine once you closed, they don’t care, i put 3 tickets for same work and it’s still not done. Don’t blame the people who works at lennar I blame the system they have in placed, most employees

Poor craftsmanship and pride

This is my first home and i must say i am disappointed in the quality of the craftsmanship. I've been in constant contact with Lennar customer service to attempt to set up repair services to fix multiple issues within my new home. Before closing i had to have the roof redone because it was not done correctly the first time. Over all i am not impressed with the quality of the work.

Is the whole experience with lennar was very disappointed and The worst experience I could imagine. They say buying a home should be one of the most happiest days of your life. I was jerked around so much in disappointment with the whole experience. I will never buy another home from the lennar again and I will tell anyone that asked me to stay away

Worst home buying experience

My experience with Lennar has been nothing but a nightmare and still is. I have contacted sales managers (Mike) who told me he would get back to me and still hasn’t acted emails and calling him to schedule some things to get fixed. I had a leak in my master bathroom faucet, come to find out the plumber who installed the plumbing put the rubber rings on backwards which eventually would have caused them all to leak. My windows in the form were installed incorrectly and they are completely off. They fixed them once and they still are not correct and even the sales manager Mike said that but now ...

Customer service is horrible. You recieve the run around of promises to get things fix and end up with no response to multiple phone calls to resolve issues that Lennar omit to being at fault and need fixing on thier end. The cost and value of the home is the worth the price. No sound proofing material placed in between walls. This is third home so I know what a quality built home and professional customer should be in the home buying process. I will never purchase another Lennar Home.

Many things in the house was not complete there were multiple plumbing issues no one wanted to fix the problems regardless of the fact of spending over a half 1 million on this home Lennar is not a good partner in service

Very Disappointing. Very Misleading.

At first glance Lennar homes look like a dream. That is only at first glance. The quality and workmanship is horrible. Paint slopped everywhere, granite that doesn't quite fit, boards protruding from walls, baseboard separating from walls, doors that wont close or lock, electrical issues, misshapen walls/ceilings, patched holes EVERYWHERE, you name it, Lennar construction will mess it up and then try to hide it from you. Lennar support will then blatantly ignore all requests you make for service and do zero follow up to resolve outstanding issues. We have owned the home for 4 months and still ...

The overwhelming defects in our new home and the lack of response to our concerns is heartbreaking. We watched our home being built on a regular basis and pointed out deficiencies and wanted them addressed to no avail.
