Overall I am pleased with my new build. However I’ve noticed a lot of issues after moving in that have to do with things being rushed as far as painting and craftsmanship. I would not trade my home for anything!

My wife and I had an excellent experience with Lennar and we are so happy with our home! We love our community and it is exactly what we expected.

This is my 2nd Lennar property and the highlight of this time around buying experience was the NHC David. He was very informative, responsive and helpful throughout the whole process!

Quick process and great use of space. Each home buying step seemed to be organized and thought through. I would change a few architecture/design items about the house but overall satisfied.

Overall I had a great experience. I’m a first time home buyer, and from the construction to the lending, everyone I dealt with was helpful and spent the time to walk through the process. I wasn’t a very needy client, but if I was they were so patient. In the 3 months I’ve only had 1 minor issue on a small leak to submit that was resolved within 24 hours of my conversation with the lennar poc. While we all want perfection that is not realistic, it’s more about how they’ve responded and have all good things to say about my experience.

After setting high standards in building they did a well below average in land scaping. Ground was not leveled before placing the side on the ground

Very good in what they do

Appliance alarmed with code F202 over a month ago I have been unable to get it repaired or replaced.

Pretty good experience overall, a few construction quality issues, that if not pointed out and corrected by buyer could have been a problem post settlement. Response to concerns were handle before settlement and I’m overall very happy with the final product and purchase. Response to post settlement issues has been satisfactory and a good process. Now I just would like to see community improvements continue to be done, (ie grass, trees and overall visual improvements continue to be a priority to make this the community Lennar promised it would be no prior to purchase.

Ok experience with Lennar. The Closing process was a breeze, the level of professionalism was immaculate. On the other hand the workmanship on my home was poor. I can still feel the padding underneath the carpet. It was not a easy transition as I thought it would be.

We chose Lennar because of their reputation. I never owned a Lennar home before. My last few home have been new builds with DR Horton, Ryan and now Lennar. Overall the home is nice, I believe the craftsmanship could be better, drafts around winds and doors, drywall dust everywhere, paint splashes all over the tile and flooring. When you pay $400,000 for a home you expect better, especially a brand new home. The customer service could be better also, when you are in the home buying process everyone is your friend and wants to help, but once you get the keys after closing it's hard to get responses and help. I never received my HOA docs until a week after closing and I thought by law you are suppose to receive them a week before closing to review. So things like that, I didn't like. Lennar has been in the business for many years so amateur mistakes like that should never happen. If you are going to buy a Lennar home, keep notes and stay on them to get answers and results, especially HOA related issues and documents. I think they are getting to big for their britches and the customer service has paid the price! ... More

Lennar has nice homes. However, the sound proofing is terrible

It was great overall, felt kind of lost when it came to knowing about our community and how to get information for that.

Our home came with flat painted walls, so when you touch the walls they become marked and need touched up. We had to repaint the entire home ourselves due to the cheap paint used in our brand new home. Since painting our walls with a sheen we now can see all the imperfections and patched holes in our walls. Drywall puddy can be found everywhere on widow seals, counter edges, door frames where it was never sanded down and just a glob of it that has been painted over. No care was put into building these homes. The first floor is an ice box while the second story is a sauna due to the thermostat being located on the second floor and no other heating source being installed on the first floor. ... More

Unfortunately, I feel as though my house was rushed. There has been many issues I had to put tickets in for. Most of the issues have got fixed, others I am still waiting on. Lately, the customer service representative has been unresponsive.
