The customer service is fair. Once you’re on your home, they don’t think repair issues are important. The person who answers the phone is rude. She acts like your issues are not a big deal.

Be aware of new homes they putting them up 2 fast always remember that if there r 10 people working on your home at least 4-5 of them will cut corners leaving u wit problems down the line stay woke

I think this was overall a really great experience with Lennar as a new home buyer. The sales agents were very responsive and informative, the construction workers are so nice and pleasant. The construction manager is amazing and really helps when you have questions. The only challenge was with the FHA Approval issues and the scheduling with Lennar Title for closing that became very unsettling for me.

I love my home, the maintenance manager, Clyde is exceptional and quick to respond even after we moved in. The sales team, Marcus and Kara were very attentive and helpful. The mortgage process could have been a little smoother, but at the end of the day they are probably never easy. The customer care center is quick to respond. I would definitely buy another Lennar home. There are lots of add ins that are included in the home.

The Sales and Customer Care team have been great to work with. They explained everything and helped with anything I needed in regards to my home fixes after moving in. The title company was my worst headache and very frustrating to work with.

Great value for the price. There are some issues (small) that need to be resolved regarding workmanship but as soon as i submitted my work order I received a response.

My biggest problem was the LACK of options. Stanley Martin built my townhouse and I had a plethora of options. Harmon Kardon in wall speakers, complete home surge, ceiling fan connections, gourmet kitchen options, Ethernet outlets etc. I got the option for a patio and the Ethernet that’s really it. Couldn’t pick our flooring/carpet either. It was suggested that I get a pre dry wall Inspection …I did and they found a lot. Also we were told we would get a fence….and no fence.

Very happy with our decision to buy a Lennar home. The quality of the material used and the details are very nice. There was some items that needed to be fixed and the responsiveness to those items was a bit longer than expected; however, happy so far with our decision to buy in this neighborhood

Our home buying experience was largely very positive. The sales team was knowledgeable and friendly, and I never felt like they were trying to pressure us in any way. Once we signed the contract, Lennar did a pretty good job of emailing us with pictures and a status update upon building milestones. When we got to the pre-dry wall inspection, our inspector found several minor issues and a few code-related issues, the biggest of which was a load bearing beam that wasn’t secured properly (all bolts missing at both ends). We pointed the issues out to Lennar, and they committed to fixing them. They largely addressed the minor issues, but we really had to stay on our construction manager to address the beam. It took several weeks of following up repeatedly, and even scheduling an impromptu on-site meeting with him, to finally get the issue addressed. That left us feeling like they were really trying to skate by and not do the work unless they absolutely had to. Thankfully it was ultimately addressed, but the hassle it caused us cost Lennar a star on our review. Since then, though, our experience has been very positive. There were again several issues we found during our final inspection, but Lennar fixed all of them (it was a different construction manager at the end, and he seemed much more thorough, even going above and beyond on some fixes). We have also had to submit a few warranty claims, but again, Lennar addressed them very quickly and satisfactorily. Overall, we love our house. We are very pleased with our new home. Lennar has a very efficient system in place to help new homeowners navigate the purchase and move-in process. Everyone is very helpful and responsive.

We had some of the repairs still . Waiting for them to be fixed.

I had a very annoying intermittent sound in the house that was difficult to identify. The customer service reps paid immediate attention and got the right people out to investigate and fix the problem. Very professional. I could not have asked for better service.

My overall home buying experience with Lennar was great. The level of experience and knowledge with the team is incredible, and I love my home overall. However, it's was disappointing when I had to accept that I was walking in a brand new home with three long cracks in the garage that will not get fixed until the cracks get larger. And now the ceiling in the living room is beginning to crack from one end to the other. I just think being in a new home less than 60 days and experiencing this type of problem is unacceptable. I understand the concept of a home settling, but I don't think a new homeowner should walk into these kind of issues from day one. It takes away from the joy of purchasing your home. ... More

I had a very good experience with Jeff, he walked me through my new home and he went over the fuse box, the utility room and other important features of the home.

The LENNAR homebuyers experience was overall very good. The quality of materials used and responsiveness has been excellent. Our concern was an unexpected delay in the closing date and the lack of notification of the scheduling for the celebration tour of the home. A person in training accompanied us on the tour and we were not notified who would be meeting with in advance. Als a suggestion, it would be helpful to have the names and number of technicians/staff expected at your home prior to the repair. Unfortunately my Lennar rep was moved to another community and I didn’t have the onsite assistance I needed at times. Therefore I did not get to walk through my house until it was almost done.

I've experienced some concerns but so far it has been a good experience - which could've been great if I didn't feel like I live in the middle of a construction zone. I realize that it is temporary, but it doesn't make sense to build houses on each side then build one in the middle afterwards. I'm awaken regardless whether I'm ready to get up or not. If I'm working from home I have to mute the calls, from all the continuous banging and knocking. I'm concerned about debris, dust, trash, materials and people always in my yard. Some of the grass in my back yard had to be replaced, and got messed-up again from construction run-off, there's a deep track left in the front of my house from a tractor that needs to be fixed. ... The sales, pre-construction portion, and final walk through went as planned. I thought that the mortgage lending office for Lennar was a bit pushy! Also, the fact that cable and internet services are still not available should not have been our concern and should have been coordinated by Lennar! It is simply unacceptable given the sales pitch we received!

It was great working with all of people I came in contact with.

Everything is okay, the home is beautiful.
