It was a good experience overall.

LENNAR CS team was happy to resolve my issue!

Straight forward purchase with no surprises. No big issues with construction quality so far after six weeks. Would have preferred to see incentives not tied or not fully tied to use of Lennar affiliate companies. Lennar customer service exceeded expectations.

Lennar has nice homes. However, the sound proofing is terrible

It was great overall, felt kind of lost when it came to knowing about our community and how to get information for that.

Pretty good experience overall, a few construction quality issues, that if not pointed out and corrected by buyer could have been a problem post settlement. Response to concerns were handle before settlement and I’m overall very happy with the final product and purchase. Response to post settlement issues has been satisfactory and a good process. Now I just would like to see community improvements continue to be done, (ie grass, trees and overall visual improvements continue to be a priority to make this the community Lennar promised it would be no prior to purchase.

Ok experience with Lennar. The Closing process was a breeze, the level of professionalism was immaculate. On the other hand the workmanship on my home was poor. I can still feel the padding underneath the carpet. It was not a easy transition as I thought it would be.

Miles and Greta have been amazing, but we have had a less than amazing experience with the after-move-in manager. We hope to soon have the same amazing experience as we had in purchasing and building our home.

We chose Lennar because of their reputation. I never owned a Lennar home before. My last few home have been new builds with DR Horton, Ryan and now Lennar. Overall the home is nice, I believe the craftsmanship could be better, drafts around winds and doors, drywall dust everywhere, paint splashes all over the tile and flooring. When you pay $400,000 for a home you expect better, especially a brand new home. The customer service could be better also, when you are in the home buying process everyone is your friend and wants to help, but once you get the keys after closing it's hard to get responses and help. I never received my HOA docs until a week after closing and I thought by law you are suppose to receive them a week before closing to review. So things like that, I didn't like. Lennar has been in the business for many years so amateur mistakes like that should never happen. If you are going to buy a Lennar home, keep notes and stay on them to get answers and results, especially HOA related issues and documents. Our home came with flat painted walls, so when you touch the walls they become marked and need touched up. We had to repaint the entire home ourselves due to the cheap paint used in our brand new home. Since painting our walls with a sheen we now can see all the imperfections and patched holes in our walls. Drywall puddy can be found everywhere on widow seals, counter edges, door frames where it was never sanded down and just a glob of it that has been painted over. No care was put into building these homes. The first floor is an ice box while the second story is a sauna due to the thermostat being located on the second floor and no other heating source being installed on the first floor. ... More

Unfortunately, I feel as though my house was rushed. There has been many issues I had to put tickets in for. Most of the issues have got fixed, others I am still waiting on. Lately, the customer service representative has been unresponsive.

The customer service is fair. Once you’re on your home, they don’t think repair issues are important. The person who answers the phone is rude. She acts like your issues are not a big deal.

Be aware of new homes they putting them up 2 fast always remember that if there r 10 people working on your home at least 4-5 of them will cut corners leaving u wit problems down the line stay woke

I think this was overall a really great experience with Lennar as a new home buyer. The sales agents were very responsive and informative, the construction workers are so nice and pleasant. The construction manager is amazing and really helps when you have questions. The only challenge was with the FHA Approval issues and the scheduling with Lennar Title for closing that became very unsettling for me.

I love my home, the maintenance manager, Clyde is exceptional and quick to respond even after we moved in. The sales team, Marcus and Kara were very attentive and helpful. The mortgage process could have been a little smoother, but at the end of the day they are probably never easy. The customer care center is quick to respond. I would definitely buy another Lennar home. There are lots of add ins that are included in the home.

The Sales and Customer Care team have been great to work with. They explained everything and helped with anything I needed in regards to my home fixes after moving in. The title company was my worst headache and very frustrating to work with.

I had a very annoying intermittent sound in the house that was difficult to identify. The customer service reps paid immediate attention and got the right people out to investigate and fix the problem. Very professional. I could not have asked for better service.

Great staff who are helpful to provide details of the area and community. Ver knowledgeable and welcoming.

The home buying process was pretty smooth. Closing only took about 15 mins which was shocking. They were supposed to leave touch up paint but they didn’t. Other than that, I am pleased

The house itself is amazing, some issues here and there but that is expected in a production home and community, Lennar is good about fixing anything we find wrong with the house. Construction managers Will and Adam are excellent in explaining everything and taking care of concerns. Sales is where I had issues, such as miscommunications, incorrect information, carelessness, lack of coordination, just to name a few. You need to be sharp and on top of everything regarding your home purchase, top to bottom and start to finish. Lastly, would I purchase again from Lennar? YES, absolutely, it is worth the money and the little pain during the process, but I have learned a lot from the process, plus Lennar is a big company and you can get a great deal if you buy at the right time during their specials. ... The overall experience has been almost seamless. Lennar was very responsive and for the most part everything was done on time and ready to go. There are always hiccups in the mortgage process, but Lennar kept those as smooth as possible

The LENNAR homebuyers experience was overall very good. The quality of materials used and responsiveness has been excellent. Our concern was an unexpected delay in the closing date and the lack of notification of the scheduling for the celebration tour of the home. A person in training accompanied us on the tour and we were not notified who would be meeting with in advance. Als a suggestion, it would be helpful to have the names and number of technicians/staff expected at your home prior to the repair. The sales, pre-construction portion, and final walk through went as planned. I thought that the mortgage lending office for Lennar was a bit pushy! Also, the fact that cable and internet services are still not available should not have been our concern and should have been coordinated by Lennar! It is simply unacceptable given the sales pitch we received!
