Overall, the experience has been very smooth. One recommendation for future homeowners is to ensure that your closing cost payment is submitted for the exact amount. Overpayments can take up to three weeks to be refunded—especially if your bank is not compatible with their app-based system—which may delay receiving your keys. Your model homes look wonderful but the built home is nothing but cheap materials. How about a light fixture or carpet pad the list goes on. How about more than one linen closet or having bigger closet. This home was a nightmare to baby sit during the building process. I feel this home is cheaply made and I would never suggest Lennar to anyone and wish I would not have bought from you. Also emailing back and forth is nuts. Stacy helped us find the perfect home! The entire Lennar team we worked with were fantastic! The only thing that could be better is the times they have for the Celebration walk through. It was only Monday through Friday and no later than 3pm. People who work cannot do 3 hours there and a week later take time off to close and then time to move in…

The whole process went very well, but things have changed from the last time we built a home. We love our new home. We bought it when it was framed up. The downside of that was that we couldn't make any changes without a HUGE financial cost. We couldn't go into the house without a Lennar person with us, which was very different for us. Everyone we dealt with was extremely responsive to us and the CM was so helpful going through our finished home with us before closing.

Home purchasing was easy - my sales agent did a great job. However the quality of the house turns to be below the code standards, the project manager who came for walk through was lost in his own world saying very blue tape is as per the code standards.

I purchased a quick move in ready home. What seemed fantastic has turned into an adventure in placing 2 warranties, multiple maintenance requests and a general dismissal of my concerns. I am told at almost every call made that the water leaking in multiple areas, standing water in my windowsills, frost on windows so bad that it looks like a freezer that needs to be defrosted, frost/ice on the floor in front of a door with a significant draft felt are "normal" given that warranties are being completed and work being done, the concerns are NOT normal. Expected more quality from a $700k home.

Disappointed in this home purchase and the quality of finishes. For a new home in the $700k I wasn’t expecting to wait for 2 whole minutes before I can get hot water out of my tap or faucet. Fixtures are already falling off and several cracks in the walls. I requested for Lennar to come and check on it. They did send someone to check but the only response afterwards was that the pipes are 50 to 60ft long that’s why the water runs cold for 2 minutes. I’m still left with running my water for 2 minutes before I can get hot water.

Very disappointed with the carpet at the entry of the bedrooms. There are sharp items that hurt when walking in the rooms. Mentioned it to Lennar and they said they will wear down. They still haven’t and every time we walk into the bedroom And master closet we get poked by the sharpness at the threshold. It is frustrating and ridiculous.
