Many packages to select from mostly improvements in practical items

We were looking for a one level single family home and had seen the model Lennar villa 2 years ago. We finally decided that the time had come to move and are very appreciative of the help and attention we received from Lennar. We moved into our new home in July, 2024 and are loving it! It's exactly what we expected and wanted. All of the different people involved in the purchase and build of our home kept us informed of the progress and understood our excitement. Jody our realtor was awesome! She went out of her way to make us happy. We signed a purchase agreement and realized another home would better fit our needs. She transferred us to the other home seamlessly!

Our construction manager that did our final walk through was very helpful. Cupboards, doors, fixtures are top notch. When I emailed questions, the answers were prompt.

I felt like a valued customer! The construction manager took me through the home several times as it was being finished and has always been available to answer questions. The couple of small issues I have run into have been responded to and dealt with immediately. The whole process was so easy and there was help from Lennar all along the way.

Great orientation and move-in experience.

From the day we signed our purchase agreement till closing & beyond, we have been very happy with our experience building with Lennar. The sales manager was wonderful, patient with all our questions, kept us in the loop from digging our homesite till closing. The construction manager was also wonderful, always quick to answer questions, and help with any issues that came up. Our house is beautiful, well built and honestly perfect. We are so glad we chose Lennar, and love our new house.
