When we bought our house, we had to pay out of pocket for an inspection (this is normal), but the imprecation came back with so much damage to the roof that we almost walked. Lennar said they "had all items fixed" post inspection, so I paid out of pocket for another inspection, and the same if not more damage to the roof was noticed. Went back and forth with Lennar and again almost walked and was close to filing a suit to get my earnest money back. They came back a third time and said they fixed the roof, and we had to pay out of pocket again to have the roof inspected, and it finally past. With three separate inspections, the house was finally up to code, but we ended up paying $1600 out of pocket for three inspections that we have nothing to show for except knowing our roof is now what it should have been in the first place. I'm still trying to get someone to fix an erosion problem on the east side of my house and it's been about 7 weeks and no resolution. ... More

Average quality at best in build. Not many custom considerations. But very quiet and peaceful area. Lots of wildlife around, including many deer and geese. Almost no traffic, which is good considering there are no sidewalks planned. People are friendly with plenty of walkers and mixture of generations.

Sara *****, our warranty agent has been terrific. With any new house, there are tweaks needed. Sara has been right on top of our service requests. The “trades” she has sent out have been professional and friendly. Lennar and employees have been great.

My experience was Lennar was amazing all the way through. Everyone was incredibly helpful and on top of things - they made the process easy to understand and follow, and put out a quality product. Couldn't be happier.

Unprofessionalism with Lennar staff

The purchasing process was smooth and relatively painless. We've been in for just over a month and are overall happy with the home, but there are a number of workmanship issues that surprised us. Drywall seams splitting across the entirety of the main room, many nail pops, and poor door mounting leading to our inability to smoothly shut doors on the upper *****. We're hopeful that many of these issues will be resolved under the 1-year warranty.

We are enjoying the spacious one level home with much storage. However we have lived here since May 13th and still have dirt. Our neighbors across the street who moved in this week were notified that their landscaping will begin presently. We’re very disappointed to be ignored.

My experience was fast, easy and love my new home. Loved Tracy our realtor for Lennar. She was so sweet and amazing! She found our dream home for us. Thanks to Lennar we got a great deal and everyone with lennar was helpful.

There are a few minor issues due to settling of the home (i believe) that will be addressed in warranty situations, nail pops We will have listing of things to be looked at.

Overall, the experience has been very smooth. One recommendation for future homeowners is to ensure that your closing cost payment is submitted for the exact amount. Overpayments can take up to three weeks to be refunded—especially if your bank is not compatible with their app-based system—which may delay receiving your keys. I would also like to recognize Joe, the construction manager, for his outstanding work. He has been consistently approachable, attentive, and proactive. He regularly checks in to ensure everything is going well and provides helpful guidance to improve the overall move-in experience. His communication has been exceptional, particularly when notifying residents about upcoming work in the area, such as sod and sprinkler installations. An area for improvement is the coordination between the sprinkler contractor and the internet provider. During installation, the sprinkler company cut existing internet lines due to overlapping placement with underground piping. This situation caused unnecessary frustration for both the service provider and homeowners. As a temporary solution, internet lines have been rerouted through gutters and around doorways, which detracts from the home’s appearance compared to the original underground installation. This issue should be properly resolved. Lennar would benefit from ensuring stronger alignment among contractors and implementing a final walkthrough after purchase to confirm that all work meets their quality standards and expectations. ... floor keepd coming off wiring is bad poor quality

Your model homes look wonderful but the built home is nothing but cheap materials. How about a light fixture or carpet pad the list goes on. How about more than one linen closet or having bigger closet. This home was a nightmare to baby sit during the building process. I feel this home is cheaply made and I would never suggest Lennar to anyone and wish I would not have bought from you. Also emailing back and forth is nuts. How about you have your employees talk on the phone and save 200 emailsl . They also tryed to scam me on the duel zone heating system I paid to install and the extra vents. The house are so close together. You ever heard of breathing room. The Association has a help desk in Mexico which is not shocking knowing Lennar but how useful is a person who can't help. Way to cut another corner Lennar. I think of Lennar as the cheapest unstable company I have ever had to work with on a project. Get a clue you have a horrible online reputation. Oh one more thing. Have the home cleaned before a person moves in and make sure the entire home is cleaned. I have dust all over my lower level and have scrubbed three times and there is still more. Stacy helped us find the perfect home! The entire Lennar team we worked with were fantastic! The only thing that could be better is the times they have for the Celebration walk through. It was only Monday through Friday and no later than 3pm. People who work cannot do 3 hours there and a week later take time off to close and then time to move in…

The whole process went very well, but things have changed from the last time we built a home. We love our new home. We bought it when it was framed up. The downside of that was that we couldn't make any changes without a HUGE financial cost. We couldn't go into the house without a Lennar person with us, which was very different for us. Everyone we dealt with was extremely responsive to us and the CM was so helpful going through our finished home with us before closing.

Home purchasing was easy - my sales agent did a great job. However the quality of the house turns to be below the code standards, the project manager who came for walk through was lost in his own world saying very blue tape is as per the code standards.

The people I had contact with were very helpful and considerate.

Sales person was great, the person keeping us informed on the process was great and the construction manager was excellent.

My wife and I closed on a gorgeous home in November 2025 and couldn’t be happier. We waited a few months to review and no problems or complaints. As first time homebuyers, the New Home Orientation was incredibly valuable and unexpected. Knowing that Lennar cares that we know how our home works rather than just selling it to us showed they care and want their customers to be happy. We enjoyed the transparency our representative had with us and never pressured us to buy what we didn’t need. I purchased a quick move in ready home. What seemed fantastic has turned into an adventure in placing 2 warranties, multiple maintenance requests and a general dismissal of my concerns. I am told at almost every call made that the water leaking in multiple areas, standing water in my windowsills, frost on windows so bad that it looks like a freezer that needs to be defrosted, frost/ice on the floor in front of a door with a significant draft felt are "normal" given that warranties are being completed and work being done, the concerns are NOT normal. There are other issues as well and the company has had trades come out to do "peace of mind" check as "the home passed inspection so it's fine." and "we'll get you settled here and everything will be good." they also marketed features that were in the home that are not actually there. when I asked about said features and getting them put in since it was part of why I chose the home I got the "oops we mixed that up. another floorplan has that not yours. If you want it, you'll have to hire it out." The window covering upgrade that came with the house had sliding door blinds that prevent me from opening the pantry that is next to the door. I was told they would remove the blinds totally or move them up leaving a gap at the bottom. And "they would learn from this for future homes" I've seen the photos of other homes in the neighborhood that all have functional window coverings But I was not offered to have it corrected to a functional level. I was also told that cost would be my responsibility. what a joke. Additionally, I had to have someone come and fix the front door lock as the door wouldn't stay latched/closed unless the deadbolt was engaged. Talk about a lack of feeling safe in your own home......I feel like I was sold a lemon home. I purchased the home 3 months ago and am still not living there. It has been ridiculous and I'm tired of the dismissal of the care team. at this point i do not want to live in the home, the community or ever work with this builder again. The entire purchasing process was professionally handled with excellent communication. My questions were answered promptly and respectfully. Lennar is a large builder and I assumed the purchase process would be a corporate transactional atmosphere, but I was wrong.....it was a human centered service approach. Thank you Lennar team.

My recent home purchase with Lennar was a positive and well-managed experience from start to finish. The process was clearly explained, timelines were communicated upfront, and expectations were set realistically, which made a big difference for me as a buyer. Whenever questions came up, the team was responsive and professional. The home itself met my expectations in both quality and design, and any minor issues were addressed promptly. Twice there was a punchlist and none of the items got addressed. Still are not taking care of. Can’t get a hold of anybody.
