Love my new home and the neighborhood.

So far so good. Nice house. Month delay in getting driveway/landscaping/irrigation/sod but hasn't caused any major issues for us.

Overall very positive. Closing went smoothly.

We have a beautiful townhome but the little details could use some work. paint splatters, doors that don't completely close, appliances not leveled, carpet tack strips that stab your feet because they weren't flattened. Took over a month to get internet installed to my house. These things are all fixable and Lennar says they will be fixed. I'm waiting to see. Just thought I would see the quality right away, not have to wait until things get fixed.

This is a great new home, my wife and I love it. It looks great but with lots of quality issues so I have to do a lot of repairs. Doors won’t lock, master bedroom shower started leaking on the 1st day we moved in, washer was broken after 1 week, etc. Good thing is customer care is very responsible and getting things fixed now.

It was just fine, be patient.

Very nice houses, however, it would be misleading if I did not mention the room for improvement. I have bought and sold a dozen houses over the last several years and had to pay fees with Lennar that I have never been asked to pay before. In addition to the fees I would expect the builder/seller to pay, it is fairly obvious that corners were cut in an effort to maximize profits. For example, the home only comes with one garage door opener, although there are 2 garage doors. Also, the driveways have a corner cut off in front of the third garage door, making parking in that spot a challenge if you have a larger vehicle. Easy and informative home buying process

Build representatives were always very kind and responsive. This made the buying experience much more pleasurable than you would typically expect. The only shortcomings found in the process were by third-party contractors brought in to work on a specific area of the build. Most were very good, but there’s always one or two that take shortcuts. The builder was good at finding most of these and collecting on their own. Some of cars we found after moving in and had to request corrections. Overall a good home buying experience!

Our sales professional, Letta, was terrific throughout our process -- shopping, negotiation, and closing. After spending nearly two years deciding on floorplan and location, we closed on our new home in thirteen days! Letta made the process easy, and she continues to be an excellent resource after the sale! Like any new home, we've had a few small issues. Lennar's customer service team -- especially Mike and Sarah -- has been exceptional with their response and follow-up.

The buying experience went well. Our Lennar consultant was super helpful and upfront and honest. Probably a big reason why we purchased. The house looks great but I would say you see that a lot of "minimum builder grade" materials/equipment is used. We have found things that have need repairing after only a few months, but Lennar's customer care is very responsive and quick on getting them fixed. All in all... I would say we are satisfied, with the expectation we will have to look to improving things ourselves down the road.

Buying a new home is stressful, but this went pretty smoothly. A few hiccups, but they were tended to quickly.

The layout of Lennar homes are beautiful. But after owning one, I’d say the quality is lacking. But we love our home and are working through various workmanship issues.

We are happy with our home purchase. There have been a few issues but so far are prompt u to o give attention to them.

The whole process was pretty simple. Some workmanship issues with some common sense items being overlooked.

I was in the process of looking into my first house for last 3 years, and finally Lennar had the one that was my first Home.

Decent builder with great customer service. The Sales person, Robbie is superb. Issues with workmanship and commissioning. AC was not hooked up. Discovered it when it got warmer. Should never have accepted the unit from the sub.

The building manager is excellent to work with, fixes all issues I have reported. No major issues found so far. The only thing that was sour is that the HOA is not in control of the homeowners and they outsourced enforcement to a company that has an F with the better business bureau. Yelp is filled with negative reviews and only dealing with them briefly I fully agree. They do not respond in a timely manner and close out tickets before issues are resolved. It’s ridiculous that I could end up waiting 90 days or more to do a simple landscaping change to my own property.

Very surprised by the low average quality of some of the materials used in our new home. Relatively cheap carpeting with poor quality padding. No self closing cabinet drawers. Cabinet drawers not dovetailed. Relatively thin countertops.

I feel that Lennar did many things cheaply and cut corners for instance, having a three car garage with two lightbulbs is ridiculous and only a couple of outlets. They use the bare minimum of insulation in the ceiling of the garage and stopped at where the bedrooms are over the garage. The thing that got me the most was I was told I had to seal the grout myself behind the stove and oven because they no longer seal grout? But on the other hand, there are many things that I do like that Lennar does such as the landscaping and the Irrigation system so I’m not gonna sit and complain about everything but the little things the cheapness bother me for instance there is no laundry room sink and if you want to paint anything, you either have to go outside to wash your paint trays or you have to do it in your kitchen sink ... My experience has been fine no problems as of yet, but my neighbors have many many problems with no response to their issues. Also, I have not received my association information

I think buying new house isn't bad idea especially when you have to be the first to touch almost everything.
