So far so good. Nice house. Month delay in getting driveway/landscaping/irrigation/sod but hasn't caused any major issues for us.

Overall very positive. Closing went smoothly.

I unfortunately had a major issue 2 weeks after I moved in. Woke up to flooding in the main areas of the house. Was advised a sheetrocking person put a nail in the plumbing. The disaster was a nightmare. After 2 weeks of total disruption all floors were replaced. However, Kari our warranty contractor went above and beyond to make things right as soon as possible. She was genuinely concerned and worked extremely hard to get everything coordinated. Most everyone was very responsive to my needs. Finally, I’m able to enjoy my beautiful home

Overall great value for the price. Disappointed that we were forced to sign a contract were I am out $25,000 until the lawn is complete. The builders and work done on the house is excellent. Overall everything works as expected. Master bedroom door doesn’t close and a couple of popped nails that I expect to be fixed during warranty. Seems like minor issues for considering the detail and quality of the builder. The general contractor took exceptional care in quality during the build leaving very little to correct later.

My experience with Lennar was great. The staff that I worked with were professional and available for questions whenever needed. I would recommend Lennar to others.

Good experience and great neighborhood.

There are always some items which are less than perfect that arise with a new build. Lennar fixed everything we identified during the walkthrough. The only major complaint I have is that the toilets are garbage. We’ve had an issue with all four of them and we’ve only lived here for 6 weeks. Already paid $900 for a plumber to install a new one and he indicated the plumbing vents may be capped which could cause issues with the pressure and reduce the effectiveness of each flush. Lennar’s plumber said that couldn’t be the cause and that was the end of it. Everything I’ve found online indicates that could indeed be the issue but no one was willing to come check it out. ... We have a beautiful townhome but the little details could use some work. paint splatters, doors that don't completely close, appliances not leveled, carpet tack strips that stab your feet because they weren't flattened. Took over a month to get internet installed to my house. These things are all fixable and Lennar says they will be fixed. I'm waiting to see. Just thought I would see the quality right away, not have to wait until things get fixed.

Amenities are very nice but at this price I would have expected ceiling fans and more cabinets for storage.

Overall in general good experience so far. Do think items missed during final walk through should not be considered damage and not covered under warranty just because they went unnoticed

Overall we love our new home. It is beautiful, and we loved not having to make so many decisions during the building process. Our one complaint is the quality of materials and workmanship. For the price we paid, we expected better. With that said, Lennar has been great about fixing the all of the issues, so overall we are satisfied.

Although Lennar homes aren’t totally custom there are many options and finishes one can choose from. Great workmanship and consistent weekly communication throughout the building process. We love our home!

This is a great new home, my wife and I love it. It looks great but with lots of quality issues so I have to do a lot of repairs. Doors won’t lock, master bedroom shower started leaking on the 1st day we moved in, washer was broken after 1 week, etc. Good thing is customer care is very responsible and getting things fixed now.

Very nice houses, however, it would be misleading if I did not mention the room for improvement. I have bought and sold a dozen houses over the last several years and had to pay fees with Lennar that I have never been asked to pay before. In addition to the fees I would expect the builder/seller to pay, it is fairly obvious that corners were cut in an effort to maximize profits. For example, the home only comes with one garage door opener, although there are 2 garage doors. Also, the driveways have a corner cut off in front of the third garage door, making parking in that spot a challenge if you have a larger vehicle. Straightforward pricing - on time with completion - very thorough on expectations.

Great home with smart devices installed (ring security, sprinklers, smart garage delivery, smart water leak detector, smart door lock). Smooth and worry free closing process mostly done online. I even closed online and was not disappointed. My only issue is that there are still few fixtures missing from the home (e.g. vents ) and a few items that were finished in a hurry because they must have run out of time before closing. These are being addressed. Overall, I am excited and happy with the home.

Easy and informative home buying process

Build representatives were always very kind and responsive. This made the buying experience much more pleasurable than you would typically expect. The only shortcomings found in the process were by third-party contractors brought in to work on a specific area of the build. Most were very good, but there’s always one or two that take shortcuts. The builder was good at finding most of these and collecting on their own. Some of cars we found after moving in and had to request corrections. Builder has responded quickly and professionally to these few requests. All in all, I found Lennar to probably be the best large volume home builder out there. ... More

The realtor, Letta, instantly made me feel at ease and created a point of contact I could trust. She is highly knowledgeable of her inventory and made suggestions that fit my needs.

Overall a good home buying experience!
