There were areas in my home not completed and Tommy and Jennifer from Lennar have been giving me the run-around. The demeanor of the team makes you feel like they are insulting your intelligence. I should have known better than to trust someone's word. The entire experience is a nightmare.

From the minute I walked into the Sales Center and met with Kim, my home buying experience has been outstanding. What I feel sets Lennar apart is that the customer service hasn’t stopped now that I’ve moved in. What few service calls that I’ve had have been handled quickly and professionally. I can’t recommend Lennar enough!

We didn’t know what to expect with our new home and with nothing inside it it felt like the lack of character might be a bummer but once we moved all our stuff in the home came to life in such a wonderful way! We love our home and could not be happier with every aspect of it!

Overall we love our new home. It is beautiful, and we loved not having to make so many decisions during the building process. Our one complaint is the quality of materials and workmanship. For the price we paid, we expected better. With that said, Lennar has been great about fixing the all of the issues, so overall we are satisfied.

The purchase agreement process was the simple part in the buying process. After that everything was stressful. The home sales consultant was horrible to work with. Our home celebration walkthrough was not a celebration. Unfortunately our home was not ready to close. There was lack of quality work and the home was nothing compared to a model home. It has been 3.5 months since closing and some of the outstanding work is finally complete. The project manager is unresponsive and there is lack of communication between the sub companies and Lennar. We have also spot painted the house more than 3 time since closing because the quality of paint is awful. No one can touch the walls because that will cause marks. Pay the extra 50-100k for better workmanship, materials, and construction management with a different builder. Everywhere we look my wife, myself, and guest see examples of poor craftmanship. I don't know who was overseeing the quality of this build but they need training. The standard was set low. I have and will continue to share this sentiment with anyone who asks about the home

I’ve had great experiences working with the Lennar team.

My sales person was awful. Always on us for a signature, however, when I needed anything, the responses were few and far between.

Not sure price to high for the house 2 car garage construction materials to build the house are not perfect, basement very dirty when I moved in and will see what happens next

Very happy with the quality of our home.

We just purchased and moved in the end of November. We had things that we were told that they would come back right away to fix or finish and that still hasn't happened. For what we paid for the house, you would think that we would get better customer service and timely repairs. The fact that we were promised grass before we moved in and it didn't happen, very unfortunate. Everyone that I have spoken with has said they can't believe that gutters aren't a part of the home building package, which again is just sad. We are happy to be in our house but just wish that the things would just get done. ... More

Good house but good finishing and after service is a problem.

If you had to put Lennar in the good, better, best category. They would be better. The price we paid was on the better side the materials used was occasionally on the good side. The most disappointing install was the cheap carpet that feels like cardboard. It’s a shame to spend over half a million and get carpet used in dorm rooms The building process has almost zero customizations. If you want an extra outlet, to bad. If you want to insulate interior walls, to bad. The window package is CHEAP. There are tons of upgrades available But they don’t follow new trends like black accents. The expensive upgrades don’t get your better workmanship either. I’m curious to see how things hold up over time. We hope to move in the next 10 years where the house will likely deteriorate. Lennar team has been overall great to work with, especially the site Super Dan. The build quality of the house is good, but the fit and finish was lacking. Most issues I have with the house are cosmetic and involve pair and trim.

Over all very good experience. Face to face communication with Derek and Ryan were great. We love our new home. I only marked down one start for quality as there have been a number of items that needed repaire after move in that were missed on initial walk through. Tho this was my first time buying a build home and I had it Inspected by a third party there were still things we didn't find until moving in and to that, so far, all the corrections have been done well without issue. Lennar keeps their end when it comes to the warranty.

Quality and workmanship are lacking. For the price I paid, I shouldn’t have windows that you can feel a breeze coming in, the woodwork was hardly attached, stonework was messy, siding had clear gaps and just over all not super happy with the home. I want a well built home for this price. Speed doesn’t impress me.

The sales representatives were amazing and were able to answer most if not all questions we had. They really are a good resource to have. Construction on the other hand needs a huge lift in the attention to detail and pride in their work. Although not the construction mangers fault, and he helped out as much as he could, it was evident that the laborers were just there to go through the motion and could care less about the quality in their work because it wouldn't be their problem once they left, to list a few things: 1. We found garbage in our home, and we just closed on it 2. Painter tape on the floor, which must've been missed by cleaners 3. Blatantly missed blue tape items, some of which will never be fixed until I decide I'm sick of looking at it 4. Broken Garage door (took 2 weeks post close to have this fixed) 5. Broken doorbell (took 3 weeks post close to have this fixed) 6. Garbage disposal had a nail in it, which broke it 7. Hardware installed with lack of care (things are not level, and its very noticeable) 8. Blemishes on front and mud room garage door because they installed our permeant doors instead of using construction doors during the build. 9. evident that the cleaners never showed up... construction dust on counters and in sinks, no vacuum marks on carpet areas There's more, but what's the point? Would I build with Lennar again, maybe... The house is nice, the location is nice, the process was easy, but some things make me hesitant... ... More

From delays all the way through the entire build. The The craftsmanship is terrible they’ve had to replace a couple of doors four times inside my house still haven’t got it right the trim work is uneven there’s painting is terrible the ceiling looks terrible all the way through have failed on this entire build on top of that The project manager/corporate lennar I don’t know who can’t figure out how to get mail to our mailbox post office says they have no idea which mailbox is ours so it’s just a terrible terrible experience I will tell everyone to never buy lennar

My wife and I have already done quite a few remodels and had to deal with different contractors and juggle with so many moving pieces and selections. This time we decided to trust an experienced builder to build our home and minimize all the stress. Its was a great choice to go with Lennar all in. Selection process was kept objective and easy to navigate through the options. Dealing with the mortgage part was very informative and all our questions were answered. Through out the construction we were kept informed of the progress and the final product is our dream home in a fantastic neighborhood. All box were checked, we are delighted! ... More
