We had limited involvement with the sales team, as visited once and made an offer the next day. Cons Mgr promised to address several items pre-close, about 1/2 were taken care of

They have a great team work authority and lots of people to help with questions along the way.

Lennar has beautiful homes and a state of the earth workmanship. New homes are equipped with energy efficient appliances and home finishing is a plus. Realtors and other teams are great. The team need to work more on closing day preparation and preparation homebuyers on penalties in advance. Otherwise Lennar homes are the best to invest and live in.

Angie in Carver helped me and she was the best sales rep I had come across—I met 2 others. She was empathetic, was interested in my business and just an all around joy to work with. She is 90% the reason why I purchased the home.

It's a great home. I love everything about it. I have been disappointed with the amount of service requests I have had to put in - this is a new build, I would have thought these minor details would have been taken care of.

Again, lots of money to come in to a home with a few flaws. Boss Man Contractor Jeff was awesome

Trim, doors, paint are all subpar quality… very surprising for the amount one pays for these homes. Structure well built.

Lennar team has been overall great to work with, especially the site Super Dan. The build quality of the house is good, but the fit and finish was lacking. Most issues I have with the house are cosmetic and involve pair and trim.

The process of buying our home was easy and we were well informed along the way. Once in the home there were a few items that need fixing or touch up. Our expectations can be that we want perfection immediately but reality is that there will always be imperfections, however new is really nice!

Some inconsistent information received during purchasing and building experience. Satisfied with the house but hoping the quality lasts as long as it should.

Lennar is definitely a large company looking to turn homes quickly. Everything is sub-contracted out, and it doesn't seem the sub contractors really cared about the quality of their work. Lots of small imperfections that you would expect in a nearly $700k home

Overall wasn’t a bad experience buying the house 3 months of delays which is the times right now with all of the delays with materials. The fit and finish (the minor details) in my house were not the greatest I had to fix some things myself and few other things still not done. With how much I paid for this house I expect better.

I really need to wait and see how the yard comes out before I can make a real recommendation. Still need some things inside done and outside

A big reason we chose to purchase a new home rather than an existing was because there's typically less competition. We weren't able to make a quick decision on an existing house before other offers were made and accepted, but with this new home from Lennar, we were able to avoid that and had time to think about this purchase and visit the model we were planning on buying. Working with our Lennar contacts (Rick and Chad) have been great, they're very knowledgeable and answer any and all questions. Even after the sale, I don't feel like we've been left in the wind, they're still very responsive. There are some minor details with the workmanship I wish could be better, mainly the nail holes in all the trim are visible, but that's the standard quality they offer. The carpet padding isn't as soft as I'd prefer, and we'd have chosen different kitchen appliances if we were buying them, the dishwasher feel cheap and the fridge isn't ideal. Other than those small items, it's great. Overall value is hard to judge, I feel that we did overpay, but not by an amount I'm uncomfortable with. Existing houses come with some extra's that aren't included, such as a deck, gutters, water softener, shades/blinds, none of which were included. I like to think of myself as a DIY guy, mostly because I'm too cheap to pay someone else to do something for me that I can do, and also that I do enjoy doing it, so deciding to buy a new home was a weird decision to come to, but I don't regret it. ... Appears interior trim work was rushed, many gaps.

They don’t give you the option to make any changes or upgrades. The walls are so tiny, like cardboard . Still, some work needs to be done. Thou that is understandable because of the supplies shortage. The water heater was misplaced, the doorbell wasn’t working, but the good thing is that they fix it. Other than that and overly satisfied.

The lines between ceiling and wall were poorly taped, so much of the house has a bead of gray paint on the ceiling along the edges. The walls were clearly beaten up and patch jobs were attempted along with poor paint cover. Essentially, for a brand new house, it looks like we need to repaint the entire thing on the interior. This is the largest and most obvious issue.

No communication from land development company. No idea when the sod/irrigation etc. will be installed or future plans for property.

Still don’t have an security operating security system that was part of purchase price.No one seems to know how to fix it. Also do not have any screens for windows.

Overall, this is a good home buying experience

Material quality used in house is very cheap, the vinal floor and carpet are of very poor quality.
