Everyone on the sales team and build team was great ( Jason A and Eric G). Could not have been 2 better representatives.

The workmanship and cleaning is not good as expected, the design changes were not informed and when asked, no good responses. Lot of gaps, nail spots in wood works, didnt provide a great feeling of job well done ! .. The trust about the builder went down !

We loved working with Nicole, Randy and Thiago on building our new home. They were truly a pleasure to work with and we love our new home!

As a returning customer our buying experience with Lennar has not been favorable. They missed delivering home on time, unexperienced construction manager & new home consultant.

I appreciate there are challenges with material and labor shortages, so while we experienced these, I would not hold Lennar responsible for these. Also, the local people we worked with (sales manager, construction manager) were great! However, it was clear throughout the process that Lennar is a large corporation and the customer experience is not valued. During the selection process, many styles were unavailable, options were changed without notice, and for many selections, visuals were not available leaving us to make decisions based on descriptions. Additionally, it seems clear Lennar does not consider how the home or finishings will be used when deciding what to include in their homes. They could benefit a great deal by gathering feedback from homeowners about what works/doesn't or even considering up front how items will be used and considering ratings/reviews of included items. ... They don’t give you the option to make any changes or upgrades. The walls are so tiny, like cardboard . Still, some work needs to be done. Thou that is understandable because of the supplies shortage. The water heater was misplaced, the doorbell wasn’t working, but the good thing is that they fix it. Other than that and overly satisfied.

Being a first time homebuyer they really helped walk me through the process and answered all of my questions very quickly. The whole team was great to work with and I would highly recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a home. I have already made recommendations to my friends and colleagues at work.

They wil lie, lie, lie. Tried to overcharge me after signing purchase agreement. Made our bathroom wrong and flat out refused to fix it. The workmanship is very sloppy. Scores of paint drips, uneven cabinets, uneven fixtures, chips and scrapes, capet staples, countless crooked screws. Never fixed a stain in pantry ceiling, 10 days after closing water was dripping through, bad pipe ceiling had to be cut open. Was given garage code by title company, doesnt work. Have yet to put in tile in the bathroom that was agreed before closing. Vitural closing was a breeze, recommened it.

The lines between ceiling and wall were poorly taped, so much of the house has a bead of gray paint on the ceiling along the edges. The walls were clearly beaten up and patch jobs were attempted along with poor paint cover. Essentially, for a brand new house, it looks like we need to repaint the entire thing on the interior. This is the largest and most obvious issue.

They do not provide enough information about the home prior to signing PA. Once PA is signed nothing can be changed and we had no idea.

We had a nightmare moving to our new Lennar home in Rosemount. We had several issues with most of the appliances(Refrigerator, Cooking range, Dishwasher) doors, weather strips. We had service personals at home every other day for a month to fix issues. New home consultant helped us escalating issues and replacing defective appliances. Warranty support representative addressed most of the issues on time.

The sales representative was fabulous. My understanding is most new homes are built with standard carpeting and paint. I would have liked to have been able to upgrade or pick my own features.

Great home with smart devices installed (ring security, sprinklers, smart garage delivery, smart water leak detector, smart door lock). Smooth and worry free closing process mostly done online. I even closed online and was not disappointed. My only issue is that there are still few fixtures missing from the home (e.g. vents ) and a few items that were finished in a hurry because they must have run out of time before closing. These are being addressed. Overall, I am excited and happy with the home.

Lennar is a good builder who builds affordable homes. But significant attention is needed in the workmanship and review process after each phase of the build. When a house was delivered to us, we were initially happy until we started noticing issues almost in every aspect of the new house. At some point the workmanship and readiness of drywalls/carpets etc. made us feel like the house was built on a hurry just to meet a date. If attention is paid on quality and review process, in this fast moving housing market, I think Lennar will not only sell houses but also make it feel Home right when people move in. ... More

Great home buying experience.

Difficult getting a hold of anyone. Dealing with multiple people to get items fixed

It's hardly 3 months since moved into our brand new home and I'm noticing structural issues already (loose railings, floor panels). The quality of the work is nowhere near the price we paid.

No communication from land development company. No idea when the sod/irrigation etc. will be installed or future plans for property.

The buying process was upfront and clear. The closing date moving constantly was difficult but understandable.

They only mean business. They dont care if u missing something. They only nice when u buying. After u complained, They just ignored u. Basically do it yourself kinda thing. Lennar care is good thou. They help u out. Others, thry only good when they dont receive the money yet.
