Miller Brothers and BNR both do half-crocked work. Miller Brothers break fiber optic cables and home owners are left to get the problem fixed. . They don’t care what they break and Lennar doesn’t help with getting the cable repaired. BNR puts sprinkler heads in our yard that belong to our neighbors and also puts the heads right on the property line. Told the construction manager we were putting up a fence on the property line so they knew not to put the sprinkler heads on the property line, but did it anyway. Construction managers are unresponsive to community members complaints. Overall, the landscaping has been a cruddy experience. Told in June the landscaping was going to start, didn’t go in until August. Perhaps Lennar need to rethink who they contract out for grading yards as well as the irrigation systems. Very incompetent people. North Metro was the best, but they, too, added sod where we had it flagged off. Lennar needs to do better. Seems that once Lennar has their money, they don’t care about the home owners. I would rate the construction managers, Miller Brothers and BNR a 1 for very poor communication and workmanship. ... Good house but good finishing and after service is a problem.

Great project manager. Not impressed with sales person on my account. Sub contractors were hit or miss on workmanship

We had a nightmare moving to our new Lennar home in Rosemount. We had several issues with most of the appliances(Refrigerator, Cooking range, Dishwasher) doors, weather strips. We had service personals at home every other day for a month to fix issues. New home consultant helped us escalating issues and replacing defective appliances. Warranty support representative addressed most of the issues on time.

Get ready for delay and frustration. Priority is given to inventory homes.

It was exciting watching our house be built.

Cheap materials & very low quality of workmanship!

Once the papers were signed, Lennar became difficult to get ahold of with issues.

The layout of the home is very nice as is the exterior, However, some materials used on the interior are very cheap. The carpet is very thin and padding is lumpy. There were lots of paint touch ups needed, which Lennar has been very responsive to correct. We discover new cracks or nail pops every now and then, which we know will be repaired by Lennar, but it's still disheartening. Gutters were not included, which caused serious icing issues during winter.

Quality is cheap and house is price too high. Everything is definitely minimum standard only.

The exterior siding and trims are not good quality as well as the cabinets and doors are cheap and low quality.

We had 2 major issues, water heater not working with outside temperature about 60 degrees, AC not working with outside temperature 95 degrees. We had to take cold showers for 4 days. We had to live in 90+ temperatures without AC. We had to escalate to get anything done. Both of the above are emergencies but not for Lennar

Up to moving in was fine! I’m really not impressed with the construction manager Dave. He arrogant and condescending. When I did my pre move in I came with my kids because they were excited. He looked disappointed and told them to go upstairs while we did it without asking me. That was very rude. I called him because my water dispenser in my fridge is spraying everywhere and I said I’m not sure I can fix it, he stated if I can’t you can’t. That was strike 2. Then he parked in the middle of the road in front of my driveway of the home I just purchased to talk to a worker knowing I was waiting and showed no courtesy of pulling off to the side. If he or they were working on something, that would’ve been fine but they clearly weren’t and just talking, he can pull off to the side of the road to do that. I just let him talk because I can easily google anything he is saying. I think he is doing a very poor job and shows no respect to the homeowners here. I have issues with my home and don’t want to even deal with him! I think he can use some training and knowledge that talking to homeowners is different than talking to the workers onsite. ... More

Hire an independent inspector prior to closing to avoid the long delays on items discovered after closing. Note that you sign away some warranty coverage required by state to you disadvantage and to Lennar's advantage.

We liked the model, the location and the floor plan. Our buying experience was awful.

I went through a realtor which was a BIG mistake. Because of doing this I did not get to pick any countertops ,fixtures and flooring. I also did not find out anything about the neighborhood like are there going to be ant parks for children,dogs and for everyone to sit in and meet other people in the neighborhood. Also I would have found out that gutters are not put on in the back of your townhome and neither is a patio and to put one in can be quite an issue with the association here.

We had issues with 3 appliances, had to reach out multiple times to get anything done. We have not had a mailbox available for over 2 months and still do not.

Very disappointed with lot grading! When picked out the lot was a nice flat lot. Never did Lennar show us the topography map. Now we have a patio with a very steep fall off! Not happy!

Our buying experience was pretty good. Timelines were met and the team kept us informed. We did not get to customize anything outside of their choices which was frustrating. Once we got into the house we had a water leak which flooded the kitchen the first time we used the dishwasher. We noticed several other issues which makes us seriously question the quality control. Instead of staining the wood trim ends we’ve found black sharpie markers covering a missed end. I can’t even fix it now! Electrical problems have also popped up and our breakers continue to pop when we just use a vacuum. Overall, we love the house and curb appeal but really struggling with many details inside. Quality and workmanship are lacking. For the price I paid, I shouldn’t have windows that you can feel a breeze coming in, the woodwork was hardly attached, stonework was messy, siding had clear gaps and just over all not super happy with the home. I want a well built home for this price. Speed doesn’t impress me.

My house is still not complete.

Everything started out normal, but after we moved in we found a lot of workmanship issues and poor quality of labor. Foreman knows about it but he said not much can be done, because right now it's hard to find workers at all. But if that's the case, than the price of the house should be adjusted too...

Communication was poor, document requirements not clear

We are already selling our house as it’s not the right fit for us.
