Siding not finished on house. Decking done incorrectly with wrong materials. Gray hole filler used on dark brown cabinets, looks like paint spatters. Grading on lot buried construction debris such as nails, wood & metal scrap, etc. No warning when tradesmen would show up AFTER move in Surprise! Material used on back porch were not what was sold to us nor per plans submitted. Cracks and nail pops never fixed. Touch-up on paint not done. Repeated attempts to resolve deck and siding issues gone unanswered. Grading not done to code 3:1, Hit house numerous times with large machinery. ...

I’ve always heard Lenar doesn’t have the best workmanship and I can see that for myself. I’ve complained from the realtor to the builder to the person that did the phone call check about our patio large step entrance. Hoping some easy fix in the future would prevent falls and injuries. I was told they would send someone out but no one came.

Despite assurances that the home is waterproofed, the recent rainfall has resulted in substantial pooling of water around the foundation and subsequent flooding of our basement. This has caused damage to the interior, including the carpet and other finishes. The sump pump was operational; however, the volume of water penetrating the foundation itself suggests potential defects in either the foundation’s waterproofing or the structural integrity of the building.

Terrible craftsmanship. You can see the mud on the sheet rocks through the paint because it is so thin and they only put one coat on. The wall when light hits it from an angle shows a large repair mound and tape line from Floor to ceiling. There’s holes in the subfloor on the second level under the carpet. There’s piles of something under the linoleum in the Laundry room. Apparently none of the floors are prepped before you just throw carpet or vinyl over it to cover up everything. Don’t use Lennar, ton of problems and anytime you raise an issue you’re gas lighted by a dude saying it isn’t an issue

You get a yard when we decide - not when we promise

If you close in spring done expect your yard to be graded, your sprinklers to go in, or to see your sod anytime soon. I was PROMISED I was first on the list when that came. That was in April. It’s 90 degrees in June and I continue to look at a mound of dirt, weed bushes up to my chest, and ricks where my grass should be. It’s a joke. Don’t give them a dollar if you ever want service from Lennar. I avoided writing this review, but they kept asking for one. So, here we are.

There were areas in my home not completed and Tommy and Jennifer from Lennar have been giving me the run-around. The demeanor of the team makes you feel like they are insulting your intelligence. I should have known better than to trust someone's word. The entire experience is a nightmare.

Waste of Money. Poor Quality and Service.

It’s just been more than a month and we have raised 10+ service request already. We entered into our new home and hot water won’t work. Pipe leaked in basement. Cabinet door came off. Switch won’t work. AC stopped working and they said they need 3 weeks to fix it and punished me to suffer in high temperatures inside the home. Would never recommend lennar to anyone.

This whole experience has been horrible from poor workmanship quality to mistake after mistake. And even worse I am STILL waiting on basic things to be fixed. Lennar customer service is useless and does not care or know anything every time I call them. It takes weeks to get any type of answer about things and then when they come to fix it they break things even more. The only reason I have two complete work orders is because I called myself and advocated.

This experiencing of buying a home with Lennar, and now living in the product for a month is nothing but a huge disappointment. As a Realtor of over 18 years, who has sold to my customers a lot of Lennar products over the years, this experience of buying my own has been awful and I would never suggest to anyone to purchase a product from them. The build quality is crap compared to how they use to build 15 years ago, their service is awful, they also are cheap and try and force you to use more companies they own. They only mean business. They dont care if u missing something. They only nice when u buying. After u complained, They just ignored u. Basically do it yourself kinda thing. Lennar care is good thou. They help u out. Others, thry only good when they dont receive the money yet.

Peggy is the best!! Rest of the Lennar team are horrible if there a word worst then horrible I will use it. Since we moved in we have requested multiple times for certain services and only once a service was full filled. We are still waiting on so many other service we’ve requested and their is no follow ups. They are few urgent service requests we have requested that are pertaining to dangerous materials on our roof and driveway and after several requests their is still no one came to check on the request. The quality of workmanship is awful. The quality of the product is awful. The contractors don't communicate with each other therefore leaving a less than standard quality product for the homeowner to fix. We moved in in Sept and we're still dealing with issues like placing a bathroom mirror over an outlet, tile cut wrong and showing the floor underneath, kitchen faucet disconnecting from the counter, wrong caulk in the entire basement, water filtration system was put in wrong, permanent footprints, broken and crooked heat vents, and so on. The townhome is not level, the trim work and cabinets are all crooked. There was holes in the subflooring they just put carpet over and never thought we would find. Our backsplash was cracked and they didn’t want to fix. They installed the wrong size island counter top, wrong kitchen sink, wrong facets in every bathroom, wrong shower heads in every shower, and wrong door handles on all the exterior doors.
