Need more quality material and proper finishing. Lots of gaps in back yard fencing where manager trying his best to resolve. But should taken care initially itself. 1. Window are not sound proof at least there are should stop small sound from out side. 2. Wood finishing is very cheap and work is not upto mark. 3. No proper updates on plans and schedule on pending work to be completed. 4. Lennar should have provided small change options in interior which make more difference from customer point of view. 5 . The buying experience went well. Our Lennar consultant was super helpful and upfront and honest. Probably a big reason why we purchased. The house looks great but I would say you see that a lot of "minimum builder grade" materials/equipment is used. We have found things that have need repairing after only a few months, but Lennar's customer care is very responsive and quick on getting them fixed. All in all... I would say we are satisfied, with the expectation we will have to look to improving things ourselves down the road.

The Sales and the Mortgage agents kept good communication through out the Process. Paperwork was mostly on the Computer, including closing. No issues at all. The house itself is really good quality and perfect design for my family of four. Really love my new Home

Be prepared for worst case scenario and having to go make repetitive inquiries on progress of your home and repairs. READ the fine print as everything comes back to what is best for Lennar not the customer.

Planting dead or dying trees on new builds. I used virtual assistance fir mine and when I said my neighbors trees were dead and other trees they were planting looked dead or dying the person who helped me said she’s only dealing with my issues nor my neighbors or surrounding area’s trees. This is sad because it affects the overall appearance of the community. Maybe the neighbors are not computer literate enough to know how to submit their concerns.

Lennar is awful to work with. They blatantly ignore their own contract language. You need to stay on them for every single issue or they will ignore you and do terrible work.

We love our neighborhood and our home overall is great. The signing of our contract was great but we have very little follow up after that. The only updates that we received were after we had to ask for. Now that we have moved in, we cannot get help with any outstanding issues. Very frustrating. I would say that this had solely to do with our sales consultant and not Lennar as a whole.

The everything included tagline is a bit misleading. Everything included to me means everything is included like washing machine, clothes dryer, window coverings, water softeners, deck or patio. Things are included and I’ll have a significant price tag. Sounds like in other states Lennar EI includes all of these things. Why not in Minnesota?

Fantastic buying experience. The challenge we have is with the level of building outweighing issues after build, supply and demand. The responsiveness and the level of care from the Construction Manager and directives given are a problem. The communication given by the customer care team is beyond unacceptable. The home owner shouldn't have to follow up on every issues and get time lines or keep them in line with job time lines. I hope they fix them. We love our home and its a beautiful area but after you have paid and moved in others who haven't moved in are put as priority when you have ...

Employees or subs contractors could care less if the quality of there work. Framers we’re great though. I had pee bottles around the house from employees, valves were crooked, there is giant cracks in the ceiling, a can light fixture fell down when we had a family get together and one employee left the door open to the home when it was -10 degrees out side. I would never build with this company again. Very frustrating!

I wish the sales associate would have spent more time going over all options. There are things that looking back I would have done a few more options. Also the quality of workmanship on the house is subpar at best. I worked in the construction field for close to 20 years and would never have left a finished project look the way it did. You may want to take a look at the subcontractors you use and their quality control. If I could redo this whole buying process I probably wouldn't have used Lennar.
