Terrible untrustworthy

The townhome is not level, the trim work and cabinets are all crooked. There was holes in the subflooring they just put carpet over and never thought we would find. Our backsplash was cracked and they didn’t want to fix. They installed the wrong size island counter top, wrong kitchen sink, wrong facets in every bathroom, wrong shower heads in every shower, and wrong door handles on all the exterior doors. Our builder Mark Prokosch was terrible and completely untrustworthy and never responded to emails. He never seemed to know what was going on and never replaced items that were suppose to be ...
