GREAT GREAT GREAT GREAT EXPERIENCE

The Lennar staff was well picked. They truly care about their customers and take care of any issues in a professional and timely manner. Would have given them five stars if they provided a few more options but I realize they are not a custom builder. The experience of purchasing a Lennar home has been very good!

We love our new home. We highly recommend Lennar as your new home builder!!

Great experience with loan officer

Very poor workmanship, we felt some of the contractors did not take pride in their work (ceiling with flat spots, tape joints visible, paint on carpet, crooked walls, door trim that doesn't align, all trim nail holes are very visible, crooked fireplace stones, and more. There are multiple issues that need to be fixed, replaced or redone. Also poor communication between sales team and us, were told different closing date and pushed out two months.

Met or exceeded our expectations

The quality of materials is compromised. Water heater consumes more energy. Electrician said to me, he wonders why they used this water heater.

Great experience, Mitch answered all our questions and was very good to work with.

so far we have Replaced carpet in Master bedroom seam open at sections Two visits they ordered the wrong carpet color the first visit for repairs Close off 1 to 2 inch opening on all steps on the lower stair case and re-carpet Need to fix Soffit vent on South side of house When deck was installed outer facing of exhaust smashed not able to replace without removing deck Replace all drain plugs in sinks which were discolored from chemicals Replace all toilet seats because of scratches caused by using toilet seat as a work bench Garage floor uneven will have to cut in 2 feet and the full width to level out so garage door will close and seal properly. all of this not to mention Tile cleaning alignment of tiles on walk in shower and white residue on floor in kitchen and living room areas... ... Builder charge you more than others for the same kind of house in the neighborhood. Amenities like gym, swimming pool etc are missing. You have to tak permission even to plant trees/flowers. Water sprinkler missing. Blinds missing. Kitchen drawer bar missing. Patio mosquito net missing. Washer and dryer missing.

My experience with Lennar was positive from the get-go. They were so helpful and I felt confident that I could trust them to be honest and fair. They explained everything and my meetings with the builder were exceptional and always on time!

Trustful and fast building

Poor quality. Some of the cabinet doors didn't install properly, floors make a squeaky noise.

My entire home buying experience with the team at The Park was excellent. From the first time I saw my house plan in the lovely setting I knew it was for me. Any issues and questions I had were quickly addressed by the Lennar team. I love my new home and highly recommend Lennar.

This was our first time purchasing a brand new build and it couldn't have gone better. The team at Lennar was with us every step of the way. Anytime we had a question they were there to help, before we moved in and even as we were already living in our home. My husband and I really appreciated the frequent updates when it was being built and the multiple walk throughs we had before we closed. It was helpful for us to see the progress of our home as it was happening. Every walk through helped us learn more about our home. We would definitely recommend Lennar.

House has no steps or stairs, beautiful!

Look it is very cleaver to do a walk through and have us sign that we did so that way your not responsible for things missed. and then the workmanship on what was done was vey poor. the paint that was used holds stains almost instantly. and boy if you don't give some a perfect ten they turn on you like your the problem. We paid 415000.00 and it was our first new house and expected much better. they said someone would be in contact with us about all the modern Tech in the house so now our ring system does not work had to disconnect the alarm system because it would go off in the middle of the night and we have heard from no one and have no Idea who to talk to at one point we where told to call Amazon WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN. And to top it all off the water pressure sucks but don't you worry I expect you to sit there in silence like you did from the last survey I filled out. If we would have built from the ground up maybe things would be different but we bought a model home so you don't get the same treatment. ... More

I couldn’t be happier with the Lennar team here at Oak Tree. Lennar builds a quality home backed up by people who take pride in their work and it shows.

Peggy is the best!! Rest of the Lennar team are horrible if there a word worst then horrible I will use it. Since we moved in we have requested multiple times for certain services and only once a service was full filled. We are still waiting on so many other service we’ve requested and their is no follow ups. They are few urgent service requests we have requested that are pertaining to dangerous materials on our roof and driveway and after several requests their is still no one came to check on the request. An entire door that goes to our basement is out off shape including the entrance and we were told that nothing can be done about it. We received and email just yesterday about that Lennar wants to check out contact number if it’s right on their records but when we emailed back why they want to check that we got an pre written email back but not an answer to our question. We don’t deserve the treatment that Lennar and people working for them have given ...... Lennar probably don’t care about their customer once the closing is done and customers have moved in.
