Use better washable paint. People moving into a brand new house don’t want marks on the walls that cannot be washed off or have to paint a freshly painted house.

Lennar or Lennar's employees dont take care the customer; specially in the mortgage process. It is very sad, the customer pays the payroll for all business in the world

Our construction manager that did our final walk through was very helpful. Cupboards, doors, fixtures are top notch. When I emailed questions, the answers were prompt.

Though the overall buying experience was ok, there are poor quality workmanship including a big chip of wood lost in the main door near the lock. Shocked how a big builder like Lennar could miss such basic quality checks.

I was excited to do my first house build - a dream achievement! However, this was not the new home buyer experience I expected from a touted national builder. Lennar gets an "F" for communication - from my 'concierge' to the mortgage company to the escrow manager to the customer care team. Emails contain erroneous information, days and dates are incorrect. Most shocking was when it was suggested that I sign a legal document the author knew contained information that was flat-out wrong because she didn't know how to correct it without tech help. It was great until we moved in. Laura tommy and whitney all so helpful. Cannot say enough about customer service leading up to closing date. Once moved in has not been great. Have found a lot of poor work and things not working with a poor response. We made a complaint about a lennar staff who came out and referred to same staff to make complaint. been disappointed

Underwhelming SLOW customer care

Concrete sidewalk poured 2 hours before heavy rain. Sod not staked down and all moved during rain. Dead tree planted in backyard. Ants everywhere inside. No one from Lennar cares to make it right.

The house is so expensive and the materials used on the home is very low grade quality. I put a nail on the wall, it just moves without any resistance because there was no wood on the walls. I later discovered the walls are made of cartoons instead of wood. It's a very bad experience I have had. Everything is just falling off just 3 weeks of being in the home.

Lennar bordered on Mortgage fraud

Individuals would approve, then reject, then approve and ultimately wouldn't approve us non-contingent. I believe they dangled the $15k incentive to use Lennar mortgage to bait us in, then didn't approve us. A 3rd party mortgage company approved us and they have to play by the same rules as Lennar. Lennar has a problem that in my opinion is fraudulent.

House is great, service is poor. Lennar doesn't care once they have your money. Follow-up on issues is slow and you are made to feel like your issues are so trivial. A lot of money is spent on a new home, I don't think it is unreasonable to ask for even minor things to be right. I shouldnt have to fix things on my own.

Recently bought a new build in a TH community and all in all it went pretty smoothly. Any issues that came up Lennar has addressed to my satisfaction. The home itself is a very good value for the price and I know I will be happy living here.

I'm very disappointed with the workmanship. There are at least 15 items that I need to discuss with the people involved with fixing cracks, cleaning lights, moldings not painted and other things that have come up.

I felt like a valued customer! The construction manager took me through the home several times as it was being finished and has always been available to answer questions. The couple of small issues I have run into have been responded to and dealt with immediately. The whole process was so easy and there was help from Lennar all along the way.

Countless problems with everything from landscaping, driveway, fireplace, interior doors, door handles, very cheap patio door and windows, insects, cost cutting changes that were unacceptable, home not clean on move-in day, etc. The problems are endless and the list is too long. Very frustrating. Purchasing this home has turned out to be an expensive mistake. The homes are not ready to be lived in and are being built extremely quickly. Once you close, the customer service is terrible.

Here are the list of issues we noticed within a month. 1. Sump pump outlet is not clued and after first rain, water leaked in basement. 2. Patio door and net are not installed properly. Even after fixing it, it is not smooth to open and close. 3. There is no power outlet is island. 4. 4 door having opening and closing issues. It is hard and giving sound when opening and closing. Let me start off by first stating that we LOVE our new home. The quality and craftsmanship of the actual house are amazing. Bryan and his crew did a great job building the house. There was very little that we found that needed to be fixed during our final walkthrough, and the final product is gorgeous. The rest of the process was an absolute disaster. Lennar Sales(Alan), Title and Mortgage (Cody and Judith) were unorganized, a pain to work with, horrible at communicating, and overall they did a terrible job, and I wouldn't wish that process on anyone.
