Lennar made their integrated process with builder, title and lender both competitive, quick and easy to work with. I shopped around but ended up with Lennar as best for all three.

I'm pleased with the home's construction and the few issues that we've had were immediately addressed.

We had a very good experience. It was trouble free and very organized as Letta knew exactly what we wanted, how we wanted things and what we couldn't do. It was explained clearly. Due to our Internet going down Lennar was flexible and made our closing work in a timely fashion. No problems. We love our new house.

My experience purchasing a Skye Meadows townhome has been great overall. My sales rep, Shelby was absolutely amazing, and the construction managers that assisted me with a few things after move-in were always prompt and helpful. Lennar Title was easy to work with, but the mortgage department could have communicated better throughout the process. Really my only complaint is that the quality of the finish work could use some improvement (corners of all window trim were not sanded, nail holes were not filled in floor trim, painting and caulking was sloppy, and had to clean paint spots off the flooring). Love the home. We have run into a few small quality issues but Lennar customer care has been great and they have been responsive to address the issues we have encountered.

My experience as first home buyer was great. All concerned parties were helpful and tools used to process the application from beginning to end was user friendly.

Overall we had a great experience with Lennar. We were kept informed of the progress being made throughout the build.

Lennar was great to work with while buying our home. They did everything to help us get into our home smoothly. With any issues they had quick response to fix the problem.

Over all very good experience. Face to face communication with Derek and Ryan were great. We love our new home. I only marked down one start for quality as there have been a number of items that needed repaire after move in that were missed on initial walk through. Tho this was my first time buying a build home and I had it Inspected by a third party there were still things we didn't find until moving in and to that, so far, all the corrections have been done well without issue. Lennar keeps their end when it comes to the warranty.

My wife and I purchased our new home and from the first contact until we moved in the Lennar folks have been great. They are responsive, knowledgable, and willing to do what it takes to make our home look its best.

Willingness to always be there for any questions/issues you may have. Thorough in walking you through the steps and stages, from signing to closing. Pam, Tim, Blake and the team at L.C have been wonderful to work with. A big Nationwide builder (which can bring scepticism) - but cannot be denied that they have their sh*t together. Would and have recommended.

The buying process was good, the homes are expensive, but good finishing , but for some issues. The home is nice , beautiful and conducive.

Lennar is easy to work with and made the whole process seamless!

The Lennar staff was well picked. They truly care about their customers and take care of any issues in a professional and timely manner. Would have given them five stars if they provided a few more options but I realize they are not a custom builder. The experience of purchasing a Lennar home has been very good!
