The Lennar staff was well picked. They truly care about their customers and take care of any issues in a professional and timely manner. Would have given them five stars if they provided a few more options but I realize they are not a custom builder. The experience of purchasing a Lennar home has been very good!

I am super impressed with Lennar and how responsive they are. Nothing is perfect but Lennar is trying to make everything perfect.

I have issues with some of the products - flooring gets dents/scratches easily. Walls are crooked. I like my home and the area that I bought in. I am glad my daughter & realtor found the place. Just wish the workers would take a little more pride in their work.

If you had to put Lennar in the good, better, best category. They would be better. The price we paid was on the better side the materials used was occasionally on the good side. The most disappointing install was the cheap carpet that feels like cardboard. It’s a shame to spend over half a million and get carpet used in dorm rooms The building process has almost zero customizations. If you want an extra outlet, to bad. If you want to insulate interior walls, to bad. The window package is CHEAP. There are tons of upgrades available But they don’t follow new trends like black accents. The expensive upgrades don’t get your better workmanship either. I’m curious to see how things hold up over time. We hope to move in the next 10 years where the house will likely deteriorate. So far the experience has been positive with very easy remote online closing. This is our third Lennar home.

Our experience was fantastic just want to make a note here if you’re buying a house make sure the other neighborhood houses are finished also construction is quite noisy and disruptive

My agent was outstanding! She helped me throughout the buying process and continues to be there for me now that I am in the home. There have been typical issues that have come up which Lennar has been very responsive with getting the items taken care of. I would definitely buy a Lennar Home again. Good value and deliver what they tell you will be delivered. Can't ask for much more than that.

The everything included tagline is a bit misleading. Everything included to me means everything is included like washing machine, clothes dryer, window coverings, water softeners, deck or patio. Things are included and I’ll have a significant price tag. Sounds like in other states Lennar EI includes all of these things. Why not in Minnesota?

need new ceiling already but they are covering it. Very inconvinient

We had some issues with workmanship and a few products when we closed on our home. Matt has been responsive to the issues and had many contractors schedule to make repairs. Then the only emergency warranty work got put into place. I have full confidence that once normal warranty work resumes, the issues will be resolved.

Extra parking is very limited.

I will definitely recommend Lennar

Recently bought a new build in a TH community and all in all it went pretty smoothly. Any issues that came up Lennar has addressed to my satisfaction. The home itself is a very good value for the price and I know I will be happy living here.

Love the builder ,great community to live in.
