We had a very good experience. It was trouble free and very organized as Letta knew exactly what we wanted, how we wanted things and what we couldn't do. It was explained clearly. Due to our Internet going down Lennar was flexible and made our closing work in a timely fashion. No problems. We love our new house.

I expected the overall buying process to be easier when using all Lennar companies (builder, lender, insurer, etc), but that was not the case. Home build quality is good but not great - needed tradesmen out to the house twice to correct issues within the first month.

From the day we signed our purchase agreement till closing & beyond, we have been very happy with our experience building with Lennar. The sales manager was wonderful, patient with all our questions, kept us in the loop from digging our homesite till closing. The construction manager was also wonderful, always quick to answer questions, and help with any issues that came up. Our house is beautiful, well built and honestly perfect. We are so glad we chose Lennar, and love our new house.

Very disappointed with lot grading! When picked out the lot was a nice flat lot. Never did Lennar show us the topography map. Now we have a patio with a very steep fall off! Not happy!

We moved into our house in March and overall it is great but we immediately had issues with our dishwasher. We also realized that the line from the Lennar sales rep of “we’ll always be there for you” was a bunch of bull. Immediately after signing they essentially wash their hands of any issues or responsibilities

We bought a home in a new Lennar development. Our keys don’t work in the locks, the trim/walls are bowed and crooked, they “cleaned” the house prior to close yet it was still filthy. Lighting fixtures are mounted crooked, our ring doorbell was mounted crooked. Least pleasant closing experience I have ever encountered. They will not negotiate and claim there are other offers so you are pressured to proceed. I like our home, but I feel dirty after buying it.

The sump pump was operational; however, the volume of water penetrating the foundation itself suggests potential defects in either the foundation’s waterproofing or the structural integrity of the building.

This is my second home from Lennar . So I was fully aware of what I am getting into . When I put in an offer I was not even presented with a counter offer . That felt rude . Although the price what I offered was very close the sales in that neighborhood. Then I eventually they came back with offer after a month After you sign the contract they immediately move you to an customer advocate / coordinator by the emails we received it felt like it was more of slap in the wrist and a list of things you cannot do with bold letters . Didn’t disclose the removal of windows above the patio doors, didn’t disclose the drainage ditch in the middle of the back yard. We bought the land with the understanding that the back yard was to be fairly flat now we have a 3 foot deep ditch through the middle which was never told to us.

Overall great value for the price. Disappointed that we were forced to sign a contract were I am out $25,000 until the lawn is complete. The builders and work done on the house is excellent. Overall everything works as expected. Master bedroom door doesn’t close and a couple of popped nails that I expect to be fixed during warranty. Seems like minor issues for considering the detail and quality of the builder. The general contractor took exceptional care in quality during the build leaving very little to correct later.

We bought a good house. However, the people who were handling the listing, loan, and closing were terrible to work with. I have bought 6 houses before and I have never seen such a mess. Never again will I buy another property from Lennar.

Terrible craftsmanship. You can see the mud on the sheet rocks through the paint because it is so thin and they only put one coat on. The wall when light hits it from an angle shows a large repair mound and tape line from Floor to ceiling. There’s holes in the subfloor on the second level under the carpet. There’s piles of something under the linoleum in the Laundry room. Apparently none of the floors are prepped before you just throw carpet or vinyl over it to cover up everything.
