The Sales and the Mortgage agents kept good communication through out the Process. Paperwork was mostly on the Computer, including closing. No issues at all. The house itself is really good quality and perfect design for my family of four. Really love my new Home

The everything included tagline is a bit misleading. Everything included to me means everything is included like washing machine, clothes dryer, window coverings, water softeners, deck or patio. Things are included and I’ll have a significant price tag. Sounds like in other states Lennar EI includes all of these things. Why not in Minnesota?

The Lennar staff was well picked. They truly care about their customers and take care of any issues in a professional and timely manner. Would have given them five stars if they provided a few more options but I realize they are not a custom builder. The experience of purchasing a Lennar home has been very good!

They were continuously engaged the right amount, responsive to questions/concerns, and got our new home closed timely. We love the OakTree neighborhood, its walking paths, proximity to the Community Park and Carver Elementary School, and the easy access to Hwy 212.

We had some issues with workmanship and a few products when we closed on our home. Matt has been responsive to the issues and had many contractors schedule to make repairs. Then the only emergency warranty work got put into place. I have full confidence that once normal warranty work resumes, the issues will be resolved.

Easy, ready to move in.

This home feels like a dream for us. I always wanted to buy a home in Spancer hill once it was launched. I am happy with this home but I believe this home has been super rushed. Finishing is poor. Every appliance has some issue or the other. The most concerning is the insulation in my kids room and the master bath where temperature goes down at 61F with a thermostat of 70F. I have raised it to customer service team. Hope it’s resolved to my satisfaction and I can come back and review again.

Use better washable paint. People moving into a brand new house don’t want marks on the walls that cannot be washed off or have to paint a freshly painted house.

Floor is poorly done. Alot of the fixtures are falling off. As well as the ceiling sprinkler
