Overall great home to live in.

A lot of issues after moving. Specially its new home but floor is making noise and door is not closing , toilet tissue holder falling down.

Ok. Didnt have a great experience with conceirge

They have a great team work authority and lots of people to help with questions along the way.

Floor is poorly done. Alot of the fixtures are falling off. As well as the ceiling sprinkler

My experience with Lennar was great. The staff that I worked with were professional and available for questions whenever needed. I would recommend Lennar to others.

I was asked for my passport and was told that this is needed by underwriter. My loan officer never talked to me about this. This is racial discrimination for me, I haven't been asked for my passport in any of my previous home buys. I am planning to file complaint with Consumer forum on this.

We bought a house from the scratch Jennifer Finley was great help to as and the engineer amazing Tommy Becker very knowledgeable and great customer service top notch, I don’t think I had that experience before .

My experience purchasing a Skye Meadows townhome has been great overall. My sales rep, Shelby was absolutely amazing, and the construction managers that assisted me with a few things after move-in were always prompt and helpful. Lennar Title was easy to work with, but the mortgage department could have communicated better throughout the process. Really my only complaint is that the quality of the finish work could use some improvement (corners of all window trim were not sanded, nail holes were not filled in floor trim, painting and caulking was sloppy, and had to clean paint spots off the flooring). Great experience from start to finish.

Love the home. We have run into a few small quality issues but Lennar customer care has been great and they have been responsive to address the issues we have encountered.

The workmanship is not the best, felt like the house was potentially rushed to build. Had a leak right away from the refrigerator, flooring had to be ripped up. Carpet not laid down properly. A drawer that does not self close. Showed to someone and nothing done. The door stopper did not align with the garage door so now we have a hole in the wall. When this stuff happens, it takes away from our work schedule and having to use time off to be there when they come in to repair it. The drywall is not smooth throughout the home. Thiago on the other hand is AMAZING to work with! He called me on a Sunday to address the water leak with our refrigerator. He didn’t need to, BUT he did!! I understand things are not perfect, but when you buy new, you don’t expect so many things to be wrong. ... More

My experience as first home buyer was great. All concerned parties were helpful and tools used to process the application from beginning to end was user friendly.

Good house, but responses to any questions or concerns is bad. The customer's satisfaction is not the primary objective, but rather it is the selling of the house. After the house is sold, the response to any questions is even more bad.

Home bugging and lot selections were all quick and easy to understand. We received brief updates and pictures on a weekly basis. Constructing prices was quicker than usual. Closing was easy. For anyone choosing to build, Please inspect carefully. Materials may not be the best of quality nor sturdy.

I chose Lennar because of their reputation and floorplan. I am however disappointed in some of the workmanship that is sloppy. Their customer service department is unapproachable except by email. There is no one who could answer a quick question or refer a client to documentation regarding an issue.

Our buying experience was pretty good. Timelines were met and the team kept us informed. We did not get to customize anything outside of their choices which was frustrating. Once we got into the house we had a water leak which flooded the kitchen the first time we used the dishwasher. We noticed several other issues which makes us seriously question the quality control. Instead of staining the wood trim ends we’ve found black sharpie markers covering a missed end. I can’t even fix it now! Electrical problems have also popped up and our breakers continue to pop when we just use a vacuum. Overall, we love the house and curb appeal but really struggling with many details inside. Lennar has beautiful homes and a state of the earth workmanship. New homes are equipped with energy efficient appliances and home finishing is a plus. Realtors and other teams are great. The team need to work more on closing day preparation and preparation homebuyers on penalties in advance. Otherwise Lennar homes are the best to invest and live in.

The loan process was easy and straight forward. We were informed on next steps. Loan officer always ready to answer our questions and nice. It was a great experience

Good experience and great neighborhood.

I had a great experience purchasing my dream house from Lennar . One thing I would say, Lennar kept their word. There were no surprises at the end and that meant a lot to me. Lennar took my concerns seriously and acted quick to resolve all of them in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to Lennar any time.

Make sure you get everything fixed before you buy and sign that dotted line. also, give it all a really good look and get your own professional to review your house. quality of certain materials like doors very cheap and can hear everything from room to room in through the wall, and every foot step in house.
