We had a great experience purchasing our home through the company. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The team was responsive, answered our questions promptly, and kept us informed throughout every step. We are very happy with our new home and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house.

This is my third Lennar home that I have built with Lennar. I’m excited to finally have my one story as a retired Navy veteran. I actually enjoy and love Lennar Homes because this is my third Lennar home. Very nice homes that comes with everything that I want without many upgrades. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We put in an offer and were excited. We made sure our ducks were in a row. Sadly when we got to underwriting, communication went sparse and our hope of closing early vanished, costing us another month of rent. We could have closed sooner but they waited a week to let us know they needed more paperwork. We never received an apology or any response when we brought this complaint up. The House is solid so far but our first buying experience was not a joyous one. Grateful it is over and we can move on. Lots of good people with this lennar group just not efficient. I offered my services as it is extremely wasteful on their part. Lastly I still don't know what the concierge is for. Ours didn't check in with us and never could help answer our questions. Thankfully, we had a good realtor from the outside that helped push lennar. All in all, if you go with lennar you'll get a descent home but their organization structure and lack of communication can be very stressful and make you doubt you're going to close on your new home. Moved in about 30 days ago. Have turned in a few warranty requests and they have been handled quickly

We had an amazing customer experience with Lennar from the very start of the home-buying process. They made everything easy and stress-free. Everyone we worked with was helpful and provided detailed answers to all of our questions. We especially commend Steve, Anna, and Rick for their excellent customer service and support throughout the process.

Very simple process. The lender even had a down payment incentive. Everything went as scheduled.

Took my EMD. Made promises that weren’t kept. I am completely traumatized from the experience I had with Lennar. So much so that I may never try to buy a house again.

Sloppy construction, paint splashes and drips, cabinet molding was uneven, and attic door was sloppy and discolored. Every single warranty requires a 4 hour leave from time off. Trades show up before their scheduled time or didn’t show up at all. Other times I have to take 4 hours off of work for a 1 hour job that could have been scheduled. Then my garage started to crack the drywall and come to find out the garage wasn’t even finished. You sold me an unfinished home. I can say I am extremely unhappy and disgusted with the quality of construction by such a reputable builder like Lennar. I will submit a review just like this as many times as I have to submit a warranty within the first 60 days of purchase. ... More

Overall, my homebuying experience with Lennar was great. The entire process is very systematic; the portal for buying and underwriting made it easy to track progress every step of the way. Christina was especially wonderful and provided excellent help throughout the underwriting paperwork process. Additionally, the maintenance team has been fantastic. Since moving in, they have been incredibly fast and responsive in taking care of the minor issues I’ve needed fixed. The only significant issue I encountered—which almost led me to cancel my contract on the last day—was a lack of communication from my Lennar agent. When I had concerns regarding construction fixes, she was unresponsive and didn't look into the issues. When I expressed my frustration, her response was simply that I could cancel, rather than researching the problem. Fortunately, the construction manager did the research and discovered that I simply hadn't been copied on the responses and that the work had actually been addressed. It was a disappointing hurdle in an otherwise pleasant process. I would recommend the builder for their efficiency and post-close service, but I hope to see better proactive communication from the sales side in the future. ... More

Found multiple defects that were minor but could of been corrected quickly. Do not believe when they give you promotions such as free paint or free filters that were required/promised upon move in.we were told we would get a free kinectico water filter under the kitchen sink. They stopped responding. The free gallon of paint from sherwin williams magically expired upon move in. When you do the blue tape walk all they did was rip the tape off of the defects you wanted fixed. Do not trust them when they say “yeah will will take care of that we are expecting a delivery next week”. They will give you the run around. ... More

The process to buying our brand new townhouse was seamless. The customer service was great and they kept us updated every step of the way. We love it here. I highly recommend Lennar homes

I recently bought a home in Preston Pointe at Cadence in Henderson and, overall, had a good experience. I want to give a big thank-you to Will (loan officer)—he was extremely helpful with communication, updates, and guiding me through each step. As for the home itself, I noticed a couple of minor paint issues, but the team fixed them during the final walk-through, which I appreciated. One tip for future buyers: during the first walk-through/blue-tape walk, make sure you **inspect carefully, point things out, and document everything** (photos and notes) so nothing gets missed. The only downside for me was the lot placement. I didn’t get my first choice near the park because I was told it was given to someone else, so we ended up a little farther away. That said, I still received the same floor plan I wanted, and I’m satisfied with the final result. ... More

From start to finish, our experience was extremely disappointing. The lender we worked with seemed inexperienced, struggled to answer questions, and appeared intimidated when faced with direct communication and strong personalities. There were also instances where a third family member—who had no involvement in the loan—was unnecessarily brought into the process, which felt unprofessional. Throughout the entire experience, there was a lack of clear communication and professionalism. As buyers, we often felt overlooked and not prioritized. The construction quality has also been a major issue. The workmanship feels rushed and careless, and we’ve been dealing with ongoing cosmetic problems since moving in. It’s frustrating to see what appears to be a lack of attention to detail from the construction crews, along with dismissive attitudes when concerns are raised. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing a home from Lennar based on our experience. There seems to be constant internal changes, and as homeowners, we felt pushed aside rather than supported. ...
