Although everything wasn't perfect, but my overall experience with Lennar was simply amazing and I got to enjoy my first time home buying experience! Any major issues that did come up they did address in rectify in a timely manner.

From my initial purchase until I received my keys the process was smooth and the team easily guided me through the steps. My home turned out beautiful, just as I expected. Everyone on the Lennar team was amazing, all the promises were kept and they always responded to me in a timely fashion. Lennar builds a quality home, offers the best financing and their team is exemplary.

The closing walk through was rushed and the house was not cleaned we told the supervisor and he still didnt got it fixed Also there was scratches marks on the wall counter top

I fell in love the moment I saw it. It was the first house showed to me by my realtor and there was no reason to go on but we did only to come back to my first home. I love the design for the exterminator to do his job without having to enter the home. I love having a gas stove. I love all of the appliances. I wish there was more of a detailed description of the drainage in the backyard. I would have loved to see flowers planted outside my home instead of those things . I'm hoping that it was done temporarily until the owner moved in.

From start to finish and even after close, the experience has been great. Daniel *****, Steven ***** and Wayne our construction manager, were all great. We loved the Lennar Tracker app and how everything was digital and at the tip of your fingers.

When we initially began looking at the Decano community, we began dealing with *****. She was very pushy and even more dismissive of us throughout the process. On several occasions she told our realtor that there were plenty of people looking at the house we were interested in so if we couldn't move forward with it she didn't care. On several occasions she gave us false information as it related to interest and purchase incentives that the loan team was able to help with. So, the process did not start out well. We moved forward with the purchase of our home and moved into escrow. The loan team was absolutely fantastic. Wes made the process as easy as possible. He was always available to answer questions and assist where needed. He went far above and beyond to ensure the process flowed smoothly. This process was amazing. From there we moved to the home. The home, for being nearly one million was far below my expectations. It's understanding that these types of homes are built fast for minimal cost and maximum profit, but the quality is far to low for the listed value of the home. Following our initial walkthrough, we discovered nearly none of the issues were fixed on our final walkthrough. On top of that, during our final walkthrough, we had even move issues, to include more defects in the drywall from the painters who attempted and failed to make corrections. We also discovered newly cracked tiles in the master bathroom, which ultimately required us to push our closing. After finally being able to close, we immediately began noticing several issues. We noticed our sliding door couldn't close and lock properly, a gas line was loose in the attic causing it to hit our unit and cause a loud vibration, our walls in the master bedroom were uneven, and our subfloors were uneven leaving a slope upstairs. Joe and the warranty team made getting most of these issues fixed a breeze. I applaud them in this aspect. However, the workmanship of this house still has so many flaws. I continue to find significantly uneven sub flooring upstairs. So much so that many areas have dips. I continue to find several area on the carpet with paint spillover. This leads to the absolute plethora of paint spillover all throughout the entire house. It's in every room within the entire house. The tac strips on the carpet have stabbed my son's toes on several occasions because they failed to properly secure them. On top of this, there's several areas under the carpet where it feels as though they left significant globs of glue, leaving a large knot under the carpet. Nearly every cabinet is slightly uneven or warped and not flush, which has already caused the them to have to replace a cabinet door and there will be several more in the future. There's several areas in the house with alligator painting and flashing. And I don't know if I'll ever be able to have that corrected. The large garage door is extremely loud and continues to malfunction. When we attempt to close it, it will often pop back up as it's going down at the halfway mark. These are just the issues we've found in a month and a half. It's so extremely disappointing to pay so much for such a low quality. Having said all of this. The house is beautiful. Lennar did a great job with the layout and proper space. They gave fantastic appliance upgrades and are the only builders with mortgage incentives like they have. You were all fantastic. But I would tailor your maitenance prompts based on what the home actually needs. For example, I got repeated prompts to seal my quarts countertops that need no sealing (I hope?)

No towel racks, old fashion bathtubs, very old model ceiling lights, cheap wood cabinets, not enough outlets. Laundry room incomplete. No one single fire place for been 1.2 million home in *****. Still waiting to fixed some mistakes by the workers on the painting. Front yard cheap rocks they are all over the street. HOA do not communicate still with the fiber underground internet. We only have temporary internet, the A/C have issues already. Very pushy at closing I made a huge mistake. To expensive price for a NO design home. Several issues already and I'm not in yet but already paying mortgage payment after 30 days of closing. ... More

Working with this home builder was truly a pleasure. From the very beginning, their professionalism shone through, making sure every part of the project was handled with great care and skill. The team was always there for us, quick to respond, and dedicated to creating a home that was not only beautiful but also better than we had ever imagined. My rating would be based on the entire buying experience they made it easy. They were extra accommodating, and all issues with my home were fixed within days as I still find small little things that take time for you to notice they still have no problem coming and fixing them everything from my AC to exhaust fan to adore that was painted flat white instead of gloss white it takes time to find things and they a responsive to my needs as being a disabled Veteran I don't notice things right away sometimes and I procrastinate, but they don't have a problem with that stuff still gets done all in all. Beautiful home with thoughtfully installed upgrades. Good construction technique and great service.

Lennar does a great job selling you the house and helping to get you in. After the sale every contractor who comes out to fix issues says they are unable to fix it. Poor building material makes less than stellar quality.

What a trial.

My construction manager Wayne is the best Lennar person, then closing walk through manager is great; sales office on site Jonathan is great, Ryan my email person is fine. All others, I don't know how can they still there?? How can Lennar keep a bad team on so many of others not to help sell or connect the pieces and they don't care.
