I’m very happy and excited to my new home at Lennar/Dalton. Buying a new house is not easy, especially first time, this is my first experience to buy a house, I almost quit. My home consultant and loan officer helped me a lot during the process. They explained all the requirements needed and for me to understand. Bought the Evan … Awesome Garage! Park large RV’s or ?…. Up to your imagination! The house layout is awesome… The master room very nice & Roomy!! Large fully covered front patio w/Mountain View’s as well as the back yard too!! Quality home very well insulated! With three thermostats too controll a/c all areas of the home .. great feature!!! Really enjoying neiborhood and neighbors everyone’s very friendly!! J F

My experience in my new home purchase was excellent. I had help throughout the entire process, from start to finish. All of my questions were answered and addressed no matter what how simple. Throughout the final walk through all items were addressed. It was a wonderful experience.

Melissa, The real estate agent on site was amazing, I’m very grateful for her professionalism and courtesy. I showed up without an appointment on my lunch hour and she treated me wonderful even though she had another appointment showing up she took care of me. She is a valued asset to you are company. Alex was a great lender and was able to get the house closed within 30 days which was pretty impressive. Marlo the gentleman on site showing the property to me during the 30 days and was here for the walk-throughs. Did an excellent job. he’s very thorough and very professional. The craftsmanship of the house is spot on. I had one issue with an exhaust fan in the In the home. They fixed it within 48 hours overall experience from start to finish and even after finish has been excellent. ... More

From the 1st walkthrough of the model to the final 1 year warranty process on your closed home, everything is done well. The number 1 reason I choose Lennar is that they are generous in their all-included home items, rate buy-downs, and negotiations on standing inventory are fair. They want to sell you a home and you want to buy one. Win/Win

These 2 ladies were who helped us the most. Both went above and beyond to make our buying process simple timely. They were very informative and kind at the same time. Hard to find these days. Once the purchase was finished, Eddie has been most helpful in resolving any issues with repairs.

Love the neighborhood, homes, and people!

This was the first time I experienced buying a house built from the ground, just for me.. Lennar really did a good job on the design. I got to see the installation before the walls went up. It was amazing how the construction crew did the work. They all knew what to do and how to do it. I’m grateful to have gone with this company. Thanks to everyone involved.

I already experienced a new home before but this one was so much easier. Everything is done for you but the cooking. Wouldn’t that be nice! If something needs fixing, they are on it. I love my new home. Thank you
