It started with Dan (sales) whose guidance made our home buying smoothly. With the help of all customer care staff it just made it easier for our transition to our new home.

Lennar has long experience as a builder and their communities are fine. One thing to know about however, is that while Lennar will do a fine job of providing their own agent for the purchase, that agent works for them, not you. You will probably get better terms in the closing cost if you bring your own agent (fiduciary) with you. Another tip is to be polite to the actual salesman handling your transaction and get to know his or her assistant. The Lennar salesman will seldom, if ever, respond to your questions or email. But their assistant will. Focus on that person. Lennar gets an 8 out of 10 for the purchase process. Their construction is solid, their offers to cover closing costs are actually pretty good and their homes do include basic appliances. So they offer a good deal overall. I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with the online home buying process. While we are absolutely thrilled with our new home, I must express my disappointment with the overall communication and organization throughout the process online. The process of submitting required documents proved to be quite challenging, as we encountered delays and inconsistencies in responses. Despite our timely submissions, there were prolonged periods of silence and requests for duplicate information. It was evident that some individuals involved were not fully equipped to handle online emails and documents efficiently. Upon reaching the closing stage, we encountered additional obstacles with requests for unnecessary documentation and proof of income, leading to further disorganization and frustration. The lack of clarity and poor communication from the loan team exacerbated our concerns, leaving us feeling perplexed and dissatisfied. I feel compelled to highlight the credit person who provided exemplary assistance and demonstrated a clear understanding of our queries. Regrettably, this positive experience was overshadowed by the overall dissatisfaction with the process and the team's inability to address our concerns adequately. In light of these challenges, I caution against engaging in online home purchases without thorough consideration and understanding of the potential drawbacks. Experience was terrible and will never buy Lennar again

The building team were responsive to addressing issues prior to moving in and the customer care team have been responsive since moving in

Didn’t get much information about anything after closing. Gate codes, HOA info, ect.

Make sure punch list items are done before closing.

Looking at single story homes and found a home at Talamore community but wanted the same home in Black Mountain Ranch. Walked into the first Pioneet model and fell in love with it and made offer and accepted all with 3 hrs time from seeing it to prequalifying and accepting offer. Very quick and fast process. Love lennar homes.

During the initial process of purchasing, the process was easy and seamless. We were able to purchase the home from out of state since most of the transaction was completed online. We did experience some issues, however, it was nothing to major that prevented us from completing the transaction. The home is beautiful, however, the materials used could’ve been better. The walls are thin, baseboards throughout the house were not properly cut and the paint is easily scuffed.

Everyone was professional, easy to work with , issues and concerns were taken care, personally v happy w entire process!

I've had a few issues that nobody can address and I'm getting tired of reaching out. Crap quality

Not customer service at all in any department. The materials and accessories that they used are the cheapest . I saw the blinds that they put in a $750.000 house at Walmart for $15.00 . Chrome fixtures the cheapest. We knew what we were buying but we didn’t realize how bad it was.

Overall I've had a decent experience. There were a few miscommunications at the design center, however, it was worked out in the end. When paying over a 1/2 million dollars for a house, I do expect the craftmanship to be better. Uneven drywall, corners, scratches on surfaces like your countertops and flooring were all minor but noticeable after living in the home for a period of time. There were a few issues that resulted in warranty repair and I have to say the lightening speed response is what makes the overall process much better. Although you never want to have a warranty issue right out of the gate, it's good to know Lennar took care of it quickly. I cannot say enough about our sales person John. He was able to reach out to his internal contacts at Lennar to keep things moving along during the building process. ... More

Nobody answers the calls or messages after their step completes. Their simple response is I dont know.

Haven't gone through the process on a property I changed my mind on because I didn't feel comfortable with the process the property I did buy the crew was great and worked with me to answer most questions. All except one but that's okay.

We have had a great experience with the staff. Shay, Alicia, and Doug are exceptional employees. They are attentive and helpful. I have submitted a few warranty claims since moving in over a month ago. The Lennar staff are communicative, punctual, and fix the issues swiftly. My only quaim is the build quality of my home is not what I expect for the price.

I have been experiencing lots of issues with the doors at my house in addition to a drawer in the kitchen that won't close properly from the first time I opened it. This is my first time purchasing a new home. Maybe this is normal. I did contact customer services regarding these issues and they responded immediately. They put me in contact with my representative and an appointment was made by him to have someone come out to make repairs. I am hopeful that when that time comes around all repairs will be made to my satisfaction.

Overall experience was not bad but of course things arise. Satisfied at this time. I appreciate the Lennar team trying their best to help when it is needed. Hopefully it will continue.

Lennar made the buying experience easy & fun. Lennar Mortgage made the purchase possible (thank you!), the sales person helped us negotiate a deal we are happy with, and the Construction manager has been super responsive. We love our new home & think that Lennar quality & service is fantastic for the price.

Lennar want to build as fast as possible with really no details to finish work. You can really tell they build it fast and sell them as quick as possible and then deal with issues later. Seems to me they would take a little more pride in there product and make sure the home is completed and clean before walking homes with clients. Moved in little over 2 months ago and still roof flashing is painted 3 different colors or not even painted at all on sections. Stucco is uneven and makes walls not straight. So much more but just be careful when buying homes I'm sure they all have different issues. ... More
