Nice and friendly staff members

Lennar used to be much higher quality however now has cut many corners to save even the smallest amount of money. They are now a small step above KB even with their "Everythings Included" slogan. The reason I went through with the purchase was the financing incentives.

This was the first time I experienced buying a house built from the ground, just for me.. Lennar really did a good job on the design. I got to see the installation before the walls went up. It was amazing how the construction crew did the work. They all knew what to do and how to do it. I’m grateful to have gone with this company. Thanks to everyone involved.

We just bought an Eleanor and are very pleased with the property. The transaction went very well and I do recommend them. We also did the mortgage loan through Lennar as well. If there was any knock I thought the communication through the loan process could have been a little tighter; however it was not bad and everything did come together on time. The home is beautiful and we are happy with the Lennar team.

I already experienced a new home before but this one was so much easier. Everything is done for you but the cooking. Wouldn’t that be nice! If something needs fixing, they are on it. I love my new home. Thank you

Home buying experience mixed. Pushed to close early, A LOT of craftsmanship issues with building of house - paint splotches on floor, mismatched paint used on walls, gouges in shower stall and tub etc.

While we love the new house there are some downsides. Where are the knobs for bathrooms and kitchen cabinets ....... where are the towel racks in bathrooms ..... why are there false drawers in the bathrooms with no space to put a tooth brush? Hey, thanks for the toilet paper holders! This equipment should be Standard. You have Cheap Charlied these pricey homes.

Lennar homes are basic. Carpet, linoleum, paint are poor quality. Representatives provide assurance that if anything is wrong, they will take care of it, but when you enter a warranty claim they deny. Items that are clearly builder mistakes do not get fixed. All Lennar reps - Mortgage - Escrow - Builder tell you it is "not their job" to do something. Very poor service in all departments.

We were impressed with the responsive of Tatum in the walk through; ease of scheduling repairs required; quick response of Sonja Grace our Homebuyer concierge.

We have built several homes and have been able to request and get upgrades. We are now having to install a lot of needed items after moving in. This delays getting settled and enjoying our new home.

We have good experience with Lennar, we like the value, the all inclusive package, very professional service all the way through.

I am not sure who designed these houses BUT they knew nothing about a 55+ community. Shoddy workmanship and an excuse for everything.

Lennar was super quick, responsive and helpful with our home buying process. We went to look at houses, and within 2 hours we had been pre approved, and we closed a month later. Super easy process. And they work with you until you get your loan approved, they never gave up on us! And now we have the home of our dreams!

Roy is fantastic, along with Lennar mortgage, title and insurance. My only issue overall is the Quality Control of the material you use. Accidentally dropping a plastic cup from the bathroom sink counter into the sink shouldn’t cause a crack and hole to appear. This is our 7th new build home and we’ve had much worst accidents occur without anything that has come close to what occurred here. I’m definitely disappointed that subpar material would be used by a reputable builder.

This is not directly related with Lennar but the HOA has some rules which seem too strict. Also, so many things are done through a portal and sometimes there's no person to consult with, or it's not clear who you're supposed to talk with about certain issues. On the whole, though, Lennar has been very good, so far.

Everyone was on top of each process, very fast responsive team. Thank you to all of Lennar team members. You made it fast reliable and easy.

It started with Dan (sales) whose guidance made our home buying smoothly. With the help of all customer care staff it just made it easier for our transition to our new home.

Lennar has long experience as a builder and their communities are fine. One thing to know about however, is that while Lennar will do a fine job of providing their own agent for the purchase, that agent works for them, not you. You will probably get better terms in the closing cost if you bring your own agent (fiduciary) with you. Another tip is to be polite to the actual salesman handling your transaction and get to know his or her assistant. The Lennar salesman will seldom, if ever, respond to your questions or email. But their assistant will. Focus on that person. Lennar gets an 8 out of 10 for the purchase process. Their construction is solid, their offers to cover closing costs are actually pretty good and their homes do include basic appliances. So they offer a good deal overall. While we are absolutely thrilled with our new home, I must express my disappointment with the overall communication and organization throughout the process online. The process of submitting required documents proved to be quite challenging, as we encountered delays and inconsistencies in responses. Despite our timely submissions, there were prolonged periods of silence and requests for duplicate information. It was evident that some individuals involved were not fully equipped to handle online emails and documents efficiently. Upon reaching the closing stage, we encountered additional obstacles with requests for unnecessary documentation and proof of income, leading to further disorganization and frustration. The lack of clarity and poor communication from the loan team exacerbated our concerns, leaving us feeling perplexed and dissatisfied. I feel compelled to highlight the credit person who provided exemplary assistance and demonstrated a clear understanding of our queries. Regrettably, this positive experience was overshadowed by the overall dissatisfaction with the process and the team's inability to address our concerns adequately. In light of these challenges, I caution against engaging in online home purchases without thorough consideration and understanding of the potential drawbacks. Experience was terrible and will never buy Lennar again
