Texture and paint crew seem to be in a rush. So many spots where they spilled paint on the flooring. Certain areas the texture seems to be spread thin. Texture and paint around electrical outlets were sloppy. Guys or gals seem to be in a rush and it shows. Not seeing this on the first or second walkthrough but once you get settled in then you really start to notice these details.

No cold water Just hot or warm The circuit breakers are low voltage I can’t not plugged the treadmill on the outlet because breakers start tripping

There were a lot more little things that need to be fixed/resolved in the house and there are items like light fixtures that were done the "easy" way not necessarily the right way.

Overall great customs service. Workmanship can improve.

Lennar is great home builder.

There are things that don’t work to your needs, like cabinets in the kitchen, poor design, especially because supposedly are for older people, they should be easier to set up things…. the shower door is out of balance, so goes back to you and hits you when you are trying to get dry; the extractor by the stove is not attached to any tube that goes outside the roof, so you get all that noise for nothing, because the hot air and smoke goes back into your space …… The quality of the open and close blinders are extremely cheap and they probably will brake soon and it’ll be no way to fix it; that will be money out of your pocket; the system to stop the water in case of a ceiling sprinkler deploys is absurd, it should be one fast key that shuts off the water, not to have to go out to the street to open that heavy cover, lift it and shut off the main valve, like i said it’s ridiculous, especially if you are an older person; there is no cold water in the summer, all the water comes warm, now with the temperatures going down it’s getting better, but shouldn’t be, that means there is poor insulation where the water is passing thru those pipes…….the extractor switch in the laundry room is near the ceiling, so you have to use a step chair to set it on and off, again ridiculous system for housing people over 55 and older…. i have to say that i’m very disappointed with the building and architectural design…. ... We purchased the home when it was almost complete. While the home is wonderful and we are very happy, I would recommend upgrading the paint and carpet padding. These small things make a HUGE difference. Semi gloss in more areas would have been a much better option. The paint we have is extremely flat almost like a primer only quality. The carpet is okay but better quality padding would have been much better. I want to reiterate we bought our home when it was close to completion and we are very happy so far!

The price of Aden Square homes are very expensive for the tight entrance way.

Customer service bad after closing

The quality of workmanship is not there. It feels as if they were rushed or just simply didn’t care and the construction manager was not very nice to work with.

Before we moved in we pointed out a problem with the kitchen cabinets and a drawer in the bathroom. Parts had to be ordered, then an appointment made in early July was made to fix them. Nobody showed up for the appointment. We discovered we have no key for the back door in the master bedroom or to the door leading to the garage from the house. Waiting for keys. Weren’t told about bug spraying company that comes out monthly? Something about putting our front door on Wi-Fi? No thank you.

My builder was always courteous and prompt whenever I had questions. Many things went wrong that were out of his control. One thing Lennar needs to change is offering a way to get prompt service for appliance issues since they are providing the appliance package with the home. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a repairman to come look at my ice maker and I had to call him myself through GE.

I had the most wonderful sales rep. Laurie Swisher she was there for us 110% We just loved her. A true asset to your company.

Hard to contact LENNAR ASSOCIATES FOR QUESTIONS . Problems setup ring and door lock. Plants in the yard dying before one month of being here. We had to pay someone to look at the sprinkler and replace plants

They really need to work better at following up on the repairs in the homes

Customer Service and trades have been subpar. I was scheduled to two appointments by different trade. They do not show up and I didn’t receive call. Been in my home since October and. I still waiting on door locks BBC and weatherstrip

There are over 20 items on our repair list that have been there since before we moved in. The painter says it’s the cabinet contractor issue. The cabinet contractor says it’s the painters issue. The painters say that the splashes all over our pavers are not their color. We have not painted anything since we moved in! The carpenter keeps saying they are coming, but never show. I get phone calls saying that they were at the house and no one answered the door, but we have ring doorbell camera and no one ever rang the door! Service is horrible. We have been here almost two months and VERY little has been accomplished. We get notice that someone will show up, and they don’t. I will be happy to copy you on all the texts. This is inexcusable and I won’t recommend buying a new home from Lennar. ... More

Trades just slap it up and hope they get away with poor work. The margin for this publicly traded company must be very good.

First and foremost, I pondered whether or not I wanted to write this review because I don’t like writing anything negative, however I think it’s necessary. For the amount of money I spent purchasing this home and the quality DOES NOT MATCH! I have had this home literally fall apart in front of my eyes. One issue after another and this is my 5th home, 4th that I’ve built and I’ve never experienced issues like this before. I have received notices from the HOA about my yard but yet the sprinklers were inoperable, and I had a work order in. The plants were dying and yes they place the cheapest mess in your yard , which is horrible to begin with. It literally look like a desert in your front yard! What type of curb appeal is this? Although I’ve had the contractors come out to fix the items, some have needed to be repaired a few times and that is not cool whatsoever! I closed in May and here it is only September and I’ve wasted more time at home waiting for a repairman than actually taking the time to enjoy the home. Instead of them applying semi gloss paint over the home, they Painted with flat paint, therefore the moment you close and move in, you’re hunting down a contractor to paint your hole which is an additional 3k. I have had to contact the individual who basically hand over the keys to obtain my keys, gate code, and my remote for the gate, when that should have been left at the door. It’s unnecessary and if Lennar is calling this quality??? Then they really need to speak with another builder to understand what quality is. It’s insane! Day two our downs stairs bathroom , bedroom filled with raw sewage due to a sewage valve installed backwards, for the last 7 weeks we've been dealing with repairs which has been horrible. Quality of work is below standard, poor communication from all all stress of repairs have been placed on my wife which is ridicules. All that has been fixed now we're dealing with an upstairs bedroom flooring issue floor has a low spot which somehow was missed on inspection and our dryer vent was stuccoed shut cayseubg out dryer not to work and no one has fixed because apparently it's not a big deal. Outstanding service and quality from the builders and team at Lennar Mira Mesa. We visited the home weekly and often they would repair the smallest things before we even had a chance to say anything. Oscar and Jose are absolutely fantastic and by far and large were the best part of our first home buying purchase!!!

Overall a great experience, the only hiccup we had was not related to Lennar, but everything has been great so far.
