Good builder and responsive. The office is good too.

The home buying experience was good. Some of the issues and quality of appliances and workmanship was a not good, but when we addressed issues, the responses were very good.

The builder is extraordinary in the design and default options installed in the homes.

Well built and great customer service

Everything about this purchase was quick and easy. Everyone that is onsite is very helpful, too.

The friendliest community was what I was after and am quite satisfied with my purchase.

We have had a great experience with the staff. Shay, Alicia, and Doug are exceptional employees. They are attentive and helpful. I have submitted a few warranty claims since moving in over a month ago. The Lennar staff are communicative, punctual, and fix the issues swiftly. My only quaim is the build quality of my home is not what I expect for the price.

We are thrilled to live here. We dont know what we would have done without Brian and our real estate agent. They truly helped us get in this house.

Mostly favorable reviews of everyone involved. Answers to some questions where not as timely as they should have been, otherwise everything was very good.

We have an electrical problem where half of the house is without power and it hasn’t been resolved in over a week!!! The sales team and the onboarding process went smoothly. Solving the electrical problem not so much.

Overall experience is good. The house was left with few imperfections that we are still working on.

The sales and service were great. This is the most expensive home we have purchased and feel like the attention to detail was not as expected.

To many construction issues small but many. Dirty and sloppiness of workmanship seems no one inspects work.

Sensitive to customers needs all the way.

Some quality issues submitted were garage door alignment and rattling on the AC unit. I was told these are normal issues when seals are not sealing gaps and other AC units are quieter in the complex.

Texture and paint crew seem to be in a rush. So many spots where they spilled paint on the flooring. Certain areas the texture seems to be spread thin. Texture and paint around electrical outlets were sloppy. Guys or gals seem to be in a rush and it shows. Not seeing this on the first or second walkthrough but once you get settled in then you really start to notice these details.

No cold water Just hot or warm The circuit breakers are low voltage I can’t not plugged the treadmill on the outlet because breakers start tripping

There were a lot more little things that need to be fixed/resolved in the house and there are items like light fixtures that were done the "easy" way not necessarily the right way.

Overall great customs service. Workmanship can improve.

There are things that don’t work to your needs, like cabinets in the kitchen, poor design, especially because supposedly are for older people, they should be easier to set up things…. the shower door is out of balance, so goes back to you and hits you when you are trying to get dry; the extractor by the stove is not attached to any tube that goes outside the roof, so you get all that noise for nothing, because the hot air and smoke goes back into your space …… The quality of the open and close blinders are extremely cheap and they probably will brake soon and it’ll be no way to fix it; that will be money out of your pocket; the system to stop the water in case of a ceiling sprinkler deploys is absurd, it should be one fast key that shuts off the water, not to have to go out to the street to open that heavy cover, lift it and shut off the main valve, like i said it’s ridiculous, especially if you are an older person; there is no cold water in the summer, all the water comes warm, now with the temperatures going down it’s getting better, but shouldn’t be, that means there is poor insulation where the water is passing thru those pipes…….the extractor switch in the laundry room is near the ceiling, so you have to use a step chair to set it on and off, again ridiculous system for housing people over 55 and older…. i have to say that i’m very disappointed with the building and architectural design…. ...
