Before we moved in we pointed out a problem with the kitchen cabinets and a drawer in the bathroom. Parts had to be ordered, then an appointment made in early July was made to fix them. Nobody showed up for the appointment. We discovered we have no key for the back door in the master bedroom or to the door leading to the garage from the house. Waiting for keys. Weren’t told about bug spraying company that comes out monthly? Something about putting our front door on Wi-Fi? No thank you.

My builder was always courteous and prompt whenever I had questions. Many things went wrong that were out of his control. One thing Lennar needs to change is offering a way to get prompt service for appliance issues since they are providing the appliance package with the home. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a repairman to come look at my ice maker and I had to call him myself through GE.

I had the most wonderful sales rep. Laurie Swisher she was there for us 110% We just loved her. A true asset to your company.

Hard to contact LENNAR ASSOCIATES FOR QUESTIONS . Problems setup ring and door lock. Plants in the yard dying before one month of being here. We had to pay someone to look at the sprinkler and replace plants

They really need to work better at following up on the repairs in the homes

Customer Service and trades have been subpar. I was scheduled to two appointments by different trade. They do not show up and I didn’t receive call. Been in my home since October and. I still waiting on door locks BBC and weatherstrip

There are over 20 items on our repair list that have been there since before we moved in. The painter says it’s the cabinet contractor issue. The cabinet contractor says it’s the painters issue. The painters say that the splashes all over our pavers are not their color. We have not painted anything since we moved in! The carpenter keeps saying they are coming, but never show. I get phone calls saying that they were at the house and no one answered the door, but we have ring doorbell camera and no one ever rang the door! Service is horrible. We have been here almost two months and VERY little has been accomplished. We get notice that someone will show up, and they don’t. I will be happy to copy you on all the texts. This is inexcusable and I won’t recommend buying a new home from Lennar. ... More

Trades just slap it up and hope they get away with poor work. The margin for this publicly traded company must be very good.

First and foremost, I pondered whether or not I wanted to write this review because I don’t like writing anything negative, however I think it’s necessary. For the amount of money I spent purchasing this home and the quality DOES NOT MATCH! I have had this home literally fall apart in front of my eyes. One issue after another and this is my 5th home, 4th that I’ve built and I’ve never experienced issues like this before. I have received notices from the HOA about my yard but yet the sprinklers were inoperable, and I had a work order in. The plants were dying and yes they place the cheapest mess in your yard , which is horrible to begin with. It literally look like a desert in your front yard! What type of curb appeal is this? Although I’ve had the contractors come out to fix the items, some have needed to be repaired a few times and that is not cool whatsoever! I closed in May and here it is only September and I’ve wasted more time at home waiting for a repairman than actually taking the time to enjoy the home. Instead of them applying semi gloss paint over the home, they Painted with flat paint, therefore the moment you close and move in, you’re hunting down a contractor to paint your hole which is an additional 3k. I have had to contact the individual who basically hand over the keys to obtain my keys, gate code, and my remote for the gate, when that should have been left at the door. It’s unnecessary and if Lennar is calling this quality??? Then they really need to speak with another builder to understand what quality is. It’s insane! Day two our downs stairs bathroom , bedroom filled with raw sewage due to a sewage valve installed backwards, for the last 7 weeks we've been dealing with repairs which has been horrible. Quality of work is below standard, poor communication from all all stress of repairs have been placed on my wife which is ridicules. All that has been fixed now we're dealing with an upstairs bedroom flooring issue floor has a low spot which somehow was missed on inspection and our dryer vent was stuccoed shut cayseubg out dryer not to work and no one has fixed because apparently it's not a big deal. Outstanding service and quality from the builders and team at Lennar Mira Mesa. We visited the home weekly and often they would repair the smallest things before we even had a chance to say anything. Oscar and Jose are absolutely fantastic and by far and large were the best part of our first home buying purchase!!!

Overall a great experience, the only hiccup we had was not related to Lennar, but everything has been great so far.

The builder had amazing communication and the process was truly easy and enjoyable. One of the best experience for a first time home buyer

All aspects of Lennar home purchase was excellent, except for Lennar Mortgage poor customer service. After 3 and a half months, my loan application was not approved, and I cancelled 3 days before closing date.

everything was great, just the paperwork was the only thing that was a bit frustrating, especially paying for the mortgage, i would be better if there was a secure website to pay instead of wiring money.

From day one we fell in love with the LENNAR home. We did have some issues with our buying experience, but overall, everything turned out great. I will tell you the best part of our experience with LENNAR is our experience being helped by Baltazar Garcia, LENNAR Construction Supervisor. He has been with us every step of the way to include assisting us with things outside of the construction realm. Mr. Garcia is very knowledgeable, professional, and has answered every one of our calls anytime we needed any question answered. To be quite honest, he seemed to be the backbone of LENNAR.

No issues, except for the Mortgage company, worst I have ever dealt with

It was a good experience.

Our salesperson, and our construction managers, along with the customer care (warranty) representatives were all great! For whatever reason, I feel as if the trades don’t pay attention to the small details. Making it necessary to put in a claim and wait an above average time to get it rectified. That being said. This is our third Lennar home and we couldn’t be happier with the home, and how well we were treated!

Positive experience, would by Lennar again.

Lennar has been a great home builder to engage with during our new home experience during the build process as well as customer support.

We found our home purchase very streamlined and easy with Lennar. The on-site team were easy to work with and friendly.

Lennar finishes the job on time! Many other builders do not. Joel, Brandon are two of the best construction managers we have had the pleasure to work with. Paul in support is very good too. We have bought and sold several homes within Heritage Park and the people make the difference at Lennar. Thank You for the ongoing support
